Before going to Summit I went to Shriners Hospital, and while they did what they could for me, summit has produced better and longer lasting leg braces for me. Matt, Sprague and the rest of the crew know what they are doing and are very professional. They will listen to your concerns and help make the modifications necessary. They will do there best to give you the product that you feel will work best for you. The front desk gals are awesome too. They helped with insurance questions and issues and will answer any questions you have regarding insurance, scheduling, and so on.

Not a good place for an amputee to go! They should be trying to give people their life back, instead of hold them back. I am very glad that my wife went elsewhere. It was interesting because these guys came highly recommended, we trusted them, and they steered us wrong. We have heard from several other amputees that the troubles weve had are not just isolated to us. Something is going wrong, I dont know what, but something is wrong!

I am an ARMY veteran and put my trust in Natalia, and her whole staff!! Both at her Redmond and Bend office!! I pray no other Veteran gets treated the way I have!! First of all we served our country, they have never put a uniform on!!! Please let everyone know what they are doing just to get a check from the VA!

After a poor customer service experience at a neighboring orthotics business, Summit got back to me right away. Although they experienced difficulty in getting the right padding replacement kit from the vendor (and a few trips to the office), Sprague picked up my knee brace from my office and dropped it off to save me another trip across town.
