Excellent customer service very friendly and has a passion for her work she recreated my daughters dress making it that dream look she wanted as well as a dress a mother of the bride could love seeing their daughter in. Her expertise and express work is exceptional not only did she get ready 2 wedding dresses she in a short one day notice under Extreme emergency alter the mother of the bride dress in less than a day and made it beautiful.She is great at what she does she has an Eye for design and alterations and one would benefit greatly from having their outfits altar and redesign thank you Miss Dorothy for a wonderful job

I have a 6:00 AM flight tomorrow for my best friends wedding and I learned this morning that Dorothy never touched my matron of honor dress. I dropped it on March 18 and Dorothy agreed to complete the dress by May 7, which is today. When I called this morning to inquire about a good time to pick up the dress she had no idea what I was talking about. Once she figured out which dress I was talking about she explained that she had not done anything with it since she was shut down due to Covid-19. I understand these are strange times, but she already had my dress before she was shut down. This is a one woman shop, so even if she felt she couldnt stay in her shop by herself, which she legally could have, she could have taken the dress home. If Dorothy was going to make the choice to not do that, she should have been a professional and called to let me know she wasnt going to do the work. I suppose I should not have been naive enough to believe I did not have to call a profressional to be sure she was doing the work. Now with everything my best friend has lost with her wedding due to this virus, she is going to have her MOH standing next to her in a dress held up by safety pins because of Dorothy. However, Ill have to find my own pins because Dorothy took out the pins she put in before I picked it up.

Great customer service. She was very kind with my toddler and let us look/play in each room of her work studio. Quality and pricing is great (have tried other seamstresses and Mrs Dorothy has had the best price).

I could not have been more pleased with Dorothys alteration and embellishment to a denim skirt for my sisters wedding. Not only did she create something unique, but at an extremely reasonable price and in a timely manner. Will definitely use again and highly recommend to anyone.

This place is way over priced! Payed double of what I would of payed at any other shop! I felt so ripped off. Don’t waste your money, there are much more places for better price!
