I am a returning customer of West Texas Tree Service. I used them two years ago for a large project (5 large trees). They did such good work I hired them again this week. I could not be more pleased with their work, their professionalism and pricing. They have the best of the best equipment to handle any tree service job (big or small). I looked around a lot to find a company I could trust to handle my tree removal projects safely and professionally! FIVE STAR SERVICE!!!

West Texas Tree Services ground-out two tree stumps with buried roots. These tree stumps were the result of an incomplete job by another, somewhat unreliable, company. Without hesitation they agreed to finish the incomplete job. They also planted two new trees as replacements. The crew was quite knowledgeable, professional, courteous, friendly and helpful in assisting us in making decisions regarding the best tree species and placement for our location. They gave direction and recommendations for buying the new trees, as well as delivering them to us on day of planting. They provided great advice on how to improve our landscaping issues, answering all my questions and alleviating all my concerns. They helped us remain within our allotted budget. They arrived on time and completed the work timely. All work was completed satisfactorily and as agreed. They honored their quote. Upon completion of work they quickly performed a full clean-up. I am extremely satisfied with the quality and performance of this company. I highly recommend them, as well, I will use them again on my next tree service project. This company is honest and operates with great integrity.

Quick response to a large broken limb against our house. Gave a estimate (good price), showed up on time and did a great job. Also cleaned up the site well, highly recommend.

They destroyed a brand new roof and gutters. Left gutters filled will tree debris. Scratched up the siding on my home and sidnt say anything. I had to go and discover the piss poor condition they left my house in. My roof gutters and paint are not even a month old and they didnt care how they treated my home when cutting and removing trees. I would never recommend them

First, West Texas Tree Services did an absolutely GREAT job. 100% professional!!! They not only did a wonderful job on this huge tree but cleaned up everything everywhere.BUT I wanted to respond to Shawnee Modglings review. She said they arrived 8:20 a.m. Yes they did, and the leader of the group went over and tried to contact her to ask her if she wanted to move the junk cars and/or the boat. He knocked very loudly on her trailer but she didnt respond, but she sure knew when they arrived so why not come out and ask him what he wanted!! Lets talk about the no trespassing sign in the corner of our front fence. Yes she put it there recently because my husband weed eats the grass on our fence on both sides of the fence. and has done this for years.. They dont weed eat at all. And just recently put up the sign in the corner of our front fence. I can only guess that she doesnt want it to look good. Grass is always mowed by my husband. Hes been doing this all the time we have lived here for many many years. Which by the way our place and two lots are owned by us free and clear of any debt. These people dont like us and I think thats why the bad review. We have lived her many years, and her just a few and, she has said I spy on her because I come into the front yard. I have two gliders i sit on and read books, and I have an enclosed deck/porch with a rocker where I read books there too and sit with my pets. But apparently she thinks she can tell me that I cannot come out in MY front yard or the porch/deck area when they are outside. No one is telling me I cant walk around my own yard or sit on my porch or anything else I want to do in my own yard. This is America and if you think it is spying think again, its on your part paranoia. I have the right to do anything legal in my yard.So hose down your cars that arent driven anywhere, just let it go.I saw the tree guy trimming the front tree and I never saw him hit the used not new boat. Neither tree wast even over the boat. Theyve taken the boat out several times so if it has a scratch who knows how it got there. Her kids climb all over the boat as well. And I watched them take down the back tree and didnt see it hit the trampoline. And I saw no damage, her kids hang on those trees by the back fence while jumping up and down on the trampoline. After the guys were gone, I saw the trampoline when I was feeding my dog out the back door. Looked like normal to me.Again the leader went over and knocked very hard, and I was outside and witnessed that when he first got there, and IF she saw anything that bothered WHY DIDNT SHE COME OUT AND SAY SOMETHING???!! If I had a boat, which I wouldnt cause I dont like the water, but if I saw any damage going on or a limb hit it, I would have come out and said something! But she didnt. She didnt answer when the leader went over there, and she didnt come out to say something about her boat or trampoline. I think that tells you a lot.And get your hose out and hose down those cars which were pretty dirty when they sat next to our fence in the front yard. You remembered when they arrived at 8:20 a.m. yet wouldnt answered your door when he went over there to talk to you. You never came out all the hours they were there.The team of tree cutters were very professional and friendly. I saw one of them cutting down the limbs over the house and the tree limb almost fluttered down against our fence, and then he finished the job. It was amazing!! They knew what they were doing, and very efficient. Cleaned up after the tree was done. A lot of TEAMWORK went into this job, they worked very well together to cut the limbs down, to pick up the limbs on the ground, etc.YES, I PLAN TO ASK THEM TO DO MORE WORK ON OUR OTHER TRESS SOON.THANK YOU WEST TEXAS TREE SERVICES!!

Lorenzo and his team arrived promptly at the time I was told they would be there. They cut the tree in our yard that was bordering a fence very effectively without having to go into my neighbors’ yard. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

So my neighbors used this company Monday, August 3rd they arrived about 8:20 A. M. And left a few hours later. In this time, they came into my yard with a VERY VISIBLE NO TRESPASSING sign that was walked AROUND to cut limbs from the neighbors tree. We had just purchased a boat a few days before and put 2 of our cars on the side of our home (which is fenced) the left a complete MESS all over BOTH cars and limbs in my yard. When they did the back, they cut down a huge limb and landed directly on my kids trampoline right on the net bending it all down. In the front yard they came over cut the limbs and one fell right onto my boat (I got a few days earlier) and left a deep scratch on it. NOBODY came over to ask me to move ANY of my property. I called them almost 6 days ago now. I called them the very next day and they were supposed to come out and assess the damage on Wednesday August 5th at 6 pm. I have not heard a WORD from them. Besides the fact them coming onto my property without permission, tearing up my kids trampoline making a mess of my yard and cars and scratching up my (new to me) boat, they could have atleast had the audacity to call me back!!!!!! Extremely upset and honestly thinking legal action is the next course of action. Lets see if I get a response after this review and I will adjust accordingly.
