Nope!!! The rep was not very sociable in the manner youd expect a busineess owner to be to gain your business. Her knowledge base was minimal at best and I had the sense she felt I was challenging her with questions about how my money would be handled. I felt even more discouraged when she admitted she uses QuickBooks. I can learn QuickBooks.....learning their software easily is the crux of their existence. Im sorry, but I just dont trust this company to handle my money in the complex world of paying employees the right way....would you? Thumbs down!
