Horrible customer service. One of the sales rep told me one price over the phone, asked me to confirm what we spoke about vi email, and then increased the price after responding to my email confirmation. What a scam and I didnt move forward with them.

Great for all of your party needs; from linens, table cloths, uniforms, and even chair rental. Good for corporate, government, or universities; great service, mom&pop operation that deserves our support.

Tristate cleaners is the most unprofessional cleaners we have ever worked with. We dropped off linens to be cleaned and when we returned to pick them up, they never cleaned them. They are going through some MAJOR transition and are really lacking in the administrative area. The staff is very disrespectful and they lack knowledge regarding their rental prices. They have really gone down and we would highly recommend that you not set yourself up.

Please do not be fooled by the 4 Star rating. If you look carefully at the reviews 2 of them are from the same person who happens to be the owner of said company. This company is not worthy of your business.

I only rented chairs and thank goodness for the easy convenience fast and great customer service AT THE LAST MINUTE

I am debating whether to involve law enforcement. One of their truck drivers, in one of their trucks, just tried to kill me. He decided he wanted to merge out of turn, so he gave me the finger and then tried to run my car into a ditch. He was extremely specific in his intentions, there is no mistaking them. We made eye contact while this was happening. I followed his truck and called the company, they did not apologize or seem concerned in any way.

Rented linen that was spotty and napkins that were ashy black. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Complained on the day linen was rented which was a week ago today and still no resolution. The owner who is a man I think is playing games and I only rented for a funeral thank GOD is wasnt for a wedding. Fighting me tooth and nail over a $200 rental. WOW!!!
