There a great option and professional service. I would highly recommend them if searching to change your current elevator provider. I have been involved with using Schindler elevator in my 3 major facilities for over a year and Im completely impressed with the level of service they provide. I love used a handful of different elevator services over the past couple years and none of them come close to schindler. They are very fast at getting needed parts ordered and installed. There monthly agreements are fairly priced. There staff is always professional and are on time. They break certain things down to simpler terms to understand what certain issues are. I plan to keep schindler on board for many more years to come. They really do everything they can to be the best elevator provider around and I am beyond impressed.

Schindler Elevator a is a horrible company. I would never recommend them. Their employees are disrespectful and rude. I was blocked in today and called the company. They were rude and told me they were aware and would move it, but I have been waiting for over an hour for someone to move it. This made me and my co worker over an hour late to our next job and their was no apology.
