Kimberly is very nice, let me start with that.I first contacted her and set up an appointment for an initial consultation. I showed up for the appointment but she never did. After waiting at her door for 10 minutes, I called, then received a call from her apologizing for not showing up. She was having some technical difficulties with her phone or scheduling app. We then had a good conversation and I made another appointment to begin therapy.The day of that appointment I showed up a few minutes early and her office was locked with Amazon packages stacked in front. Great, she flaked on me again was my thought. She did show up a few minutes late with her dog and scrambled to get started. The appointment went well and she assigned me some homework, she asked if I wanted an email with the directions and I said yes (surprise! never got the email).I made another appointment with her that day for 2 weeks later, same time, say day. That appointment was supposed to start about 30 minutes ago. I showed up excited to talk, but she never did. After waiting outside her door, again, for nearly 10 minutes I called, no answer. A few minutes later she called me back and had to give me the Im having technical difficulties, Im sorry spiel again.I understand something like this happening once, then being resolved, but 2 out of my 3 appointments resulted in me showing up for a therapist that never did.People, myself included, that want to get therapy are vulnerable and are ready but when the licensed professional youre trusting to help you doesnt show up it really hurts the person seeking.Ill be seeking therapy from somewhere else as Im not confident I can get that from Mirror Pond Counseling

Since my first appointment with Kimberly Drew, I knew she genuinely cared about, me, my mental health, physical health emotional health and her services were affordable. Working with Kimberly as my counselor has been a positive, life changing experience! I was going through a traumatic time in my life when I first came to her and she was able to help me realize the destructive path I was on. Kimberly helped to guide me toward a new and rewarding life! Her techniques made me feel comfortable enough to open up and share in away I never could with another counselor. This allowed me to face my inner demons and struggles, while putting them to rest. I was able to move forward which is something I could not do without the help of her. When I had an emergency and times were really hard, she checked in with me or made herself available to talk. She was extremely professional and always went above and beyond. I would recommend Kimberly to anyone!

Kimberly is a warm and gifted counselor, with an incredible ability to make clients feel heard and valued. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space for her clients to process their thoughts and feelings, including trauma, and get down to the root of their issues. Her balance of compassion and challenge allows clients to move through the counseling process at their own pace, while growing into their truest selves. I highly recommend her!

Kimberly is an amazing counselor who has an extraordinary amount of compassion for everyone she works with. She is super easy to talk to, has a really friendly personality, and is pleasantly disarming in her demeanor. Kim is terribly unprofessional. She attempted to double bill me (which is illegal). She also violated several ethical guidelines. Kim has a lot to learn and is clearly only in it for the money. Kims actions were so incredibly inappropriate that I am considering filing a complaint with the state board. I have masked my identity with this review because I fear she will react with revenge. As a counselor, it is critical that you can be trusted and that you act based on a sound framework of ethics. While Kim is skilled at what she does (most counselors are), her willingness to compromise her ethics should be a major concern for any patient. Her actions reminded me of a moody teenager, not a seasoned professional. I recommend you look elsewhere for a counselor.

During my counseling, Kimberly helped me to successfully cope with one of the most traumatic experiences of my entire life. Not only was she always understanding and non-judgmental of my situation, she consistently helped me to see the good in what happened and in myself. I learned so much about what makes me the person I am, and I feel more proud to be that person than I ever have in my life. I also had a number of documents and requirements I needed help with for a program I was in, and she was willing to take extra time to help me with anything I needed. She is one of the most kind and giving people Ive ever had the pleasure to meet and work with. I am forever grateful for all of her help, and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking counseling!

Kimberly was a blessing, I found Kimberly by chance in what had to be the darkest point in my life. I was ready to stop living and just coast till it was over. Kim helped me find the happiness that I had been faking for so long. Her friendly attitude, professionalism, and her reaffirming nonjudgmental style of therapy has allowed me to open up and build a trust that has gotten me to the best place I have ever been. Her ability to use EMDR in therapy has helped me so much and has been a great tool in our sessions. I highly recommend Kimberly and the Watercup organization.I want to add that if you are looking for a therapist and are unsure about what good therapy is or looks like (as I had wondered when I first started) Kim is a good person to try and/or visit with about what kind of therapist will fit best with you. She is honest and really wants to see you find your happiness and work threw your negative thoughts and help you learn from your past but knows that the therapist has to be the right fit for you. She is willing to help you find the therapist that is right for you. That was worth so much to me to know that someone cared and wasnt after the money but after my well being. I cant say enough good things about her she has made my life so much better, I have a hard time putting it all into words. I hope you find your peace, its a beautiful thing and you deserve it.

Kimberly Drew has helped me more than any other therapist, counselor, or psychiatrist has. She moves at your pace and she truly understands everything that you say. Im very blessed to have her as my therapist.
