I went in to get my ANC removed. I was going to get a pedicure and another ANC put on my nails but the technician kept leaving me In the pedicure chair two different technicians finished my pedicure. When it was time for the manicure they still left me soaking my ANC off for a long time (it had been soaking durning my pedicure) and then one technician started my manicure and sent another one over halfway through so I told him I only wanted polish. They did not offer lotion, hand oil, they did not push cuticles they did not smooth my nail (or remove all of the ANC left prior to be honest ) The guy literally just hit them with the Dremel filing gun and then just threw polish on top and sent me on my way to the dryer. At this point I just needed to get out of there I ran away overtime so I did not make a fuss.every technician in the place worked on me at some point. Also, I was NOT a walk in.I will not be back.

I normally go to NY to get my ANC done and am always pleased because my nails stay looking great and lasts between 4 to 6 weeks.I decided to go local and was very disappointed. I had my nails done and by day 4 my nails have cracked and broken off. I went back to get them fixed to be told of have to pay $10 for fixing them but as I felt I did not have to pay they did not charge me. I felt as though I was a bother for needing them to fix my nails. I was warned about the services theyre but wanted to judge for myself. I dont think theyre horrible, but I also feel my nails should not of broken off within the same week of having them done.

Great manicure and pedicure. Took me on time and worked professionaly and efficiently. Great massage chair 🙂

I am absolutely disappointed. The place was unsanitary, the people were rude, and very rough while doing my nails, but the worst part is the outcome. My nails look and feel awful. How on earth they are in business I do not know. I got a middle aged women and she did an awful job. Kids could have done better and for someone who does this several times every day how and why she did mine so bad I dont have a clue. Not what I asked for and Id have them fix my nails but I honestly just dont want to go through it all again. Pics for proof. I have never left a bad review but the money and time wasted for some bad nails was too much. Warning to all proceed at your own risk.

Looks terrible service all around ! I just had the same problem in Brattleboro ! I believe that the so called techs are not letting the coats enough in between coats !!! First coat should dry ar least 15min, then 2nd coat 15min plus ! Then any additional paintings & clear coat another 1/2 hour !! Aaaaaaand the blower drying machines very often do not work properly !!!Im planning on this place tomorrow just because Im car work near by.....wish me luck !!! I do natural nails fyi

Mike told me he would shape my nails after applying the gel but while in their final drying he moved on to another client. A woman (didnt catch her name) barely filed them, then told me I was all done. The gel polish itself was streaky as I pointed out to the woman and some of my nails are diagonal. Terrible experience

Id love to give a good shout out to the guy that made sure he did an amazing job at TV nails Ill definitely want him again I just wish I knew his name its not Mike I know that

We Went there for a pedicure poor service my child could have done a better job - they didn’t even massage my boyfriends leg - half done jobThen ask for them to trim and shape nails and they said they didn’t have time but no one was in the shop the entire time we were there. - would not recommend 😡

I never leave bad reviews but this would be my first and last time going to TV nails. They were very nice people but I asked for natural looking shape And even showed him a picture of exactly what I did Not want and that is exactly what I got. There are bubbles under my nails :( and the polish does not reach my cuticle line. It already looks like I need a fill-in. He did one quick sweep with the top coat leaving half the nail looking shiny and half looks dull - leaving streaky lines. They are wide and chunky and I will have to get them redone before Christmas (in 4 days)

I personally had a great experience. I was nervous at first reading all the bad reviews and went to two different salons however they were booked, when I walked in it was empty and I was taken on by Lee. LEE DID A FANTASTIC JOB!!! Love the nails and he was very nice and attentive, overall the outcome is what matters and my nails look gorgeous. I’ve uploaded photos to their Facebook page because I can’t figure out how to do it on here.

Usually very good. The last time I was in the woman took care of me. I wish she was more careful with the files. Fingers are nicked. I would suggest asking for Mike or Sonny.

The door says walk ins welcome. I’ve walked in at least 6 different times times to get my eye brows waxed and they tell me every single time to come back in a couple hours. One time I did. Come back and they sent me away AGAiN, and said they “too busy to do just eyebrow”. I have tried several times to call for an appt and they NEVER answer the damn phone. This place is terrible!!

I went there once in my life in the summer and got horrible, bumpy nails, and also got cuts from the harsh nail file because they were so rough. Never going back again, I am very particular with my nail places especially if I’m paying $50.

Dont even bother making an appointment! They dont honor them and will take walk-ins and make you wait. The older man is very good, but will work on four people at a time so it takes forever. She is not as good at nails, okay for pedis, but hurts.

Theyre not the friendliest people, but the son is good. They also do ANC and can accommodate more than one person at a time, which is more than the salon across the way can do.

Its a nice place but got my nails.done about to weeks ago with anc and they were already falling off a week later! The sin did them the last time and I think thats why bc Mike did them the first time and they stayed in for two months!! I called to ask them to fix them and they tried telling me they only last 3 weeks until I mentioned that the first time I got them done they were on for months hes like ok well I can get u in at 4 if u wanna come in and get them fixed!!

I paid money to get them done, they look like duck bills and I’ve been calling for two days and they can’t answer the phone. Not very impressed at all😤

My daughter is 15 and works to earn her money. She has her nails done two days ago. They look terrible. All bumps. I’ve tried to call for two days and can’t get an answer.

The gentleman was rude. He asked me four different times if I wanted ANC to which I didnt. He got mad and ended up telling me that if I wanted gel I could go back to my usual nail place, but not to come back to his establishment. He rushed through doing my nails, didnt do a good job, then charged me 10 dollars more than I was told it would cost on the phone. I wont go back there. Really bad way to conduct business.

I decided to try out this nail salon today based on the 5-star reviews and the fact that they do ANC. however to my surprise, it was not was i had in mind. the gentleman who did my nails was friendly and the salon was relatively clean but the final result of my nails was awful. he did half a base coat on each nails and then was very sloppy with the polish and powder. i left there with powder and what not on my fingers as well as nails that were transparent in spots so they look like something i could of done myself. very disappointed with my experience here. next time ill make the hour drive to my normal salon.
