I am on a road trip and stopped in to do my laundry. This facility is very nice and clean! Plenty of space and options. They actually have a change machine, ATM, soap and laundry bag dispensers!

New management has killed it and transformed this place into the best laundromat we have seen coast to coast. My wife and I have traveled the US for well over a year now and appreciate the excellent price, speed of machines, multi language select feature, change machines, card operated feature and ample folding tables keep everyone spread out and efficient. Thank you guys for being the best in Bend.

Passing through town…Machines worked and finished the job. Business supplied their own change machine. I liked the option of swiping your card rather than using quarters for the bigger machines. A/C was an added bonus 🙌🏽

Really well kept laundromat - clean and efficient. Who needs WiFi or a restroom when it is so conveniently located near lots of eating and drinking options? We were just passing through and needed some clean clothes and this was the perfect stop to get that done and to fuel up our bodies.

Has slum lord vibesAdvertises for payment by app but only a few select washing machines utilize the app which has a minimum fund of $10.After downloading and adding funds to the app I still had to access the ATM and get charged fees to finish my laundry.Only reason it gets 1 star is there is beer across the street.

Stopped on our way through Bend - clean, tidy and we were in and out with clean clothes in no time

It was very clean and almost every machine was working. The owner was there working and seemed very interested in my experience also he wanted to know if I found it easy to use the machines.

Just a standard place to do your laundry but doesnt have a restroom or wifi or really anybody that can help you out if you need something but does have everything youll need to do laundry.

Clean, staff was there and helped with machine that threw an error, reimbursed the money it ate.

Clean reasonable prices, and opens 7:00 am

I’ve been going to this laundromat for years now out of convenience only and NEVER am I satisfied with the results. The washers don’t clean completely and the dryers make your clothes smell burnt. Today was no exception. 1/2 my clothes were still dirty after washing them and one of the dryers scorched everything in it and I only used medium heat. I wish there was someway to keep the owners accountable to having their place clean and working effectively. Bummed to spend so much money only to have to wash again or have 1/2 my clothes ruined. Do better Westside laundry.

We only found one available washer that was at least somewhat clean. All the others had hair, lint, sand, bobby pins and other unidentifiable materials around the edges. When we went to get soap, the machine ate our money. We phoned the number “For service” posted on the big sign above, and got no answer. We then phoned the laundromat directly and still got no answer or assistance. Obviously, we decided to leave and were much happier at the next laundromat we found.

Today I got change and went to buy soap. The machine says it will not accept coins if there is no soap. Not true- it takes coins and dispenses nothing. The phone number for service takes messages only- no response from management at 9 AM on a workday. Waited 30 min and went to buy my own soap. Bring your own soap, and know Service is bad here

Dryers will melt your blankets and robes. Owner doesn’t care and it’s extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone to repot issues. They don’t answer their phone calls or texts.

BEWARE: DONT COME HERE. Here now with half wet large loads and dirty clothes and absolutely no way to get a hold of anyone. I need my money back. There is no attendant so if things mess up you are on your own. IM out 20 bucks and dirty clothes. Fuuuuuuck this place.

Machine took $4.00 from me. No attendant to help out. Texted the number on the wall, no response. Many machines not working, And the place is filthy!!! Wont be back!!

Ive gone to this facility a few times and have finally decided this is the last. For one. Neither quarter machines worked. I had to go to the bank and buy quarters after I had already started half the machines with the quarters I had. Ugh. They do not have a bathroom. They used to, but you had to pay a quarter to use it. Now theyve closed it completely. If you want laundry soap out of the dispenser, you can put in your 1$ and not get anything. If you put in another $1 then maybe youll get soap. Its dirty and ugly and obviously the owner does not care about its patrons. I suggest going to the one on east Greenwood or the one attached to M & Js.

For us, a great place to get some laundry done while we are on road trips. Facility is clean and they have free wifi available. Dryers are hot and everything seems to be working. As a bonus, they have a pizza shop, food trucks and 10 barrel brewing all within a block.

Nice environment and really close to the river and r it was a hot day so a lot of people were floating on the river. one PROBLEM is the dollar changer did not work so we had to go to the car wash next door

This facility has deteriorated in quality. On my most recent visit, the detergent machine took money but did not give a product. Both change machines were not working. Several washing machines were out of service. Some machines were not clean. I will not use this laundromat again.

Easy street parking. Lots of machines. $2.5 to wash.. Quite reasonable

Always clean and usually tons of open spots if you go in the mornings on weekdays, afternoons get pretty busy at times but can usually find a couple open.

Coin machine, lotta washers, 2 large dryer which dry faster & better. free parking, not far from downtown

Great location near my home, wide variety of machines, clean and the security is great. Moderately priced, washed four loads in one machine for $5. Free Wi-Fi while you wait, ATM and snack machines.

Not a bad place to get your laundry done. Nothing special but clean newer machines and fair price.

The machines don’t use enough water to clean the clothes. There needs to be about twice as much. I did not cram the machines with clothes, there was a reasonable amount.

Free WiFi and across the street from The Lot...for when youre hungry during the rinse cycle 😉

Same owners as Cathys cleaners, so came here based on the incredibly friendly service I received there. Free WiFi, average facilities, not the cheapest but not expensive either.
