My living experience at Olympus Team Ranch was one of the best I have had. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The residents are peaceful and kind. OTR is conveniently located to anywhere in the DFW area, and it is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The apt plans are a good deal for the price, and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There are many amenities to choose from, and it is a perfect place to call home. I would highly recommend Olympus Team Ranch to anyone that is searching for an apartment home.

We absolutely love living here! It’s peaceful and very well maintained. If ever a maintenance need does arise, they get to it as quickly as possible. Our three bedroom, two bathroom apartment is the perfect size...and bonus! It has a garage. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to downsize without having to sacrifice too much space.

Great management, really nice apartments, maintenance is quick to take care of things if needed, and the place is kept up beautifully!Amenities galore, so something for everyone. I feel very safe here as well. I’ve worked mostly w Kirsten and she goes above and beyond. Regan and Megan both are super nice as well, and are quick to take care of things. I plan to stay here for a very long time! 😊

I have lived in Olympus Team Ranch for two years now and love living here! The complex is beautiful and spacious. Everyone at the office always goes above and beyond what’s expected. If there is ever a maintenance issue they take care of it immediately. I would highly recommend these apartments. If I could give a higher rating I would!

I am thrilled with my decision to move to, Olympus Team Ranch. What a peaceful retreat after a long work day. Staff is professional and friendly, and Im very thankful for Kirsten and Ragan. The apartments are conveniently located, yet removed from the busyness. Its quiet, clean and gated. The grounds are beautifully maintained and there is an abundance of amenities. I couldnt imagine living any where else. I am looking forward to my first Christmas here, and many more to come.

Since moving here a month ago, the staff have treated us so well. Megan and Kirsten have been absolutely great helping us during our transition. They have been polite, patient, friendly and very helpful. They get our highest recommendation. We also had a very minor maintenance request, and the staff member was on time, very pleasant, worked quickly, made sure that I was the work done and asked if there was anything else he could do. We couldn’t have asked fir anything more.

We lived at Olympus Team Ranch for one year and I would choose these apartments again if we had to. The main thing we liked about this apartment was its location. Its not on a super busy street, kinda of tucked away in its own private spot. You do have the convenience of the Walmart right down the road along with restaurants. I think its a growing and upcoming area as weve seen more apartments being built while we lived there. The staff was very friendly and they did a great job at keeping up with the grounds and it always looked clean. My only complain would be the noise from the gun range that is nearby, but unfortunately thats not the apartments fault. We also enjoyed the small treats they had for their tenants. While we lived there we enjoyed free ice cream from ice cream truck and free tickets to dinner from a food truck as well. Lastly, I wanted to mention that they have done beautiful upgrades to their lobby and gym since being there and they have a lovely pool. Lets be honest, no apartment is perfect and with apartment living you do have to deal with other people living above you and below you but as far as choosing an apartment that is in a great location looks nice for the best price I would say this is it!

My husband and I moved out of these apartments several months ago and loved living here! The whole staff was amazing! Megan, Kristen and Reagan were very friendly and went above and beyond for our family! The maintenance guys always took care of our request in a timely manner and would wave at us anytime they saw us. We would still be living here if not for buying a house. If we decide to go back to apartment living then this is the first place we are moving to!

I moved here in June 2014, I love living here. As of now I do not plan of ever moving from here. the Staff is absolutely fantastic especially Megan and Kerstin, these two ladies are great, they will do anything to help a resident.The maintenance staff is great, when I have had an issue there are here very quickly to have it fixed. My home experience has been wonderful in my 13.5 years I have lived here. I have always felt safe here! Olympus is all about family, as it strives to bring the community together by meeting others in the neighborhood. They always have fun activities to participate in to win prizes. Reagan, Megan and Kirsten go above and beyond striving to improve the living experience with each family they serve! My needs have been met promptly when I have made requests for maintenance issues of any kind or by simply asking for light bulbs to be replaced. Its nice to see they are adding some nice touches to apartments since I have been here! I like that it is a small complex and not busy! It is a great place to call home!

