I am a local business owner who has used this company a few times and decided to recommend them to my Mother for my Grandpas 90th birthday booklet.I wish I hadn’t. Not only did they mess the order up and refuse to fix it. Then they invoiced my company account without authorization for the work, after already receiving payment from my mother.When we brought this to the local owner’s attention she responded with contempt and disrespect. They refused to refund us or fix the problem even after being presented with email correspondence that shows they were in the wrong. We will not be using them again.

I just finished a newsletter for a school. If it is printed today, I can hand them out tomorrow, the last day of school, if not, mail them. There are 150 of them. Needless to say, Ive been in a frenzy. Plus, I forgot to add a page into the original document. Reneè halted my job, which had already started printing, waited for the additional page, and finished the whole job in less than 3 hours. (The page was delightful 3rd graders pouring their hearts out about their school - a must have.) I am so delighted with them. Delighted. My committee will have a good day tomorrow handing out this charming newsletter and great printing job.

I just picked up another car photo calendar print job from Renee and her team at Minuteman, that they have helped me produce the last few years.. They got them printed quickly,good communication and they look great as usual, very inexpensively too ! The best part was Renee kicked things up a notch this year, and came up with a new design format which really highlights the photography and gives the project a really pro look. You wont be disappointed with your next project either !!!!!

Short Version: They messed up every piece of my order and tried to charge me more because of their errors.Long Version: I have done business with other Minuteman locations and have had great experiences but this was really different. I ordered 4 banners and some prints. The prints were manipulated AFTER I signed off on them. Luckily I was able to make them work but they would have looked better if not changed by the designer. I was really nice about it and was flexible. I ordered two prints of two banners (4 total). The representative later confirmed she wrote the quote wrong. I accepted my mistake of not looking close enough at the quote before signing off on it. They told me it would I would have to pay full price again for the additional two banners. It was frustrating but I took responsibility for the mistake on both sides. I later found out they made the banners smaller than my requested size (stated in the quote). The size of the banners wouldnt work for my project so I contacted them and again was polite and understanding. They took 10 days to complete the fix on my banners and many of my events were completed without any branding or banners because of their mistake and time it took to resolve it. During this time they twice told me to come in to pick up my order when it wasnt ready causing me to drive really far (50 mile round trip) and waste gas. Again I was polite and accepting. They then told me I was going to need to pay double because of their mistake. I was less understanding and accepting at this point. I suggested that a company would normally offer some sort of customer service resolution considering everything I had gone through. They then gave me the price I should have paid if they would have originally wrote the quote up correctly. Needless to say I will never do business with this location or any Minutman from this point going forward.

I use Minuteman Press for all my printing needs. They are very helpful and patient. They supply great products at a fair price. They are always there for me when I need something asap and they do everything they can to make it happen. Thank you everyone at Minuteman you are all awesome!

DO NOT GET LABELS MADE HERE. Horrible customer service, quality is very low. Printed out thousands of “not readable” material and charged us for it although it was their fault. Bad business for not making customer happy or printing out a sample first.
