I bought my Bend home in April of 2012. The market at the time was full of cash buyers and investors creating multiple offer situations and a general stressful environment. He was always a phone call, text, or email away for all my questions. He was also very proactive and would send me listings everyday that he thought met my requirements for a house (which were pretty strict).