Absolutely the best apartment experience Ive ever had! The staff is sweet, accommodating and understanding to say the least! Maintenance team responds and acts quickly. The landscape is beautiful in all 4 seasons!!! I Absolutely love it here!

We’ve lived here for 3 years and feel so lucky to have found this place. Our office staff and maintenance team are incredible. Once in particular we’d put in a maintenance request, and had to rush our dog to the emergency hospital. At that point the only thing on our minds was what we were going through. Justin quickly resolved our issue while we were out, and left us a card wishing the best for our pup. That meant the world to us! Staff here are kind, know us by name, they respond to us quickly and they really care about us as residents. This community is very safe, and we are always kept in the loop about what is going on in the neighborhood. The buildings, amenities, and grounds are always kept clean and there is no noise or disturbances. We love living here!

I can’t say enough great things about my years of living at Team Ranch! The staff is consistently responsive to requests. Megan can be counted on to provide outstanding customer service and always greets residents and guests with a smile. She and the dedicated team work hard to take care of your needs as well as creating fun events that bring people together. Ive lived here for about a year and a half now, right when the new ownership took over. Its been a great experience. The office staff is always friendly. The maintenance is exceptional. Theyve clearly made a commitment to keeping the property up to snuff. Landscaping is taken care of weekly (Wednesdays can be a little loud, but the grounds are always kept looking great.) Ive put in a few maintenance requests, as can be expected. Each of my requests has been addressed and closed out on the SAME DAY. As a long-term apartment resident, thats very exceptional.

I’ve lived here for just over a year and I love it. The staff is great, the amenities are awesome and the location is amazing. There is nothing around the area except for a nice neighborhood. Finding an apartment complex not surrounded by other complexes or businesses is almost impossible, so that was a huge bonus. Also biking and jogging trails lead right up to the front entrance, making them extremely accessible. Would definitely recommend living here!

Amazing staff that works very helpful with getting prepared to move in. Apartments are very clean and up to date. Pool area is amazing, there is also a dog park which makes things very convenient for people who own pets. Would highly recommend this apartment complex!

Olympus Team Ranch is a very good place to live at. They have a wonderful friendly staff. The staff answers request in a timely and friendly manner. Whenever I have called, they have responded within minutes. The apartments and location is very clean and nicely kept.

Our needs have changed over the years and this apartment complex has always stepped in to make the changes very easy. We have no complaints. By the way Megan is the greatest.

The facility and staff at Olympus Team Ranch exceed expectations on every level. I have owned a couple of homes and after the sell of my first one I quickly determined this community would always become my temporary home between moves if I am to remain in the DFW area. The grounds are well kept, the maintenance crew is always on time and thorough with any service and the ladies in the office are always very friendly and helpful. The location is central to major highways, restaurants, grocery stores and nice suburbs of Fort Worth and surrounding towns. In my opinion this place is by far the best value for your money especially if you enjoy quite, peaceful living!

All the staff at Olympus Team Ranch are fantastic. Kirsten and Megan are the best leasing agents in DFW. The maintenance staff is prompt and very professional. The staff are very kind and generous to the tenants in many ways. The property has made many beautiful upgrades.

We have enjoyed living at Olympus Team Ranch and renewing our lease demonstrates that. The office staff is very helpful and the apartment is quiet. The only issue we have had has been with your contract company that verifies apartment rent insurance coverage. Each time we have signed a lease, they have not checked us off as having an up to date policy when we have actually already turned it in to the office. This was very frustrating this year when we had 2 $10 fines assessed, the second of which happened after I hand delivered the certificate of coverage to the office and one of the office staff actually wrote to them telling them that we have the appropriate coverage. She also fixed our account to make sure we did NOT have to pay the assessment. Thank you Olympus Team Ranch Office Team! G. Patton

I looked at these apts last week with Ragan & loved them. Im going to be moving this summer and I cant wait!

