Courier 185 was an excellent professional! According to the embassy, One of the visas was not ready for pickup, but because they had gotten the two visas mixed up. Courier 185 asked all the right questions to get them to locate the other passport and no additional time or effort is necessary because of his efforts. Thank you so much!

I am a frequent user of same day delivery services. However, non have come close to the efficiency and professionalism as Washington Express. I had an early morning flight and needed to send out documents for work the same day. I was recently involved in a motorcycle accident that left me incapacitated and unable to get around on my own. The day I got home from the hospital I had no way of putting in my prescription. Great on demand service. I live in Bethesda and my daughter is in college in DC. She left her laptop charger at home and I had to go to work in Rockville. I left the charger on the porch at 9am and Washington Express had it picked up and delivered to my daughter by 11am. Quick service that I will use again.

Completely dissatisfied. Filing not done properly and attempted to cover up unstamped filing by reorganizing packaging to hide unstamped page. Supervisor calls and prematurely ends conversation with excuse that he is in the middle of dispatching. Question: why would supervisor call back a customer dissatisfied with service when in the middle of doing something else?

After using the most horrible courier service that my organization had employed for over a year, I decided it was time for a new company. I gave four companies in the DC/MD area a test trial and compared services, costs, and most importantly the customer service. We chose them to continue with our courier services and although there were minor issues that usually arise in any business, everything was ALWAYS resolved immediately without any questions or negative responses. Not only did I have a specific POC, but I found that I could contact anyone in their office with questions or assistance. And our packages always arrived on time (or way in advance of the ETA).
