Oregon Hot Tub was super helpful every step of the way in purchasing our first hot tub. They were available, knowledgeable, and friendly to work with. They provided us installation services and training, they helped to make it happen ahead of schedule, and they recommended a good local electrician to make it happen. I would definitely recommend Oregon Hot Tub!

Our salesman, Isaac Arroyo, was so knowledgeable and helpful during the purchase process and has been so great helping us understand how to do everything after getting it installed! I purchased the Limelight Beam spa from Isaac Arroyo. When I went to Oregon Hot Tub to check out the different spas, Isaac was most helpful in helping me decide which model would be best for us. I was impressed with his knowledge and patience. He fully explained the various features and maintenance of the spa and assured me that I could call him with any questions I might have. Once the spa was delivered, Isaac walked me through the start up process and came to our house the following week to make sure the spa was working correctly. We love our Beam! It is easy to maintain. Issac continued to be involved through the many delays in delivery (Not his fault; typical Covid manufacturing and shipping delays). Lets see how it pans out!Original review: Very nice but totally unethical people and organization. Three times over the last few months promises have been made and each time I received a call the next day with changes to increase the price. The last straw was today. I ordered and paid in advance for a $10k sauna installed at my house. Today I received a call saying they wouldn’t install it. I strongly believe that the ethics of person and business are important. They clearly don’t agree.

We have had a Hot Springs hot tub 30+ years. Have always enjoyed the tub and help when needed. There were two instances of frustration with maintenance help. One while in Prineville and the other while here in Redmond. Trying to schedule service help out of Beaverton was very difficult. I think this may have now been changed.

I have owned several hot tubs in the past and decided to purchase a hot tub to go with my new home in Tumalo. I worked with Keely and she was amazing from start to finish! She was very patient with me (I needed a lot of time to make up my mind) and she never made me feel rushed. She asked great questions and helped me find the perfect hot tub. I ended up with a Vanguard and it is the most outstanding hot tub I have ever used! I love all the seats and the layout. The features are awesome including extensive lighting options, jet options, cleaning options and even options to determine the output level of chlorine. Im very happy with my purchase and the overall experience and service that Keely provided!

We bought the Endless pool, 12. It has been great for family fun and a swim work out. Dark brown exterior with a bamboo look. This spa is so well made, the best weve found. Totally enclosed top to bottom and even boxed in underneath . Its quiet and efficient. Features are beautiful.Waterfall, lights, speakers, it has it all. The 3 message seats at one end are very well planned out and work great for a sore tired back. We were also impressed by the efficient staff here in Bend. Isaac was wonderful to work with. He is kind, listens and isnt pushy. Overall a fantastic experience.

I bought my Prodigy hot tub from Isaac at Oregon Hot Tub about 2 years ago. Isaac was great as was the whole experience - including the delivery and installation. Isaac even went over to my house on his own time to balance it for me while I was out of town. I still buy all my chemicals there and enjoy popping in and saying hi to the folks there. Great outfit!Also, if you’re not quite sure of what brand to go with, I can tell you from experience you can’t go wrong with Hot Springs. Ive had a Vangaurd at my place in Tahoe since 2004. It has run almost continuously for 15 years. Other than basic maintenance, it’s had almost no problems. Both of them are humming away flawlessly, 365 days a year. Very comfortable, great jet experience and very practical overall.

Keely and staff are amazing. They went above and beyond for us, even arranging a crane to place our hot tub. A rare gem of customer service in this era.

I received an email requesting a review: So here’s the deal... the hot tubs themselves have a good rating. Isaac was also the person I dealt with. Good guy as long as you have his attention. I ordered a hot tub but at the end of the day, I didn’t get what I ordered. The spa itself was correct but the options were incorrect. Delivery guys did not install the cover lift correctly. Thankfully I caught it before it came all apart and breaking something. I finished it myself. I brought this up to Isaac and never heard back. I guess the service after the sale is out the door. I have owned a few different hot tubs all different brands and I will say, this one is the best built so far after seeing the insides! At the end of the day, it works great.

Huge thank you to Robert Burgess!! My husband LIVES for our NXT spa and we recently had the jets go out in the main seats. Bobby was super quick to respond, got an appointment only a few days after calling. Not only did Bobby do a full check of our spa and clean our filters, he gave me some great tips and tricks to better care for our spa. Super thankful for the level of service Bobby provided. It gives us great peace of mind to know weve got a guy like this in our area.

Issac was great! I was very undecided of what to get for our family. He let me and my three little kids come swim in the showroom to check out the swim spa! This business is shady, stay away. They employ the used car sales approach. Aggressively push the sale then disappear and dont do what they say they will do. Installed the wrong lifter which resulted in holes drilled in the wrong places on both the lid and the side panels. Their mistake and they wont make it right, on a brand new tub. My review on their site wasn’t posted but they sent me an auto response that doesn’t address my issue. Isaac at the bend store is fake and the corporate office gives the run around. Ive never left a review of anything before, I’m not that person but this was an awful experience. I hope to save someone else the frustration and disappointment. I highly recommend avoiding this company.

I purchased a tub from these guys in December 2018. We really loved it, but when I drained it out to clean it for the first time in April I was horrified when I heard a loud crack under my foot as I stepped into the shell to wipe some areas clean. There was a very large crack, and I couldnt believe what had just happened. One of the reasosn I bought a Hot Spring was their claim that they stand behind their product, and Im happy to report thats true. They sent out Bobby (who had also installes the tub for us) and he said this was only the second time in 15 years he had seen a shell crack like that. Luckily they did replace the tub with absolutely no hassle to me, and we are very happy.

5 star store with 5 star salesman Isaac! He sold us our limelight model last year and did a wonderful job selling us what best fit our budget, he was professional and polite throughout the entire process. We love our spa and will be lifelong customers of Hotsprings Tubs!

Everything about this hot tub is great, except the horrible customer service ordeal we went through to get it going. We werent able to schedule a time range for the technician to come to our house and for the delivery the man, who was suppose to come in the afternoon, showed up at 7am.We couldnt get the hot tub hooked up and filled on the first delivery and on the second visit the office still couldnt schedule a time range and we waited around all day for the visit. When the men arrived they were rude to my partner and left without even filling the hot tub. We ended up spending hours reading through the manual and setting it up ourselves.

Spoke with Isaac at the Clark County, WA Fair. He was spectacular to speak with, very knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to share his knowledge.We weren’t ready to buy, but when we are, we will absolutely go out of our way to talk with Isaac in Bend!

These hot tubs are so superior to any hot tub I have ever been in. The strength of the jets, and the moving jet are worth the extra price you pay to own the best hot tub! I have had a very good experience with this store and it’s employees.
