If I could give a negative I would. 2 months ago I bought (so I thought) a truck from this place. Then after owning the vehicle it came time where I would have to make a payment, however I never got an invoice from the bank for payment. Well thats because the bank backed out of the deal. Kunes never notified me of any issues and I wouldnt have known had I not called and asked. I returned their truck and got my car back. Took two weeks to get my down payment back. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

The experience of buying the car was ok.. But they swore this truck was cared for only had 30 k miles in it no issues. The moment we got it home . The lift gate in the back didnt work. Called they had me bring it in and then go to have it tested to see the issue... They then told us they will not fix it because thats wear and tear after 60 k miles. I said theres 30k on the car you posted this truck saying you knew the gentleman who had it they your not gonna fix the issue when you were notified the day after purchase. I they havent revisited the situation. Very unhappy customer. Ive contacted s lawyer and will proceed that way.

I purchased my vehicle at Kunes in 2020. My service at This particular Branch has been horrible. 4 hours to get an oil change. 7 hours to get new tires put on. Its an absolute nightmare to bring your vehicle here for any type of service. Seems like they WAY over book themselves and loose the customer service aspect of their job! I am looking at trading my vehicle in and purchasing a newer one and will not purchase one here ever again for this very reason.

Casually went in extremely interested in the 1 Range Rover this dealership had. I have been looking to trade in my vehicle for about 2-3 months now for a Range Rover and just so happened to have noticed they had the exact model I have inquired about at my surrounding Land Rover dealers. It was a lot more convenient for me to look at Kunes, than to drive 2+ hours away. I walked in with knowledge of a few numbers those dealers have pulled for me and knew what I was looking for/max I’d pay. I walked in hoping to drive away in the Velar. As I got to talking with the “sales professional” I did not let him run my credit to give me numbers, because all the other dealers I have inquired at, didn’t need it and never asked for it and they were able to pull in-depth numbers for me with down payments and A.P.R. I told the sales guy I didn’t want to put anything down in hopes that he’d be a “sales professional” and work some magic numbers for me. That didn’t happen. It wasn’t even negotiated or talked about. I actually had $5k+ to put down on top of my trade in and could afford the $800+ he mentioned, but I wanted to see what he could do for me before I mentioned it. Neither of the sales men even tried to work with me or take me on a client and do their job and sell me the 1 Range Rover in their lot. How embarrassing. I will take my trade in to actual sales professionals at an actual Land Rover dealership and accept the offer they provided me. Highly recommend that people do their research outside of their community because you will always find a better deal with real sales professionals that want you drive away in the vehicle you’re interested in! btw the rims have damage and the owner was definitely a smoker. Have a blessed day. 🥰
