My 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid was backed into. The front grill pieces were broken, mostly on the drivers side, left headlight broken, radiator support bent, front bumper scuffed up, hood and left front fender tweaked.The repair was was perfect, the car was actually better, since four years of paint on the front bumper was replaced. The shop owner really seems to care about the quality of their shops work. Surprisingly he knew the insurance adjuster well and when the costs were considerably more than the estimate, he worked with the insurance company and secured approval for all the needed repairs.After this experience I recommend this shop to everyone I know needing body work on their car.The angle/light on the photos is not the best but it does show the grill pieces and the drivers side headlight are like new.

Very positive experience! Steve and his crew did a great job in a very short time frame and at a reasonable expense. They were pleasant to work with and I would be happy to send my friends there!

These guys are fair, honest and hard working. The rear end of my car was smashed and despite the fact that it is a 96 and well used, it came out of their shop looking brand new and incredible!Steve was great at working with the insurance and keeping me informed. Great experience. Would definitely use them again.

I have used them several times (not my driving)! They are efficient, honest, and very helpful. I dont know much about cars, and they took all the time I needed to understand what needed to be done. I was treated with respect, not like a dumb blond. Their work is excellent!

Im adding another gold 5 star rating for JRs body shop. My prize yellow Jeep Wrangler was rear ended in Eugene by a Chrysler and did what looked like not too much damage but there was much invisible damage. Parts for my 2006 Jeep were scarce but Steve found them.I chose JRs because of all the 5 star reviews and am very glad I did. My Jeep looks as good if not better than before. I cant say enough good about this business. If I have to have body work done in the future I will definitely take the vehicle to Steve.So heres another well deserved 5 star rating!!

Go to this shop. I looked around and these guys have better prices and an outstanding turn around. All the other shops my insurance company wanted to me to go to couldnt get me in for another month. These guys are genuine, helpful, and go above and beyond. I selected this shop because of the positive reviews and could not be happier. Do not take your car to a dealership, but instead use this amazing business who cares about its customers

Highly recommend! I had two vehicles repaired. Jrs was the lowest out of three price quotes in town. I was charged exactly the estimate I was given, and the work was EXCEPTIONAL! Looked brand new! Great job!

I dig this place. I first came in last year and asked them to take my brush guard off. Steve advised me not to because of how many deer hits he was getting, and boy was I thankful I didnt. I just brought my truck in to have a really bad dent in my bed repaired (caused by my camper sliding forward on a speed bump) and he charged me half what was quoted and did a great job. Solid, trustworthy shop. Thank you!

My car was hit while on vacation in another state. The insurance was confusing due to that and the process took longer. Making matters worse, I had just had knee surgery and couldnt walk well. JRs literally took care of everything. On the day of drop off, we had a death in the family, and they were kind and accommodating about schedule changes. Oh, and most importantly, they did a super job repairing my car!

I was extremely upset to see any sort of negative reviews about JRs. When I took my 2008 white Subaru Outback into Steve and his son, the passenger side of my car was in shreds; panels were hanging off the side of my car, paint was completely stripped, and doors would not shut properly. I was convinced that my car was totaled.The work that the guys do here is incredible. Their service and hospitality is above and beyond any others. They even took the time out to touch up a soccer-ball-sized dent in my bumper that a previous autobody guy failed to correct well.A year later, the passenger side of my car is looking great and the paint matching is absolutely amazing. It never looks like it was in a wreck!If you have any kind of auto repair that needs to be handled with the utmost consideration and honesty, take your car to JRs. Not only will you be happy with the results, youll meet some great people in the process.

We took a virtually brand new vehicle in to have the hood, grille, and mirrors buffed because I was an idiot and made the mistake of using the scotch brite side of a dish sponge for scrubbing bugs off (dont do this hahaha). When we got the car back it looked great from a distance but there were a new 15s+ paint chips in all of the areas that they worked on. I called to ask about it and they insisted that all of the chips were there when we brought it in and refused to discuss any refund or added service to fix their mistake.I am not the type of person that tries to bleed businesses dry by demanding refunds and free service but I am the type that thinks its perfectly acceptable to expect professional service from a professional business. Even if I am wrong and a brand new car has more rock chips (as they said) in the top of a hood than a vehicle that has 250,000 miles and lived on a dirt road the entirety of its life, this business should still have the courtesy to thoroughly review their work and listen to their customers - in this case, that did not happen. Instead, it was just an angry phone call with it made clear that there would be absolutely no refund or added service to deliver the expected quality of work and that I was just an idiot (I kinda am for using scotch brite in the first place).

Some girl ran into my car on the 2nd day of school at COCC. There was a big scrape and I got an estimate at honda which was way too pricey. Went to JRs and they gave me an estimate of nearly half the price. Service was done in only a few days. They did such a good job its like my car is brand new. They even cleaned some of the interior it appears. Great service I would definitely recommend this place.
