I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the folks at Odysys. They just built me a wonderful new website and switched over my online reservation system, and the experience has been exceptional. McKenzie was patient and extremely responsive to my need for revisions. Changing up a website can be a fraught experience, and I was nervous that the new site might not measure up, or have technical glitches. I am not especially technical, and it turns out I didnt need to be. So far the new site is wonderful. The reservation system is integrated into the site itself and is extremely easy to use. And its super easy to change out content. I am really happy with Odysys and look forward to a long and fruitful relationship!

Our b&b has been an Odysys customer since January 2017 when we migrated our website from another host. The cost to upgrade our old site to mobile was going to be very expensive. Working with Odysys is more like a lease and the product is constantly being upgraded as technology changes. The transition was seamless and now we have a responsive website that I can easily edit myself.In August 2018 we also began using the newsletter service that Odysys has a monthly add-on feature. I easily cover the cost with bookings and I stay engaged and in front of my customers for repeat business.Special shout out to Ben and Tyler for their excellent customer service.

In search of a new website hosting option, I received a marketing message from Odysys and checked into it. I liked the look of websites they are hosting and signed on. I was surprised how reasonable the cost was to move everything over from the other host. The monthly fee is also reasonable. The staff is very accommodating and good at what they do.

Odysys provides an outstanding product and terrific customer support. My first contact was with Ivy and she came directly to me to demo their web building product on site. I was thoroughly impressed and signed up immediately. Ben and Kent have provided ongoing support and I even had the pleasure of meeting both of them personally at a CABBI conference. Ben in particular is very responsive to both technical questions and suggestions for improvements. I have received many compliments on my website and look forward to a long productive relationship.

We changed over to Odysys in the Spring of this year. The entire staff made the process seamless- what could have been a terrifying transition ended up being surprisingly simple with no errors! Since the transition, Odydys has helped us every step of the way developing online Gift Cards, adding to our website, and our overall online presence. They are always available and have never once made me feel insecure about all of the things I need help with! With the website, reservation system and money processor all working together, it has freed up my time to attend to other duties of the Inn. I am currently putting my personal finishing tweaks on my Inns new website and I could not be happier with the outcome the Odysys designers created. More than that, the response time via email with the Odysys team has been stellar. In particular, the customer success point man Jeff, whose customer service, attention to detail, response time and personal touches made this process, which can often seem overwhelming, a PLEASURE. For site changes I wanted to tackle personally, the back office system is easy-peasy. I was pretty discouraged with the other reservation sites I had tried. They promised to assign each inn keeper with her own consultant who would be on-call to help. Instead, I was met with unanswered or unattended-to inquiries.Odysys is da bomb!! Not only do they make beautiful web pages, but there is a speed of responsiveness and adeptness in making the innkeeper feel answered and understood! They have helped me so much. The business I work for recently switched to using Odysys and we have been very happy. They helped us update and transfer over our existing website and then optimize the searchability of it; they were responsive to our individual preferences with the design, helping me embed a third party widget I had found. The biggest plus to Odysys however has definitely been the costumer support. Whenever I have questions regarding anything to do with our website or SEO it is incredibly easy to message one of the members of the Odysys team who usually responds within a few minutes. Since the booking engine and website hosting company we used to use has next to no customer services, the stellar support that Odysys provides (both over the phone and online) has really made our transition to using their services purely a positive one.

I met this company while at a PAII tradeshow in March and attended several of their classes that they held during the 3 days of the show. Wow do they know their stuff - AND our business! I had chosen to only use their web services and went with another company for our reservation system. They were so quick with getting our website up and running that we (our property) were behind! Kent and his team are so very dedicated to their customers, I have NEVER waited for more than a minute or two for a response from any of them, even when I have sent chat messages at 8:30pm on a Sunday night. I am blown away by their customer service and support, truly. I am not a tech savvy person, but they never make me feel like I am asking silly questions when I am certain that they are to someone that knows what they are doing. Just a wonderful company to work with!

