Horrible service. I was so done with Comcast and cancel their service and moved to Sonic. Same old same. Gave 1-4 installation time period, waited whole day with no show up. Call their customer service and told me its ATT fault and they cant do anything. They took about week to set it up and now I have to wait more days without wifi. I have been unable to do any work and this has been hell. Not a great start. Utterly disappointed.

Used to be top notch. So many hidden fees. Bad service...

I dont know about their pricing but the internet is fast and reliable. I have a landline with them as well. Their US-based customer service is excellent and responsive. My modem died last night; I called them this morning and they sent one of the guys who installed my gigabit fiber modem about a year ago. He installed a new modem and adjusted the wiring; Im up and running less than four hours later. Thank you!

If you are looking for a company that treats you DIFFERENTLY than the large internet companies, you are in for major surprise. I have been with Sonic for 11 months, but we are selling our house and moving next month. I had intended to change service to the new address despite the $99 install fee and $20. increase in July, but Sonic does not offer the same speed that I currently have and need. Because I am choosing to leave, according to Supv. Nick at Sonic, I am stuck with a $150. early cancellation fee. BTW... My one year contract ends in July, and I am cancelling service as of June 6th.Again... if you are looking to a local company service platform, dont expect it. I am extremely disappointed, and I will never recommend Sonic to those looking for a new internet company. PS... Sonic uses ATT lines anyway, so I should have just stuck with ATT. I changed to Sonic, because I wanted to support a local little guy.... My mistake!!!

Basically a 60 minutes show takes me 90 to watch...guess why?
