I own Thump Coffee and I met Justin (owner of BRNSN) working out of one of our cafes. We started chatting and he asked me a very simple question, Why do you do what you do? Seemingly I should know how to state that clearly, but it was very hard for me to articulate it. If I cannot articulate that clearly to him, how would I to my staff and customers.
