Great rooms, comfortable bedding! But customer service and a couple small things drag down my rating. When sending the confirmation, parking should be addressed. We arrived to fire trucks at entrance, so went to a parking garage nearby. At almost 500/night, parking should be covered. The front desk offered valet for 15.00. When we asked about amenities, the front desk said they didnt understand. With covid many pools, hot tubs have been closed. I asked about the restaurant, she said it was opening but we would need a reservation. Overall it just seemed like we were not guests at this hotel. Without better service, I wouldnt recommend for the price range.

Would definitely stay here again! It is with in walking distance of everything downtown! You can rent bikes Id you want to ride to a different area and explore! It was awesome! We happened to be there during the Fall festival so downtown was busy and exciting.

The hotel was pretty nice, though I didnt love the city of Bend. The check in wasnt smooth. It took them awhile to find our reservation even though we made it through their website. The staff was friendly though. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was just some cereal and vanilla almond milk they placed in the hallway.

Stayed here last weekend. I cant say enough about the location🏭, staff friendliness and the amenities at this hotel!!!! They allow pets and they give you a pup package 🐕 to boot! It was so cute. A dog bed, bowls, cookies, dooo bags 😁. They stop and pet your dog and are just so kind and helpful. I also found that this hotel wasnt much more 💸 than other, less nice hotels. It was definitely worth the stay. 🙌

Great place for families. Perfectly located near downtown bend. Very clean and spacious rooms. We visited as a family of 4 with 2 teens and they enjoyed the sitting area and two TVs in the room.. Quiet, friendly and clean hotel. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Free parking during Christmas week. Comfortable stay!

A superb experience. Wonderful staff, free self parking over a weekend was easy. Room very comfortable and ability to walk everywhere. Deep down wanted to save the $$$ and redeem Hilton points at the Doubletree next door, but was glad we splurged to stay here.

Loved the hotel and the city. Great location, nice,clean spacious room with generosity in everything and huge attention to small details; the locally made soap bars, the newspaper at the door in the morning, the bathtub, the sustainability initiatives to reduce packing with using French press for coffee and refilled containers for shampoos, not to forget the hot chocolate booth at the reception. Also free parking 👌Highly recommended hotel, would definitely come again if I was in the area. Not to forget how friendly the staff was, we were in a road trip and did a double booking by mistake for another city, they were fine with canceling the second night for us.

Oxford Hotel was a fabolous place to stay with the family. It had everything a family could need. Staff was friendly & easy to deal with. Also within walking distance of food/drink, entertainment & shopping! We will definitely be coming back to Oxford on out next trip to Bend, Oregon

Wonderful hotel in gorgeous Bend, OR. Centrally located, clean and comfortable. Outstanding customer service!! We had a very minor issue with our room and called the front desk. They took care of the issue quickly and kindly, and even provided us with an extra perk to make our stay even better. I am very happy with our experience and hope to visit again soon!

Fantastic. Staying here was a great experience. We stayed in one of the suites and added an extra night to our stay.

Last Monday we evacuated at midnight from the Mckenzie River fire and came to the Oxford Hotel about 1:30 am with the clothes on our backs and two cats in crates who didn’t even have water. Oxford staff was amazing, set us up in two adjoining rooms so our girls wouldn’t keep us awake and helped us with supplies. Thank you Oxford staff for taking such good care of us during a horrible week and for being so nice to us. You’re the best!!! The Blakes

Great welcoming staff and very kind- with great rooms and presentation from arriving to departure. Walking distance to everything downtown Bend. Do yourself a favor and book it! Me and my girlfriend came to visit, and decided this hotel would meet our needs, we mentioned we had a dog, and they got us our room, everyone was really nice and made me feel comfortable (considering I’m tattooed head to toe ) we got to our room, there was treats, a dog bed and food bowl and even a water travel bowl for are dog to keep. The room service and food was awesome, we had a little mix up with the hard we accidentally got double charged. But we brought it to there attention and they said we Would be refunded in a couple business days, and we were. And a day later, they called and said they had found a hat in the room and it was mine, they asked for my home address and shipped it, we will be returning !

Rooms were great, staff service was incredible, wonderful French press coffee in room, with great room service food. The even brought us some tums when my wife had a little heartburn. This is our hotel next time we visit!

We love the Oxford. Beautiful rooms and kind staff who think of EVERYTHING. Hot chocolate in the winter is wonderful touch in the lobby, and it’s rich and creamy, not the nonsense water stuff :) great location.

