I wish I knew the ladies name. I will get it next time, but when she is there I stand in line and pray I dont have to go to her window! She in the dirty blonde, rude, and never wears a smile. It is sad for a great community we have a miserable Postal Counter person. A class on Customer Service is much needed and never hurts to reinerate skills that have been forgotten. I hope the negative reviews help to make this a better place to have to visit. I am thankful for the online services that make it not so imparitve to have to go inside as often.

Learn how to do your job. put peoples packages at their doorstep. Quit hiring incompetents

I have a rural type mail box. My carriers (seems to be a different one often), needs to pick up my mail when my flag is up. I am disabled and dont get around so well and I need my out going mail delivered in a timely manner. Not just when I have incoming mail, because sometimes I go days without incoming, and that makes my bills I pay through the mail late.

Don’t know how you can get a “rude” comment about this facility unless one was rude to them... seriously.. it’s a small community and our postman is the best of the bestKeep it up good people*no I don’t k is any of them personally just saw the comment and needed to set it straight

There’s a kiosk for self-service postage. Total piece of junk. Don’t waste your time. There was a long line so I decided to try it. Didn’t work. Wouldn’t read the chip on my card.So I went through the entire process of entering my address, dimensions of package, postage option etc...go to last step to pay and doesn’t work. I tried two different cards.Got back in line behind 3 more people that came in while I wasted my time trying to do self-service. FIX THIS.

Annette was an amazing help. She has a great personality. Her customer service was exceptional. I was stressed and having a bad day Annette made me laugh and made my trip here much more enjoyable than one would expect.

Trying to ship a package I brought it in but the bar code on it is poor quality from the website. I know it can be punched in but she was unwilling to do so claiming too many packages to type them in. 1 package is not too many. 100 is not too many all of them maybe but Ill ship from somewhere else from now on. Terrible service.

Horrible!! The last 5 packages put in someone else’s mailbox! Which I don’t understand because it has my address correct every time. Super inconvenient!!

I go to this post office at least once a week and the whole staff is very friendly and helpful. They even know my 5 year old sons name and ask about him if he’s not there. I’ve had a couple of incidents where I had issues with large “balloon” packages and the pricing to ship but they always made it right. I deal with a lot of customers at my job so I totally understand customer service and that everyone can have an off day. With that being said the Belvidere post office staff is great!!

I absolutely dread the thought of going to this post office. But I live close,so its convenient. The line is always, always, always long. I dont care what employee your unlucky to get when its your turn, they are all rude, smug and condescending. If you ask a question they seem bothered by you and your question. And watch out for the drive up mailboxes. The curbs are so close, I bet over 50 % of people scratch their rims going through here. This is evident by all the black marks on the curbs. Avoid this post office if possible. Consider yourself warned. Have a nice day.

This facility must hire only the kindest of people. Everyone who works there is so nice. I had a great, quick experience getting my passport application processed. Thank you!!

I got the rudest person. Like seriously its your job, you get paid to do that. You work with people everyday. I kept my cool because he was doing something for me! The good thing too is that I had everything ready and correct. I just imagine how the experience would be if I had something wrong! If you have an appointment get there at the time exact they will not take you sooner but you have to wait in line to be seen! And they dont tell you theres a fee on the money orders. Like I said thats his job. His job is to help people out!!!*there was one lady that was really nice but she didnt do passport applications

What an absolutely disgrace. I just watched a video on YouTube where the post office called the police because a guy was recording his interactions with the postal workers. The post offices own poster 7 clearly states it’s legal to video record. Then the Belvedere police come in hot and end up arresting the guy. Multiple civil rights violations happened and I hope he files a law suit against the post office and the officers. There is no expectations of privacy in public. And you can’t be trespassed from a public building. All tyrants!!!

Smaller the Box and weight the cheaper the price. Good service never had to worry about sending back packages for RMA request.

Worst delivery service ever. I had a package to be sent to me on Tuesday, they try sending it on Sunday only to realise they couldnt deliver it Sunday. So they send it back to the hub to be re-delivered on Friday. 900IQ I bet these people watch Rick and Morty because they are super flipping smart.

Dont get me wrong, the people AT the post office at the desk are amazing... But I just got my package sent back to sender, because the mailman couldnt find the address. This is the second time Ive almost (and now DID) lost out on something Ive ordered.

Had issues with my mail being forwarded incorrectly and they solved my problem without compliant. Very helpful and accommodating staff.

The people who work at the counter aside from the older gentlemen are RUDE! They gave me wrong inforinform about mailing something twice and I got 2 letters sent back to me asking for additional postage when I asked how to send it. Unbelievable! Ive never had trouble with other post offices.

I dont know who some of these people saw there, but I have always said the people in this particular post office were uniformly friendly and helpful, in spite of the stereotypes you hear. I go there precisely BECAUSE they are fast and friendly.

Horrible. I ordered a package to be delivered on Monday. On Monday, it said it was delivered. It wasnt. Tuesday, I went in, and the supervisor assured me that the package would be delivered that afternoon. Suprise, it didnt. I tried contacting them through the phone, but yet again, it was a very disapointing experience and I wasnt able to get the help I needed. I even left a note on my mailbox to advise the mail carrier to at least leave me a slip to pick it up. After all of that, on Thursday, I FINALLY recieved an open box with a note on it saying: On Monday I acidently gave you a package for *my address * can you please check and leave out for me tomorrow thank you. It was opened, the product was tampered with, smelled like an ash tray and had trash in it. Im furious. I used to work for the post office and even if I screwed up, it wasnt this badly and I gave the post office my phone number and it was on the FLIPPING BOX. No sorry notes, no other updates but giving me excuses.If you can avoid it, go with FedEx or UPS.

The people are always really rude and condescending but I go there out of convenience since I live literally 5 minutes away from here. 1/10 do not recommend.
