Scott repaired my old bobcat radiator that was a mess. Very fair cost with no surprises. Completed very quickly. Friendly and very responsive... he even called me back on a Saturday. I accidentally left the cap there and they took care of it no-questions-asked. And the reason I came in the first place was the good reviews I got from friends who have used Scott for decades. My dad and I took my 2018 Honda Civic in yesterday to have the AC looked at. Had heard about the compressor being the issue with the AC system on this model. Apparently, the vehicle was completely out of freon. So then he refilled the vehicle with it. Go to use my vehicle this afternoon and it still blew warm/hot air. I get more cool air from the slight breeze coming in with my windows down. Spent over $300 on freon and 2 hours labor to have the same issue unresolved. Unbelievable.
