35’ Motorhome wouldn’t start and needed towing to a repair facility. Great customer service and info received on initial phone call. Thought we’d have to wait a few hours but they called and said they had a cancellation and on their way. Great news as we needed to vacate our RV Park site. Driver knew how to manually raise levelers - bonus. Personable and professional. Had us out and to our repair facility within a couple hours. Totally happy with this company!

Our 1975 Argosy Motor Home threw out the fan 20 miles east of Bend coming out of the Badlands near the top of the hill. James was awesome in every way! Great experience, I highly recommend Consolidated towing to anyone in need of a tow. Another truck was required and was there in no time to pickup our car dolly as we followed them both to the repair shop to the repair shop. Very professional great communication.

We were having issues trying to get our roadside assistance company to schedule a tow for our 5th wheel RV. We decided to take matters into our own hands and called Consolidated Towing for help. They were able to send a tow truck with the correct equipment to get the trailer towed to a storage location while my truck was repaired. They were prompt and very nice to deal with. The driver (Carl) was a joy to work with. The price was fair for the effort involved. Highly recommended!

The guy was amazing. He arrived on time and he took extremely excellent care of my car and delivered it nicely to the auto shop. He also volunteered to stay with me until my husband arrived to pick me up because it was getting dark. What a true gentleman. This guy is a total asset to your company and we sure appreciated his efforts. This is the type of employee we all need working for us.

Had a need to have my car towed due to a collision. Called up Consolidated Towing. They had a truck available and the rate was what I would say was very reasonable. Their driver showed up and efficiently completed the paperwork and loaded up the car. Just what I needed at the time. Based on my experience, I was happy with the service provided.

They found a way to take care of me despite a semi-complicated situation and kept me updated every step of the way. Provided information that was above and beyond for the situation and made an awful experience of getting in an accident a lot smoother than it could have been.

Friggin Tesla said battery had 325 miles on it, but we could only get 240 out of it, so we ended up stranded 20 miles outside of Bend. After waiting forever for our insurance company to find a tow company, we called Consolidated Towing ourselves. They were super friendly from the phone call to the pick-up and drop off at the supercharger. Tow driver was very nice, and he knew his business. They were very accommodating to our needs -- let us ride in to town in their truck and even bring our little dog along. They saved the day and got us back on the road home. Very happy with their service!

My situation started when I met with Keith, the manager at Consolidated towing. I was there to retrieve some belongings from my vehicle after a pretty major accident I was involved in a day prior. Within minutes of arriving Keith was taking a look in the computer for the location of my vehicle in the yard. A bit frantic but very professional he replied that my vehicle had not been picked up by his team and he had no other records stating it was there. He very kindly suggested I check with the local PD for the location. To make a long story short the PD stated my vehicle had been left at the accident scene and not towed by anyone. I was now faced with having to pay out to get moved from the street to my home, less than a mile away so my insurance company would come pick it up. I felt mislead. I placed my final call to Consolidated and Keith offered to pick up my car no charge and bill insurance later. This made a world of a difference. I would highly recommend them to anyone 5 stars!

They had great customer service and very knowledgeable. Not only did my driver check my battery to see if it had a charge he made sure every aspect was covered and replaced my battery with a new one. I had a unique situation and they originally brought a tow vehicle that would not fit. The driver, Matt got in touch with his manager and arranged for that correct vehicle to be there the next day. The first thing in the morning Paul (I think that was his name) was there ready to go. I think the whole process took 30 minutes, but there was a level of courtesy and professionalism that is a rare find.

Our saviors! Our RV blew its transmission up on a Forest Service road and they got up there and got us out of there. They were incredibly professional and caring throughout the whole ordeal. Jennifer worked with me to to figure out our best options and called back multiple times with updates or questions to help find the best solution for our difficult situation. The heavy haul driver, Karl, was also super kind and was masterful at his job. Got our rv back to Bend without a scratch despite the difficult terrain. Thank you again to the whole team!

My car stopped in the middle of a busy street and they came in half the time estimated. The driver/operator got my car to start again and offer to followe me a few blocks to test the car and if I felt safe enough to keep driving. I ended up having him tow it to the shop just to be safe, the shop found out he was correct and nothing serious was wrong with my car!

Everything went as planned considering the circumstances; my daughter lost her car keys on Mt Bachelor and the car needed to be moved in advance of the pending storm.

It was crazy, this week I called AAA 3 different days, each time for a different reason.Monday gave me roadside assistance for a flat tire while 125 miles from home.Wednesday (yesterday) I ran out of gas on my way home from another business trip and they delivered gas to me (how embarrassing!).And then today, I realized that the gas I had been smelling for 2-3 days had become a huge fuel leak so I called to request my car be towed to the dealer (for what ended up being a factory recall within the fuel system - part that malfunctioned).I feel quite lucky and blessed my car didnt catch on fire before I had gotten home Wednesday night. My car was really hot and the gas smell was terrible.They were very quick, efficient and personable each time. Thanks AAA...you are fantastic!
