Do not waste your time and money on this company. Technician inadequately reported assessment of plumbing and left my system worst ... I had no water after he departed resulting in me finding someone else to repair..

The property management company i rent my home from sent Global Repairs master technician to fix my dryer. he has come out 4 time and every time has blamed someone else and required the management company to send a different tech to fix something. he jerry-rigged a fix to my dryer and upon first use of the dryer, it burnt out and filled my home with smoke. he then blamed me for using the machine after he fixed it. after being sent out multiple times over a 3 month period, he finally told the management company it couldnt be fixed and needed to be completely replaced. not to mention, their service took ages, parts took weeks to arrive, and he was very rude and talked down to me and my housemates every time he came out. i couldnt recommend them and less.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from them. The tech they sent out the first 4 times kept saying it was repaired but an error code kept showing up. Finally they sent out a Master Tech to fix it. He fixed the problem, but caused another one instead. They are saying that it was a coincidence that it happened while he was repairing the unit. The unit was taken apart by the tech and now when you want to get water out of the door. The water comes out of the bottom of the door and into the refrigerator. They are now telling me that I need to get a new door. They are not taking responsibility for the inapt workmanship of their tech. I will not use them again and will not recommend them to anyone!!!!!