The webinar Innkeepers Roadmap to More Bookings was so informative I couldnt take notes fast enough. Ive been in the innkeeping business for 14 years, and this was the first webinar that didnt have a lot of useless information, and was delivered in an organized; user friendly way. Let me start by saying I would give more stars if I could. From my first phone call I knew I had landed an A+ customer service company. Then talking with Kent and the staff I knew we were going to move forward with Odysys. We were looking for a one stop shop/company and Odysys was that. With a new website and owning that website, booking engine, SEO, and OTAs it was very exciting to talk with them. I can Chat, call or email with any question and they dont nickel and dime me. They offer webinars to learn more and helpful downloads. We are first and they will help in any way they can and take suggestions. I can go on and on about Odysys, but I am sure you can read and understand I will recommend Odysys and their staff to any Bed and Breakfast looking for great service and a strong knowledge of what our future guests are needing for a great experience before they even enter our B&B. It was time for us to change our web site. My wife and I own a 15-room boutique hotel in a great, rural Texas city, and our web site was in need of a re-fresh. I responded to an invitation from Odysys to view a webinar, and was impressed. I contacted the company, and decided to take them up on their offer to design a new web site for our hotel. When I saw the results of their work, I was impressed all over again! However, Im not exactly a young guy, so I sought the input of a couple of our young employees. They loved it! They said it was much easier to maneuver through, and much more intuitive than the site we were then operating. I had decided to switch to Odysys, and contacted my then current web site services provider. I was never able to speak with a human being. I left a message that I wanted to discontinue our service, and that I wanted to speak with someone to coordinate a smooth transition. Well, I woke up the next day and did not have a web site... They had turned it off! I contacted Odysys, and they had my new site up by the end of the day! Its now been about three months. Since the change, our website now comes up at or very near the top on every hotel search for our city, our online bookings are up to 62 per month, on average, from 44 per month since the change-over. Its too early yet to determine overall impact on occupancy rate, but our ADR is up because guests are now booking our more expensive rooms online more often than our less expensive rooms. This tells me Odysys is hitting the market were looking for through better SEO design. All this, and the cost of the service is less than one-third the cost of our previous web site services provider. No, not one-third less... actually less than one-third the cost! Were looking forward to see how our web site performs over the summer months. We highly recommend Odysys!

Last summer in 2015, I needed a new website. I discovered more about Odysys through one of their general marketing promotions. After discussing and seeing the different websites that they could create for our two bed and breakfasts, I thought changing my website company was definitely the way to go! Of course, as a business owner I looked at their rates. I thought, “Wow, how can they give this kind of quality at such a low rate?” After approving our new website, we went live. The whole time, “I kept thinking is this too good to be true? A new website, a lower rate, and guess what, I got customer service, too! Ben Lloyd offered to help me with SEO next. Now I have been responsible for doing my own SEO during the last 13 yrs. I have hopped from one advisor to the next. I have never felt like our business was getting satisfactory results. Of course, we were looking to get ahead of the competition. With Ben’s previous SEO experience, he quickly put his finger on what we needed to do. He created a plan and followed through. We are seeing regular improvements. I really like his open door policy: you contact him by phone or email and he is ready to help. Even though we are miles apart, we can share a computer screen. He has clearly taught me what I could do independently in addition to his efforts. Right now, I am passing on the word to my fellow business people. I want them to have better websites at a lower rate, too. Ben is a very smart and polite man. I wish him and the other people on the team the best as they grow their Odysys business. Good things happen to good people, so that is my prediction that Odysys will definitely be continuing on their road to more successful contacts and helping other businesses!

Thank you Odysys for the great website as well as the great SEO, education and support. Now, no one ever says I couldnt find you on the internet and my B&B is doing over double the business it did last year! You are always making improvements... never resting on your laurels and even on weekends your support team is available. Would expect to pay more but the cost is no more than my previous vendor who offered a whole lot less.March 2017 - Now that I have been with Odysys for a full year I can honestly say it is the best business decision I ever made in 20 yrs of innkeeping. My occupancy is still up with no sign of slowing down. The support is still great and new innovations are the standard. I cant wait for my allocator service to activate! Its going to save me a ton of time and stress.

We recently changed changed website management companies to Odysys because our former one got bought out by a multinational booking and website management outfit. System support consisted of trouble tickets that were usually closed as soon as a tech with imperfect command of English referred me to some FAQ list that didnt fit my problem. I had my first support contact a few days ago with Odysys, about a puzzling drop in reservations. Ben Lloyd, their VP for Strategy and Customer Success, quickly jumped into my analytics and discovered some issues that were altering traffic to my site. He created a personal video report showing what was happening, then redirected some pages that had been lost in the conversion. That was a week ago. My phone is ringing again, bookings are the best theyve ever been and Ben is checking back with me to see how Im doing and suggesting things I can do to raise my visibility even more. I couldnt have gotten more hustle and personal attention if I were CEO of Nike instead of half of a mom-and-pop business.

Our Odysys website rolled out about a month ago, and we are already seeing a huge difference in click thrus, website visits, even phone calls. Kameron, Ben, Kent and the rest of the staff are always accessible. And, while Im pretty sure theyre all super geniuses, they are always patient and explain things in laymans terms.With a very impressive Teach a man to fish philosophy, they offer a wealth of marketing resources including live webinars, downloadable checklists and worksheets, and much, much more. I am very impressed with how much Ive learned so far just from attending a few webinars and perusing the resource library. While Odysys has taken care of all of the technical back door details that make my head hurt, I have been able to glean some valuable marketing skills that I can implement immediately on my own.I would highly recommend Odysys for any B&B looking to move their web and social media presence to the next level.
