Outstanding drivers, great service. My flight was 30 minutes early, and there they were waiting when I got off. Awesome!

First time in Bend! We had a bachelor party of 10 and owner Sher was an absolute gem! She was extremely accommodating throughout our entire trip, whether the daily trip to the mountain (with snowboards) or to and from restaurants/bars. There was a hookup to play our own music and best of all the prices were very affordable. Bend Towncars is a must when you’re visiting!

Used them for a ride after our wedding, they showed up with a nice car and the driver waited around for us since we were a bit late packing things up. We accidentally forgot something in his car that night, but were able to recover it quickly the next day after contacting them.

Always Outstanding Service! For the past several years, I have used Bend Towncars when my elderly mother or I need a ride. We both have also recommended Bend Towncars to our friends and family. Sher, and every other Bend Towncar driver, has always provided wonderful service.Mom and I both are confident we will be picked up on time, the price will be fair and processed correctly and we will enjoy the professional driving and company. We have each used the service for airport and in-town transportation and for pre-scheduled and quick pickups.Mom is now 89 years old and lives in senior living. I know Mom is in good hands when she is with a Bend Towncar driver. The drivers walk her to and from the car, making sure she arrives on time and safely.Our credit cards are on file and payment processing has always been correct and easy. In fact, Mom recently asked the driver to take her to the store, but Mom had forgotten her purse. The driver simply bought Moms items, put the charge on the on-file card and let me know.I have read the negative reviews posted here. I know the people with Bend Towncars. Those negative reviews are lies, undoubtedly posted by envious competitors. Like I said, Mom and I have recommended Bend Towncars to many people, especially to other elderly women who no longer drive. Everyone reports back that they too have had great service!

I dont think I am able to give this 0 stars, so unfortunately Ill have to settle for 1. I used Bend Towncars for bachelor brewery tour on June 24th, 2017. Payment for the tour was completed and finalized at the conclusion of the tour. 13 months later, I receive an email from Sharilyn claiming that our group was not charged for the tour and that they would be charging us now. Since this charge took place over a year ago, I had to call my credit card company to verify whether the transaction took place back in June 2017, which it indeed did. Based on other posts I have seen this seems to be a common experience with this company. When I called to confront Bend Towncars about the pending charge, I was told that they were having a hard time tracking down payments on their end and that they had new employee running that activity. Before hanging up on me, Sharilyn told me to not use her services anymore, which I certainly plan on doing, and I do hope others think twice before booking with Bend Towncars. If you must, I suggest laminating your receipt in the event you are accused a year or more later of not paying.

Bend Towncar said they would be picking up our party of 10 at 10:00pm out at a wedding in Sisters on Saturday night. Our friends had a baby at home and so we had to get home and had not heard anything at 11:00pm. We decided to get an Uber instead for $60 and the remaining group didnt get picked up until 12:45am. I called and complained and asked that the owner call me back and never heard anything. Apparently the situation was caused because the dispatcher over-booked. This was also after they had adjusted our cars and pick up times and downsized us to two cars instead of one large van. Not impressed.

Dont ever use them they didnt show up to take me to the air port this morning. I had called yesterday to set up a time for me to be picked up and taken to the air port at 4:45 am this morning and the guy had assured me he would be here and he never arrived and didnt answer when I callled and almost made me late to my flight they are un reliable and dont trust them to pick you up. They didnt show up

Unprofessional on the phone, and 8 hours later still no quote or confirmation of tomorrow morning’s 4:30 am pickup for international flight. Meant to call Cascade Towncar, the names are similar, so canceled and booked with Kent at Cascade Towncar. Punchline... just call Kent!

Fifteen minutes after our scheduled pickup and no call. Hopefully an Uber gets here in time for us to make our flight. In a word : unreliable. And when planning travel, what else matters? Fail.
