These guys are excellent! Cliff took way more time with us than I’m sure he anticipated. His attention to detail making sure everything was just right was refreshing. Then their service tech, Wayne, came to make sure all our window & doors operated just right......he went beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend!

We called Quality Window & Door Inc, the company that installed our windows 7 years ago, because we had a window where the top part of a double-hung window would slide down and another window with a screen that was loose. Chris came to inspect the windows. He kept us posted regarding his arrival and arrived right on time.He fixed both windows and checked all others and made adjustments as necessary. He was very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.We highly recommend Quality Window & Door for new windows as well as any required maintenance or repairs.

We used QWD to replace our old windows after using them for new construction windows. Mike Steckel was great and the installation was smooth. The installers were courteous and left the rooms clean.

I have leaking from the window they installed, they assessed the problem from a telephone call and said it wasn’t their problem but to call a window repair company instead!! Don’t use this company!! In 2020 we did a complete home remodel and selected Quality for the majority of our wood window replacements and all of our exterior doors. Overall their weathershield products are top notch. With regard to customer service:Jared King -hard worker, diligent in finding cost savings and alternatives.Chris - Excellent customer service skills. Very helpful in exploring warranty items. A true professional.John Poulos - regrettably he went back on his word when it came to honoring an item that was up to expectations. Ultimately we can to an understanding, but after much back and forth.

A smooth process from start to finish. Salesman gave us three options that covered a range of features. Installers came on date and time we had arranged. After the installers left we noticed a small problem with the locking mechanism which was addressed in a timely fashion by the installation manager.We will definitely use Quality Window and Door for any future window or door replacements.

As a property manager, I manage nearly 1,000 units and am very selective with contractors. When it came time to do my own home I was even more selective. I have a very low threshold for BS sales tactics and can tell when someone doesnt know what they are doing. Jim Brooks was excellent. Dylan managed the install and he was even better. When the crew arrived there were 2 senior guys and someone more junior. They were very professional. I had complete confidence in them. We left town for a couple days and came back to what felt like a new house. I now recommend Quality Windows to people at all of my associations.

I selected Quality Window & Door because they have done several window jobs for me over the years. This was the first time getting a door. There were hiccups with the installation. Both the exterior and screen door were special order solid wood doors. The screen door could not be installed at first because their supplier sent the wrong size. But the big worry was a gap in the flooring that developed because of the incompatibility with the old school door that I replaced. I was actually losing sleep over how that would be resolved. Luckily for me, their foreman, Oscar, decided to do it the best way. He removed the old flooring near the gap, and replaced it with tiles I had left over from when the floor was laid years ago. Extremely happy with my new doors!

Wow! Getting our windows and front door replaced drastically transformed our house. Our house is your typical built in the 90s home, almost identical to every house on the street... Not anymore! Everything QWD installed looks so modern, sleek, and rich. Adds serious curb appeal! We are absolutely thrilled with the finished product! Nick and his team did everything humanly possible to make sure everything was perfect for us. From day 1, we met at the showroom in Beltsville and got a very good education about windows, then we were given honest, affordable recommendations. Once the order was placed and produced, Nick stayed in touch with us to let us know delivery and installation schedules. Installation was a lot of work for these guys, since one of our windows is massive and heavy, but they pulled it off. I cannot tell you how many positive comments we have received in less than a week from installation. We could not be happier. Thank you QWD!!

As an investor my subcontractor ordered windows from this company. It was very bad experience for us. Almost 10 weeks for waiting time. Believe me we brought windows in 10 weeks out of country for multi unit project. if your manufacturers not reliable don’t work with them anymore.. Stop bringing excuse behalf of manufacturer. I bought from you not from your Vendor.

QWD removed 3 old rotted wood doors and frames and installed 3 new fiberglass doors and frames each with full glass lites yesterday. The doors with installation were not inexpensive, but they are good quality and I expect very long life from them. Only time will tell. The installation managers were knowledgeable and professional. An anomaly in the ordering process, not of my doing, was taken care of without additional cost to me. It was the right thing to do but I appreciated their grace and consideration nonetheless! The 3 man installation crew was efficient, proficient and polite. The work took roughly half a day. They made the process a pleasant experience! On that basis I would not hesitate to recommend QWD for future work. Thank You!

I have used QWD as a main source of upper tier window and door units for high end projects for over 15 years. Their products offer the widest range of customization possible. The sales staff is extremely knowledgeable and capable of suggesting solutions to multiple design challenges.

If I could give a negative star on this review I would. First of all this is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with, they never called back when promised and always with an excuse. I would not recommend this company at all to anyone. I hope no one else falls for their scam

Be aware of this place, i can give this place 0 star (i will) please dont ...ever... never come here. i did a big mistake. I ordered the windows and bi fold door (total cost $48K) on July 18th, the sales person (Christian ) said you will get all in 3-4 weeks. i am the developer, i started to project then time came up for install the windows, i called the office they said you will get it sooner, i gave them a time like couple days for figure out. then they said: your order is back order till no eta. i was in shock because it’s been 4 weeks passed no one called me for delaying, then i called them every day to learn timeline. salesperson gave me their manager phone number (Nick). I called him couple times he did not answer, and he did not respond, then one week later he responded i am on vacation ill back to you. 2 weeks later Manager (Nick) finally said i am going to figure out order then let you know also he told me, we will cover your damage. my windows finally just arrived at their warehouse. it’s been 10 weeks passed to get only windows. My projects have been holding it up to 6 weeks more because of window and bi fold doors. Now, we were making a schedule for delivering, Nick said we need to get full payment, i told him who will cover my damage. he said manufacture (PLYGEM). Nick called me yesterday manufacture (PLYGEM rep. Bob) offered them only $800.its funny. i did not accept it. Because i purchased window from Quality windows not From Plygem. Quality window and door should cover my damaged. So now, Nick manager of Quality windows door manager does not deliver my windows. I try to be reach out the owner. Nick said my dad is owner the company, i don’t care whatever you want to do it. which is i paid them $25K down already. my job is still delaying. Nick does accept company fault. He always blames to Manufacture. Customer satisfaction is 0 (zero) I’ll go their company with legal way. But make sure guys before you purchase anything from them think one more time. Family business does not care anyone.
