This company was hired by the buyer and her agent for a septic inspection prior to the sale of my house. Instead of an inspection they chose to pump the tank, an old tank which was using what was in its tank to maintain its integrity and be 100% effective. Their pumping of the tank made the tank collapse and left my otherwise problem free septic system unusable as well as a 5 feet deep crater in my driveway. This happened right in time for Columbus Day Weekend which rendered my house useless during the busy holiday weekend. This was not an inspection it was careless debauchery and they have yet to take blame or make it right.

WOW!! The Only word for Uncle Bobs Septic Service is PERFECT.! From the very first phone call, all the communications and repair work up to and including the final invoice, everything was the way you would want it to be. I wouldnt be able to make a suggestion for improvement even if I had to. The service I received was the best of any business of any type have honestly dealt with in the last 20 years. Kim the technician was a Gem, knowledgable, efficient, friendly, etc, etc. If you are in their area of service, look no farther, you have found the Best!!. And the Icing on the cake - the final invoice was lower than I had anticipated :))

I’ve now worked with them a couple times, and they are incredibly helpful. We had them out to replace our outlet pipe and d-box, and the total came in a bit under the high range of the estimate, despite having to replace a much longer length of pipe than anticipated, plus they couldn’t know the d-box was bad when the quote was generated. Honest people and good work!

These guys are the professors of sewers - so knowledgeable, so well-equipped, and so decent in their style of work. They came to my property, which was for sale, as a part of an inspection team. They threaded a $10k video camera through the system, and showed me exactly where the tube was pinched. They returned a week later with a $20k tiny excavator, did the replacement (I got to see the original tube from the 1970s), and covered everything very nicely. Their bill was reasonable, and dealing with them was a pleasure. Going forward, I would not use anyone else for septic inspection or service.

They were very responsive and identified the problem. Fix the initial issues and thru investigation identified a major problem that will be completed in the spring.

This is the right people you want to hired if you ever have septic problems. They are amazing. They communicate very well back and forth: boss and customer. I have an emergency on a weekend, they responded to my call and they did not left my hose until things were safe for us to use. We were so deeply thankful.

Got a quote for 299.00 for an inspection of my septic tank (called in ).The person came in, could not do any inspection, something to do with the way my septic tank is too deep.The tank was almost empty but he emptied it anyway.I gave a 25.00 coupon to the driver.No bill was even done since September (we are now almost in NOV)and just today an overdue invoice for $430.00, all of that is worth a complaint.
