Smacked into 2 deers in my 2013 f150. Bobs tow truck showed up very fast. The tow truck driver seemed like a cool dude. The quote I got to fix the front end from wittner auto body was approved by my insurance companys appraiser without any problems. As soon as the new parts arrived at the shop it only took a few days to get it done. This Im assuming was a lot of work to get done but was done so quickly. I just left the place in my truck thinking of other jobs these guys could do for me. Ill definitely be back sooner than later. I think I just found a shop where Ill be a regular customer for years to come. Thanks Bobs towing and Wittner auto body.

Bobs Towing came via Progressive Insurance on a car with a locked key inside. The person sent did not arrive in a Bobs Towing truck, wouldnt identify himself quickly (had to pry), and did damage to the car trying to unlock door.After doing the damage I told him Id go a different route. He told me it would cost hundreds to have it done elsewhere. Called a different local company and they had it unlocked, without damage to the interior/exterior in less then one minute. The other company cost $70.Now Im going through the process to try and get my money back via Progressive, having to go through a third party to try and have my vehicle fixed after the damage was done (this was a rarer car without new parts), and much frustration.I was unimpressed by the attitude of the employee and was not happy with the damage that was done the vehicle. Hopefully this changes in the future, but my experience was worthy of one star.

I had a bearing go out on my boat trailer and Shawn was the best not only for the tow but got my trailer back up and rolling also!

Instead of towing my damaged trailer the driver repaired the trailer and changed the flat tire. I could not have been happier.

Impressive Customer Service and extremely knowledgeable when our 2014 Honda Odyssey needed a tow due to a faulty wiring harness that blew fuses on July 10th. I would highly recommend.
