Agency does not return calls or follow through. I requested an analysis of my current coverage and they agreed to call me back with alternatives but never did. After that, I made a change to my policy online and was told that the agent would call me before the change would be made, they didn’t.I am working to find a different company for my home and auto policies.

I moved all of my insurance needs over to Allstate earlier this year and have found their pricing, service and professionalism 2nd to none. An incredible team and a special mention to Robert Adams and Emilee Robison for making my life that much easier.

Very respectful, professional and awesome customer service. They make u feel like ur part of their actual family not just a client. They dont blow u off when you have an issue they do what they can to take care of their customers and in a timely manner. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my insurance needs! I was a client for almost 25 years, Allstate canceled my coverage because of excessive claims, some my fault, mostly it was claims I filed because of damage on my car from another driver. After 25 years, I emailed the agency and asked to speak with someone about the details of the letter I got from Allstate. No response from there agency. I have since asked REPEATEDLY to be removed from the agencys solicitation list for any of their services. After almost a year and subsequent requests, I am still receiving frequent solicitations for business, the latest was for investments. I have called the agency multiple times to inform them I am a registered representative with securities licenses and asked repeatedly to be removed from solicitation lists, yet still I receive solicitations frequently. I would not consider returning to this agency or Allstate in the future.
