They were super busy but took their time with me anyway. They went out of their way to call me when they had an opening even though they didnt need to do that as it was the only opening in 50 miles! Wonderful people! Great prices!

I own a small biz doing in-home wine tastings. My wine glasses are mismatched and not the prettiest so when filming a commercial for my business I rented from EZ way so that I would have 50 uniform glasses for filming. The glasses were wrapped and ready when I arrived and looked absolutely gorgeous during filming. The best part? They only gave to be rinsed before returning.Clients provide glasses for in-home tastings but for public events, like the one I did Friday night at my town’s bookshop, it was easier to just rent. I just returned them and am already signed up to rent again for the pop-up I’m doing this coming Saturday.Professionalism, insanely clean glass and flatware and seriously reasonable prices. Worst service! Paid for a propane refill, was told to wait outside and someone would be right out. Waited outside for a while before realizing no one was coming. I load my tank back up and drive up front. Bell rings as I walk in and the guy who took my money walks out and says, oh s**t, I forgot to send you out to fill his tank, to another guy. I look at him and say never mind I want my money back. He proceeds to try and convince me to let them fill it since he says no other place in town can do it. I say I dont give a s**t. He tells me, you dont have to cry about it. In the end I got my money back and will never return.

Well stocked with all types of equipment for every job and events . I will be renting a garden tiller for my next project. This is a great resource for business and home owners.

We used E-Z Way for our rehearsal dinner in Bennington. We rented tables, chairs, and a large tent. We were completely satisfied with the rentals and the service. Mike was super helpful in ensuring that we had all of the equipment that we needed, all of the rentals were exactly as described, the setup crew arrived and set up in time, and everything was taken down within the discussed timeframe as well. The online reservation system needs a little bit of work and I recommend calling the store to follow up with online reservations and to confirm pricing. Thanks E-Z Way!