As a Bendite, I was always intrigued by the Oxford hotel, with a downtown location and a few stories to its name. I staycationed there in my youth, I remember a nice indoor pool, sauna and steam room, also a quaint hot tub. The room I stayed in was like a hallway to a queen bed but at least there was a mini fridge. The location is perfect to see central sights and very manageable if you don’t have a car and want to get around town. The pricing is high and debatably worth their facilities especially if you want to enjoy wonders of outside bend rather than the inside of a hotel room.

One of the best Oxford hotels we have ever stayed! First place that ever offered a use of a guitar for people who play or if we wanted to rock out! Excellent and cool design concept in the restaurant & throughout the grounds of the hotel was impressive! Staff was the best in the Northwest! We will visit again!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Bend! The staff is friendly and helpful while offering a clean and comfortable property. I believe this is still the only true 4 star hotel option inside of Bend and they work hard to earn that designation. Pricing is a little higher but it coincides with the quality of the bed, gym, and restaurant in the basement.

This hotel deserves 8 stars. I have been to many hotels across the world, both big chains like Waldorf, Ritz Carlton, and smaller, boutique hotels. This one ranks as THE SINGLE BEST HOTEL EVER. Period. The staff are outstanding. The rooms are outstanding. The service is over-the-top wonderful. Why stay anywhere else? You will find your every need anticipated. The management and every one on the staff are THE BEST. Do not miss this hotel. It is actually worth a trip out of your way to stay here, its that good. ( and no, I am not related to these folks in any way....)

Great size rooms, very clean, staff couldn’t be nicer, their gym is extremely nice and clean, and the hotel is so close to everything in bend. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, especially families !

Rooms are nice but I had a family in the floor above who were doing gymnastics apparently. Hotel kindly moved me to a quieter room. Unfortunately, I’ve had to call for a receipt again as they somehow can’t figure out how to email me one when I check out. I was able to call and have them send me one but was met with a bit of attitude when I raised the issue again. A little frustrating and laborious when your doing reports.

Accommodating, spacious, comfortable and a great location. This was such a beautiful hotel. We had an incredible stay as the staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen / kitchenette is full of the essentials even plenty of cold waters. This hotel truly thinks of the details for a great stay. We had 3 people stay in the suite and the pull out bed has a temperpedic mattress so everyone still gets a great night sleep. I noticed that they also set out healthy breakfast options on your floor. You can’t beat the location and it’s a nice plus that they are dog friendly. When they know you have a dog staying with you they supply the CUTEST and helpful dog package. Will always choose this hotel when staying in Bend.

The hospitality is off the charts, especially for the dog! We stayed last summer and had to come back.

Perfect location downtown walking distance to everything. Staff were very welcoming and has suggestions for local activities. The room was gorgeous and clean, breakfast snacks were available in the morning. Will stay here again

When staying in Bend OR, theres no other place to stay.. This hotel has it all. The staff is excellent and attentive. The rooms are perfect. And the beds are simply amazing. The restaurant 10 below is phenomenal I suggest the classic breakfast.. when I go back to Bend Ill be staying again..

It was great very clean, quiet and nice. Although at the restaurant it was very slow service. I had the brioche French toast and it was spectacular would recommend.

Amazing place to stay...staff is so helpful! We had an issue with the heater in our room they went above and beyond to make the rest our stay very enjoyable! Beds are perfect! Rooms are well appointed, large and very comfortable

This is a GREAT hotel!! Rooms are clean and spacious and the hotel is very nice. Employees are friendly and very attentive to your needs and always willing to help in any way they can. Theres a fitness center upstairs thats fully equipped with a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. I would definitely return to stay and highly recommend this wonderful hotel!!

A middle of the road management company built an affordable higher end boutique property in the heart of Bend, and its FANTASTIC. Incredible rates for the size of the rooms, and the finish therein. Its stunning layout and design... carving up a very huge, very long awkward space into a beautiful living / office area aside from the bedroom. I loved my stay here, and really hope business brings me back to the Cornell Hotel program again.... I would love to stay at this place more often. Bend itself is like Boulder West... happening people, athletic and vibrant. Its a special place, and the Oxford Hotel is certainly a shining light for the city. The Management is superb, and the public spaces are beautiful and understated. The design of the lobby is fantastic. I really enjoyed the restaurant as well. The fitness room was ample.... spring for the jr suite. Its worth it, and you might get a fun view of the city.

Lovely room with a balcony just large enough to people watch from. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the TVs have a fireplace and aquarium channel. Complimentary (local) teas are exquisite, and there was a French press and electric kettle in my room. Small minifridge with internal freezer, extra seating space within the room. Bathroom had a deep tub and separate shower. Hotel restaurant was welcoming, tasteful, and tasty. Smaller menu than a standard restaurant, but with some less common items like pineapple juice. My only complaint was that the fitness room, and attached hot tub and sauna, was closed during my stay, though the hotel offered complimentary passes to the local fitness center.

