They had a great selection, and the staff were very helpful! However, the downside of such a wide variety is that the store feels a little disorganized, which can make it challenging to find what you’re looking for.

Holy cow, what is Not in there would be easier to list !!! Dont be shy or embarrassed to go in there.. theres gifts galore in there, theres even river floats in there !! Upstairs is a really cool costume store and theres a small smoke shop up there too. The employees are really nice and ask if you need any help when you walk in but dont Linger.Okay just go and check it out!

Although I was there for floats, there is a ton of fun adult stuff. There is so much to pick from but again I wasnt there for that but definitely will be back to check it all out. Finally, the staff, right from the beginning I was welcomed, and lets be real its a little awkward walking into an adult store but them just saying hello made it a little less, maybe because I was looking for something not so rísque, but it was great. They dont walk around with you but are right there with any answer to your question. Dont be afraid to venture in. Im sure you will find something there 😜

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in their departments and friendly. I made purchases from upstairs and downstairs. It was being followed around like a thief all the in between time that will probably keep me from returning as I didnt see anything there I couldnt buy somewhere else.

I’m sad to say I regret giving this business my money. Not because the merchandise was bad, I actually quite enjoyed sorting through the selections they had there, but because of the service I received from the lady ringing me up.I came in with my best friend from out of town and we spent 10 minutes max inside the shop and decided to purchase matching lingerie for fun. When we went to checkout the lady had the WORST attitude towards us. I started the conversation so sweet and friendly asking “are you one of the owners here?” to which she replied “would it matter if I told you I was?” And I said “well, one of my close friends is best friends with the owner and he sent us here to say hi” and she totally ignored me. She even turned her back to us (i assume she was bagging merchandise?) after putting the pay machine on the table without giving me any payment directions. So after I paid, I grabbed the receipt that popped out and she became irritated because the one I grabbed apparently wasn’t for me to grab.She gave us the worst experience by the looks and attitude that was unnecessary. I would recommend you pull tape (hopefully with audio) and give her a coaching on how to at least fake being kind to paying customers. I debated posting this review honestly, but that was NO way to treat anybody giving you money.My receipt number is #39744962692 -5- 4647 Unfortunately the receipt doesn’t give me the cashiers name.

Adhering to strict covid occupancy rules so expect to probably wait outside for a bit. Friendly enough just dont try to kiss your significant other while you browse for items to play with each other later or youll get scolded.Professional, they test everything before they sell it to you and they have a great selection. Pricey though, if you have time items are definitely more cost effective online.

Usually this is an amazing place, but tonight really ruined it for me. There was a worker that treated my girlfriend and I like we were stealing, destroying the shop, and generally a bother. She made comments about my weight, and followed us around the whole store. Im a paying customer that spent a nice chunk of change, and to be treated like that is uncalled for. When I asked for their name, they declined to say. I have never been treated so rude by an employee here. I wont be going back, and it sucks because they have nice things. But its not worth being treated like that.Update: I decided to go there again with some friends to see if it was different. It wasnt. The same employee was there and she treated us with absolutely no respect. This was the last chance I was willing to give it, but I definitely wont be spending my money here. They have a small selection of items for way too high of a price and that one employee really ruins it for me.

Terrible customer service. Make sure what you buy is really what you want because they don’t do returns after it leaves the building which isn’t what I was told when I first bought a product. I’d suggest online because at least there you can exchange and return items and online customer service is way more helpful.

This place has an amazing selection of items for everyone, although theyre self proclaimed experts in Bong, Dongs & Thongs! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable & well informed on a variety of topics. The prices are comparable to manufacturers & other stores. The policies and practices are above board, I am personally appreciative of them testing toys for functionality before purchase to ensure working items. Ive never had a bad experience here! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I spoke on the phone with a representative from the store recently and they were not helpful and extremely rude. On top of that I recently purchased a bong and went to use it and it had broken apart in my cabinet. They obviously don’t sell as quality of glass as they advertise and recommend.
