Ive been using Journeys Peak Travel (now just Peak Travel) for years and the agents there have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend them.

My son and I went to Maui, and stayed at the Royal Kahana, on the beach. Well they missed spelled my name on all my reservations, and no beach access at all which was why we were staying at that location. We were not the only ones that were lied to. So sad, never again

We used Cindy Evans as our agent. She didnt listen to our needs. She used expedia to book our rooms which wasnt done right. Our hotels were not near anything we requested we prepaid for the vacation however it still kept costing. And now the last straw we got the wrong flight information and are stranded at the Ireland airport overnight.
