I imagined that my $300 facial (Diamond Glow + Dermaplaining) would be more relaxing but I was pretty disappointed. Typically a Diamond Glow treatment takes about 30-45 minutes at the VERY minimum and she only took 15 minutes max on me. It felt very rushed and not relaxing or worth the time. I debated on writing this review but this place is overpriced and nothing special.

I was scheduled for cool sculpting on 4/20, I rearranged my whole schedule to have time for the 5hours session. When I get there they tell me it was for vanquish, which when I made the appointment was supposed to be on the 1st and 5th of May and only 45mins each. It took a while, but they did eventually work with me and were very kind.

I had an AWESOME treatment yesterday. Nicholas performed a double Clear + Brilliant skin resurfacing treatment on my face and neck. He layered a Clear + Brilliant with another type of Clear + Brilliant called the Permea. It targets pigmentation to create a brighter complexion. I have say, now I understand why Nick has so many happy clients. He makes your treatment an experience- a very good one! He is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in what he does. Once again Esthetix has outdone themselves. The safety protocols they have in place in order to reopen are over the top. I couldnt even leave the exam room until the hallway was empty. It has been 5 years since I came to Exhale. Staff and owner seemed very nice and I agreed to try their acid face treatment, but when I arrived I was taken back and all of a sudden a young girl was doing Fraxel ( which I never agreed to)on my face. Because I had never done spa treatments I didn’t know the difference. But when it started feeling like my face was being burned off and I asked if it was normal to feel like my face was being burned off and stating I don’t think this is what I signed up for. The young woman was not pleased and kept going over my chin area over and over and harder harder.Needless to say I did not go back and was presented with a $900 bill for the 1 service.I don’t like to complain or pursue legal action against people, but I did complain to owner 2x.Regardless to say I have seen 2 different Doctors who both have said I got 2nd to 3rd degrees burns on my chin. I know it’s been 5 years but every morning I get to look at my chin that was once smooth and just fine, now looks horrible and bumpy and sores will break out now and then. One of them weeps still to this day.So beware of what you sign and I should have just got up and walked out when the young woman refused to listen to my objections. I figured my chin would recover but it never has.

Dr Scott was very through in his description of what my facial CO2 treatment would entail and what I could expect with regard to results. I found his honesty refreshing compared to other doctors I had consulted with. The office staff was very welcoming and my waiting time short. The day of the procedure went well and Julie, Dr. Scotts assistant was very professional. I am a bit of a pessimist about cosmetic procedures but felt my skin was very blotchy with large pores. So far, and its only been 4 days, I have been happy with the results. The first 3 days are tough so just brace yourself for the swelling & peeling.

Wow! I had a Fraxel treatment done here at Esthetix MD. It was my first time being treated here and I was blown away with how amazing and kind all of the staff was! I was a little nervous to do the procedure but my tech made sure I was very comfortable. My tech was very knowledgeable and so well trained! I was interested in the Fraxel because I have quite a bit of acne scarring, mostly around my mouth. I’ve struggled with adult acne for about 8 years. I’ve always been very insecure with my skin ever since. Always packing on full coverage foundation to hide my insecurities. Well NOT ANYMORE! It’s been about 3 weeks since my treatment and I have NEVER loved my skin as much as I do now. This treatment truly changed my life! I am not only using a light powder foundation (just to hide some redness I have) but I have gotten so many compliments on my skin. I’m in complete awe and so greatful for the staff at Esthetix MD. Not only does my face look and feel more even, its glowing! The acne scarring has faded dramatically! I’ve also had the least amount of breakouts since I first started getting them 8 years ago. I just started a facial membership at Esthetix MD with Nick Miller last month and I am so happy with my experience so far. My first two treatments were hydrofacials and felt amazing and made me so glowy. I am also very impressed with all of the products that Nick recommended for my daily routine. I had my 2nd Vivace treatment today. I was able to use Pronox, which is a nitrous & oxygen mix. I had absolutely no discomfort! With my first treatment, my pain level was about a 5 on a scale of 1:10. With the Pronox, no discomfort at all. I am loving the results of the Vivace!

My wife and I were in Eugene (we live near Seattle) handling some family business and I decided to surprise my Wife with a weekend in Bend. The centerpiece was a massage and facial for her while I took the kid. We drove the requisite 2.5 hours and were in their parking lot at 12:45 for a 1pm appointment.My wife went inside and was informed that the massage therapist was at lunch...no big deal, right? Weve all been running a little behind, but 1:15 rolled around and the therapist was MIA. They tried to call, but to no avail, they could not reach her. So at 1:20 they let my wife know that she could still get her facial, in 30 more minutes, and at full price. When she let them know she wasnt interested in sitting in a lobby for an hour for a full price facial, they just gave a flip attitude and half hearted sorry.

The staff and DRS. are always so helpful, friendly, and professional, and every experience there has been great! I would highly recommend this spa!

I have wanted to get laser for years but I have a non existent pain threshold. A friend recommended Michelle Fox at Exhale and then I saw they were offering a promotion in the Savvy book that comes in the mail so I decided I would try it. I am so glad did. My therapist Michelle could tell how nervous I was and brought me a glass of wine and then just chatted for a bit to get my mind off of it. She went slow and kept me talking the whole time and it was not that bad at all. I was so worked up over that first appointment and it went so well that every one since then has been a breeze and I have had no anxiety about it. I will definitely continue to go there after such a great experience.
