Seem to be nice guys, but I dont like having to clean up after others especially when they use your equipment without asking for permission. So with that being said, Customer Service could be better.

No attention to detail. Poor customer relations. FirePro created panic in my building by setting off the fire alarm without informing the other tenants that it was just a test. Twice!!! Owner was not willing to take fault. Customer service in Bend apparently went away with population growth.

FirePro helps keep our office in compliance. In fact, when the fire marshal visits, they look for that green tag. Seeing one, they know we care about employee safety and fire prevention.