I moved in July if this year. If you don’t want a AT&T as a cable/internet provider do not choose this location. It doesn’t have wording in the lease contract stating you HAVE to ho through them. I have a dispute with that company, now I’m forced to not have a provider but a hotspot which is putting me in difficult situation. Now i’m stuck in a lease which I can’t go through another provider (spectrum, etc). Furthermore, the pet owners let their dogs pee any and everywhere. It literally smells like dog urine all the time on the outside of my building. Based of what i see, it’s not enforced as to having these pet owners go to specific areas of the community for their dogs to urinate, etc.

The property was very beautiful and quiet! The staff was friendly and knowledgable!

I love living here. We have lived here for almost two years and have had no problems. It’s a really quiet place and we never had any problems. I love how they have the valet trash pick up 5 days a week.

Im currently renting the Cowboy floor plan. I have been here for almost a year & have overall been satisfied with my stay. For anyone looking into the floor plans - I would highly suggest choosing the Cowboy without the Fireplace, rather than one with it. Just my personal opinion; it takes up your ft2 & is only used rarely each year. ANYWAY, my ONLY complaint are the shotguns across the highway from Defender Outdoors (but eventually you will filter that out) & the jets from Lockheed like to fly over a handful of times a week...but welcome to Fort Worth. This has been a safe apartment complex that is managed well, up-kept & safe.

Maintenance man Joe Brantley did a great job taking care of the problem, he was very professional, friendly and took care of the issue in no time.

Weve only been here a couple months, and I will update this with issues if they arise, but its so far FLAWLESS. From the moment we walked into the clubhouse, we knew we found the right placeStaff and management are very friendly and flexible and courteous. The grounds and apartments themselves are kept up very well. We looked at close to 12 other apartment complexes and this one was easily the best in the price range.The pool and outdoor grill area is unbelievably nice, clean, and well-kept. The gym is also top-notch and clearly maintained well.The apartment (2b-2br) is very bright and open. Carpet is very nice and weve received endless compliments from visitors.Location is absolutely brilliant, being close to major highways to take you anywhere, but not close enough to hear traffic once inside. Lots of nice housing around, also gated communities like Victorian Quarters.We are staying here a couple years until we build a house, but we are in no hurry to move out as this has been a wonderful experience. Seeing how many other happy and long term tenants are here speaks wonders about the integrity.

I lived at Victorian Quarters over 4 years. The office staff was always friendly, and any problems I had were quickly resolved. The maintenance crew was outstanding. The complex is not too large that you feel “unknown” to the staff. Always felt safe there. Only moved to be nearer to my son.

Incredibly clean well maintained complex of 247 units. Not to big you feel lost or too small where you have no amenities Nice pool and surroundings, good community feel. The management is very active in overseeing the property. Rates were comparable or a little better than other properties in the area.

The entire team is super awesome! We appreciate their kindness and prompt responses to anything we might need. We are so glad to have them near by as our competitor and look forward to working with for years to come!

We chose Victorian Quarters due to its location. It was clean and there were no issues with the apartment. We are a professional family and my wife and son stayed there from March through mid-July. We paid a 20% premium for a short term lease. We rarely stayed in the apartment. So far so good. Upon check out they claimed damages from smoking. None of my family smoke. They also claimed a heavy rust on the carpet. We lived on temporary plastic furniture. I appealed these charges and they were unwilling to discuss. I earnestly believe they are finding ways to increase their income in these situations. I am very disappointed in this tactic and we do not recommend them to anyone. Beware.

