When I sat down, I told her I would trim my mustache. I also asked her to lightly trim my beard. Apparently she did not listen. She grabbed a short clipper and trimmed my beard down to about 1/4 inch in length. When I stopped her she got mad. I went ahead and let her trim the other side down to match. Shen then reached up and trimmed my mustache just as short. I got upset then and asked her if she did not understand when I told her I would trim my own mustache. She rushed through my haircut and acted mad that I wasnt happy. Ill never step foot in that shop again.

This is the sweetest woman! Remembers our whole familys faces, always enquires about the kids and remember all five haircut preferences. Shes fast, shes experienced, and she does a fantastic cut, both for men and women. You can tell she loves making people feel good with a fresh cut.

Makes sure that you approve her plan before she picks up the scissors. Then is sure to do a thorough touchup job after the cut. Happy with all 3 visits and cuts! However, I’m not sure that her sanitary practices are entirely up-to-par...
