Recently bought a Jeep from Stephens. I am from 3 hours away and salesman Nick communicated with me promptly and sent me extra pictures before I made the trip. Nick met me outside and handed me the keys. I was allowed to look over the vehicle and test drive with out a salesman breathing down my neck, which was nice. Advised me to come in when ever I was ready and he would be sitting at his desk. He worked with me on price and they agreed to fix a few blemishes on vehicle. Great dealership! I dont really trust dealerships but was literally over a thousand miles from home and it was late. I arrived about 5 minutes until close with a check engine light and it not running right. Casey took the time to scan my truck, updated my software and the light went off and the transmission started shifting right (it would get out of 2nd) and the exhaust brakes started working again. He let me know about a recall and suggested i have it done as soon as possible. Not sure what i wouldve done if they hadnt stayed late to help me. Excellent service, would recommend to anybody!
