Please fire the person that delivers mail on San Angelo Ave! If talking on the phone is more important than doing your job then they shouldn’t work for the post office. Stealing email is a felony, the mail person can’t even deliver mail to the right address! Who is getting my mail?

WOW. I am very impressed with customer service with the benbrook post office. The manager Mike went above and beyond for me when needing a new mail box key and personally delivered it.

The workers here have always been nice and Ive never had any issues. They could use some kind of official signage out front though.

Literally the absolute worst post office. I ordered a phone and had it sent to my POBOX as I assumed this would be much safer than risking sending it to my home and being delivered when I wasn’t there. My tracking stated delivered but there was nothing in my box. The women at the desk didn’t seem to care much that it was missing & stated they probably put it in the wrong mailbox and it was most likely gone and to report it. Well USPS declined a refund because the tracking stated delivered. Then magically it showed up in my box two weeks later. Now I have another package missing and as I work in the hospital with 12 hour shifts & im working during business hours, I’ve tried to reach by calling them with no answer EVER. I assume their phone is just off because I call multiple times a day for 6 days straight and can’t reach anyone. It’s pointless to have a mailbox if I never receive my mail and they don’t care when items are missing. Horrible customer service.

HORRIBLE !!!!!! I hand made Christmas gifts took me hours and hard work to make to send to my parents out of state and they ripped up my packed and 2 out of my 4 items are MISSING !!!!! DONT SEND ANYTHING THROUGH US MAIL SEND THROUGH UPS OR FEDEX ! I am done with USPS I don’t know where it got messed up at along the way - the girls in there are super nice but other than that sorry I won’t be going back to send anything off

I think that someone is stealing our packages. All they have to do is mark it as delivered and they are in the clear

What a disaster.. Received a notice in my mailbox that I had a certified letter but the carrier attempted to reach someone at the box to no avail. Post office employee: I do not have a two inch individual living inside my mailbox. Next time you have an important letter like this please bring it to the residence where someone will be home to accept it. Please dont simply place the delivery attempt notice in the mailbox so I have to do extra work in order to retrieve it. Then, I do the scan on the delivery notice so it may be delivered the next day, WELL THIS DIDNT WORK EITHER. Had to drive to the PO to retrieve it ourselves.

Do not use this business. I was asked to step out of line so he could help the customer behind me(saying its going to take a while to provide service to me)THAN charged me an extra $0.10 per stamp for the 102 stamps I purchased from him, with out telling me. When I got home and realized what I was charged I called the store. I told him I would like a refund. I was told its too late. In short it cost me over $10.00 to purchase stamps. I will never trade here again.

I have a package that was missent from the 76133 store to this store which is 17 minutes away on the 13th. 2 hours later it updates and says its being processed through. 3 days later and no.updates when its only 17 minutes away.

They are always awesome when I go - they help me unload and even have stopped the pick-up trailer so they could included my shipments

There is no signage to indicate this is a post office that you can see from the street so be prepared to pass it. Does not have a 24 hr self service kiosk and you can’t drop packages off after hours.

The employees inside are always nice, but Im SO tired of playing musical mail with my neighbors. Were constantly having to disperse our mail to each other because its never put in the right box. So aggravating.

I doesn’t have any sing or letter outside to identify. But very friendly and great customer service

This is the second time Ive ordered online and the shipment came through USPS that wasnt delivered even though the tracking says its in my mailbox. I was told by a worker there the last time this happened that they like to mark packages as delivered before they start their route. Good thing I didnt drive home from work during lunch to pick it up. I would have just wasted my time and be more upset.

This post office is always terrific! The staff are always very friendly and always want to help. I don’t mind waiting if there is a wait because they quickly work and care about getting people what they need. I drive longer to get to this post office but that is fine because unlike other post office says it is always, always, a good experience.

Before I had a P.O Box my packages kept getting lost. I always got everyone else’s mail.And would have to take the neighbors their mail that would get put in my mailbox on a daily basesSince I got a P.O Box, customer service has been great! Besides 1 time that I ordered AirPods from Best Buy and they said they delivered them to the staff and they came up missing but Best Buy refunded my money.And I haven’t had problems since.

All the people that work at this branch are so nice and helpful my only problem is I’ve moved out of state, did a change of address, but have not received mail in a month. When I call this branch the phone is definitely off the hook. Wish they would answer the phone!

The new staff at the Benbrook Post office really hate the job and it shows. Slow, unresponsive, unmotivated and border line rude. Drive the extra 3 miles to Dirks road and Bryant Irvin for better USPS service.

If we have our normal mailman everything is fine. But when he goes on vacation or during holiday times when they have newer people it is horrible!I have packages go missing, or like yesterday they didnt even try to deliver the package & just selected Delivery attempted but business was closed I do not live at a business. And i was home, in my living room no one ever even tried to deliver the package. Try to call to talk to someone & phone either isnt answered, busy or the guy in charge just kinda scoffs & doesnt care.

Incapable of delivering packages only a few miles away. Instead ships off to different states further delaying delivery and causing unnecessary damage!

The people who work at this post office ate absolutely wonderful. They all are very friendly and do their job. I go here to mail packages at least 3 times a week and no matter how many I bring in, they are always courteous. It is a small post office but it is the only one in the area I would even go to at this point.

Absolutely worthless I have been waiting on a package for a month finally I get a tracking number and it says it will be delivered. I see the mail truck at my apartment. I figured I would just go inside and grab it once they go. I go outside and check, there is nothing..... I look up my tracking and it says insufficient address!?!?! You were literally at my apartment. Package is being returned to sender and I cannot intercept it. Absolutely ridiculous on the sheer lack of effort or care

He sits in his van for about an hour BEFORE he even gets out to deliver the mail!

After 3:30 the phone is always busy, of the hook it seems Had a page due today, according to the tracking number showed it out for delivery, the carrier came by around 3:45 left the junk mail, but no package. this happens way to often, or delivered to wrong address,

Building is clean, staff is friendly and it isnt terribly busy here.

The people here are extremely rude and unhelpful. I received a post card stating that I need to come sign for certified mail. I wait there forever just for them to tell me they cant find it, theyll have to look for it. I told the lady I was on my lunch break and had to leave and she threw a sticky note my direction very abruptly and told me to right my number down. I told her thank you as I was leaving and she gave me a go to hell look and said mmmm hmmm.

Why list a phone number if it doesnt get answered? Such a joke!

I had a delivery get misplaced and I have still not heard what they found in their investigation, but I still to this day have not heard from anybody and I have called and left msg. and gone in to counter, but they cant tell me anything except that the investigation was closed 2 days after opening, but no answer on findings and that has been about 2 months ago.

Guy just delivered my package half way to the door he threw my package I watched him scurry back to his truck in awe, dumbfounded that someone would actually do that he is lucky he didnt break anything.

I haved lived here 3 months and have been getting mail and other deliveries that whole time. Now I have an order they have said unable to deliver becauae not part of their data system. Are you kidding me???

If I could give you a 0 I would. Most incompetent individuals I have ever spoken to. Wayne will call you back, right!

Honestly who ever delivers mail to the mobile home park on ben day murrin rd is horrible. The person is never consistent in delivering my signed for packages. First 2 times I got a pink slip and was told I had to pickup from the post office because they wont deliver it to my door due to covid, next 2 times it was just left on my front porch no warning. And today I got another pink slip. Its so annoying having to wait a second day for my package when it could just be delivered to my door like I pay for. Pay 14$ for shipping for it to never come like its supposed too. And the people are the office are zero help. Its always one excuse after another. So over it.