I had lived there for two years with no complaints until new owners took over. The service went downhill and crime surprisingly went up. Several break-ins were reported and management failed to notify residents. Fire alarms went off 2-3 times a month and management stopped responding to emails. Please, if you choose to rent from these over priced apartments, do not tell them you are okay with there being previous carpet stains because they will charge you for the stains when you move out.**Google does not give me the option to reply to the “owner” of the apartment complex, so I am choosing to add my reply here. I find it rather comical and fitting for you to claim you cannot find my name in the system. I lived in unit 1023 from August 2015 through August 2018. I sent emails and left messages with the management disputing the claims of the carpet. I took pictures when I first moved in of the stains and sent them to Ruby, the apartment manager, for documentation purposes—clarifying I will not be charged for these upon move out. She replied it would not be a problem and was grateful I’d made her aware.Upon move out, I was charged $1100 for damages. I was outraged! I paid my rent and utilities each month, I maintained the quality of the apartment my entire leasing period, I communicated with management, and I even deep cleaned the apartment before I moved out! Needless to say, I wrote Victorian Quarters to dispute the charges without hearing anything back from them. A month later (still to this date), I am harassed by a collection agency (IQ data) for $600 I will not pay. Victorian Quarters failed to discuss the charges with me personally and chose to ignore the concerns of a reliable resident of three years.You can’t find my name in the system? Perhaps you should communicate that to the collection agency you’ve hired to harass me for bogus charges!!If you decide to move here, set aside a month’s rent for your move out date so it’s calculated into your budget. Good luck!

I have lived at VQ going on 4 years now. Its a very nice complex and Ive always felt safe living there, which is very important to a single female. The maintenance crew is amazing. They always complete requests timely and are very friendly. The grounds are very well kept. The office staff has been pretty good, but in the last several months they seem to have gotten less caring and accommodating. The biggest reason for only giving three stars is that the complex has a major BIRD problem during the summer months.... mainly on the 3rd floor of each building. The birds nest within the breezeways. My building currently has three nests on the third floor. The bird droppings are disgusting....and it gets worse every year. Ive contacted the office several times requesting that it be cleaned up with little to no results from Ruby and Megan. Theyve dismissed the problem as something they have no control over. Dont rent a 3rd floor unit! youll regret it! Other than the bird problem, its a great place to live.

This place is so sketchy. None of their people will give you the same answer, and all of their bills are 2-3 months behind. Therefore when you finally get out they send you a final bill with the last 4 months of utility bills that you apparently havent paid because theyre system is so behind. Dont bother with this place, save yourself a migraine and go somewhere else. Theyll just charge you for anything and everything they can and give you excuse after excuse as to why theyre you should be happy about what theyre doing. Welcome to Hotel California where you cant leave till your broke.

VQ is a wonderful place to reside. With out knowing, the staff was instrumental in making a personal tough transition much easier. Not only courteous and professional but was very personable. I have not met one staff member who isnt smiling and greeting you to the office with a Hello...or waving from the golf cart! Even the maintenance crew waive...right down to the mowing crew of VQ! There was a wasp nest in a tree near where I park and all I had to do was show the mowing crew and it was taking care of and gone!! I am glad I chose this complex during a time that it mattered so most! Thank you to Ruby, Megan, Cheryl, the maintenance crew as well!!

Lived here year ago. I loved property and complex at first. Megan came on board the place went bad. Ruby is a liar will tell you one thing and never correct situation.. Megan will harass you and blow up phone while you are at work about getting in apartment even if you have trash outside door . I mean like piece of paper trash.Cheryl in office appears to be on drugs or high all of the time.Get everything in writing is my advice on living here.

Ridiculous! They put all these miscellaneous charges for balances and cleaning (which because it has been three months since I move out, are apparently nondescript). After trying to contact me for several months through phone calls, e-mail, and mail (which I never received), they sent it over to a debt company (who coincidentally managed to contact me after calling me once) without notice. Dont rent with them, or youll be blindsided too. Not only was it distasteful for them to send over my bill to the debt company, they acted as if nothing was wrong on their side. They just dont care, and thats the least of the problems that this apartment complex has. My apartment had a problem with pests, and no matter how many times I called the pest control, the cockroaches still managed to proliferate.

I dont normally write reviews good or bad, but I think the Property Manager (Ruby) deserves a good review. We just moved in and had a very minor issue and she went over and beyond to make it right. I keep thinking that you cant find good customer service anymore but she has proved me wrong.

Nice place, only here until we purchase a home.