Can not wait to come back here. Everyone has been so nice and welcoming to me and my dog Rex. Beautiful hotel!

We were 13 strong and the hotels restaurant 10 Below didnt flinch. We had a lovely lunch, not rushed and wonderful service. So yay 10 Below! Would definitely go back to enjoy a lovely service in beautiful surroundings for a glass of wine and a little lite jazz!

My relatives stayed at The Oxford while they were visiting. They really enjoyed their stay! They said the cleaning services were incredibly fast. The staff was very friendly towards me while I waited for my relatives in the lobby. The lobby was clean and the decor was lovely.

This place is amazing for the price!!! The front desk was super helpful, and when someone in my party had a upset stomach room service brought the best mashed potatoes and sprite up ON THE HOUSE.The rooms are spacious and modern. Two large flat screen TVs made having teenagers with me a breeze. The bathtubs make a mom wanna move in. I could go on and on...but as someone who spends a lot of time in high end hotels this one was great!!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Oxford Hotel in June 2015 for 3 nights. The accommodations are first rate! Beautiful room, very attentive staff. Fitness room was on the 7th floor...beautiful views. We also dined in the restaurant 10below and the food and drinks were excellent! Happy hour was great...enjoyed the smoked duck tacos! Located downtown next to everything. If you are looking for a superb place to stay in Bend, stay at the Oxford!

Pillow menu was the first thing that I read in my room. Nice staff. My room was not cleaned by the time that I was back. (around 12 pm) Nice sauna, do note that you will have to turn it on before usage because it will turn off as there is a timer which controls the sauna. Nice workout facility. They have some amazing chocolate chip cookies!!!! There is an ATM about 500 meters away too. A nice place to stay!

Beautiful, clean, and right among all the fun of downtown Bend. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, even found my lost Bose speaker for me after wed checked out! We had an excellent dinner at their restaurant and followed that up with BORROWING A BREEDLOVE GUITAR from the Oxford to play for the evening. How is this place even real? I dont know but I love it. Thanks everyone at The Oxford Hotel, you made our weekend extra special.

The Oxford is easily one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. It might be because its slightly out of my affordability and I have been fortunate enough to stay there for work and for a mini-honeymoon in December. That being said, I was blown away at the staff, the decor, the quality of everything and especially the location. I would stay there every time I visit bend if I could.

Stayed here on a romantic getaway weekend with my fiance. The rooms were stylish and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the sauna/hot tub/steam room was a great bonus. It was right in down town so great location to walk around. Would stay here again.

The place is very nice. The employees are professional and cordial. The room is in pristine condition when you arrive and provided a homely experience to those who desire a nice rest.

Shockingly high-end (though with price to match) in Bend. Rooms, especially, are furnished and equipped at a level you expect in luxury hotels in much larger cities. The valet and front desk staff were welcoming and eager to make recommendations. The restaurant seemed like maybe they were trying a little too hard. It had a clubby vibe, which worked reasonably well for our late-night dinner, but was a little odd for breakfast. Service there wasnt perfect either, but the food was delicious.

Thank you Oxford. Really happy that I got to experience a night of disconnected alone time in your beautiful hotel. It was one of many steps toward my next chapter. Your team rocks. Cheers to a great 2015 as we flow into 2016.

10below is amazing. The BLT was the best. Was there for an art exhibit and just had to stop and eat.

This is probably the best hotel in the country. Service wise, they surpass all expectations. Decor is cool, location is great. Very reasonable price. Not at all a hotel, but an experience is luxury accommodation.

Hotel is like what you hope your living room to look like: welcoming, cozy and with an expensive taste vibe: fireplace in the lobby, beautiful Christmas decorations, a welcoming staff. Great bar downstairs and modern restaurant. Hotel has a gym, sauna and steam room. The best part of all: each room comes with a French press and delicious coffee!

I LOVE this hotel. Where should I start... because, of course, they´ve got all the stuff that a small boutique hotel would have. But great staff, comfortable, with lots of small nice touches, like a french press coffee pot in room, instead of one of those horrid little k-cup things.

First visit to the Oxford, went to the restaurant for the Mothers day brunch. Lovely atmosphere and good food. Staff was polite and and eager to help.

Only two flaws with this otherwise outstanding hotel. The bed is not very comfortable, I expect better from a hotel of this caliber. Also, no windows can be opened in the room so the air seems stale.

The Oxford Hotel was a very professional place. I went here for my senior prom and it was outstanding! I was immediately greeted at the door, very beautiful rooms, and it was just overall a very well run place.
