Nick was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a phenomenal job cleaning the dryer vent. He was also able to vacuum out debris left from the previous owner. They did not have an attachment to clean the side vent under the kitchen sink baseboard because it was perpendicular to the floor rather than vertical. Nick was personable and cordial and provided us any and all recommendations. We would use this company in the future.

Nick did a great job on our vents. He must have removed 2 lbs. of dust and lint from our dryer vent. He also removed marbles, rocks, and super hero cards left by the previous owners. He was cordial and knowledgeable about the process and was thorough in the process. The return air vent was remarkably clean. We’ll use them again for our next vent cleaning.

We hired this service to clean all of our air ducts. Our house is 23 years old (we purchased three years ago). I doubt that the ducts have ever been cleaned. This company has all the proper equipment to put into the duct to knock off the accumulated dust, then vacuum it out. Our service worker also cleaned our clothes dryer vent. My experience with Guarantee Cleaning’s service for cleaning the HVAC Air Ducts and Clothes Dryer Exhaust Duct was very good. The company owner, David, gave me quote over the phone and scheduled the work for just a few days later. Nick, the technician who came to do the work at our home was wonderful to work with. He explained how the process worked during a walk through before starting the duct cleaning process, and also kept us up to date about how things were going as he moved throughout the house to work on each of the ducts. This was the first time the ducts had been cleaned since the house was built in 2016. Apparently the builder didn’t do as good a job keeping construction debris out of the ducts as we thought that he had done. Nick let us know that he did find plenty of such debris as the cleaned the ducts in our house. We will certainly use Guarantee Cleaning for this work as needed in the future, and we will certainly recommend them to people we know.

Excellent work and a really nice team! I was shocked when he was able to get me on the schedule within a few days of me calling them. And, they showed up exactly when they said they would. Did a great job on all my carpets and even advised me on my area rugs (which, I already know they do the best job on these!). I didnt realize they did air duct cleaning and, when I asked about it, he looked at a few vents and our furnace and said they were in good shape right now. No cleaning needed. Duct cleaning and dryer vent repair and clean...excellent job.

A few months ago we got brand new carpets. One of my two black labs decided the new carpet was a perfect place to relieve himself in the middle of the night. Not urine either. To make matters worse, it happened 4 times!First time I went and rented a carpet machine. Didn’t take out stains. Then I called a steaming carpet cleaning company, and the result wasn’t much better. The second time we called another carpet company, with similar less than optimal results. Stains remained visible.The third time we called Guarantee. First time through, the carpet looked brand new again! Literally a week later it happened again. Had a blackwater event in the home. Contaminated ducts were removed & replaced by a restoration company, but there was still a lingering smell. Guarantee Duct Cleaning sanitized the ducts for the entire HVAC system and took care of the problem.

I used both the duct and carpet cleaning services all in one day. Our ducts had never to my knowledge been cleaned. What a great and effective system and what a great employee doing the work. Friendly, competent and obviously enjoying what he does. Following the duct cleaning the next wave arrived to address carpets sorely in need of attention. These carpets have been cleaned by other services in the past. Those services simply dont compare to what Dave accomplished. Stains that other services were unable to remove vanished with Daves work.
