Bad experience! Read the one star complaints...these are real complaints and I should have paid more attention. This was a costly mistake hiring them. Everything is correct that the one stars say and customer service is a negative!!! They do not deserve a one star, which the system made me put. I will have to pay more to get the problems fixed.

Ive been trying to get a quote from them for two weeks now. First it was we need to reschedule, then the rescheduling date theyre running behind. So they decided to not show or call.

Titan aquatics just got done with a renovation project on my in-ground pool. I had just moved into our new house recently and had no idea where to begin with the pool. I called Titan Aquatics and they were more than helpful through this whole project. Their communication through this was incredible and I was never left in the dark on what they were doing. The crews were punctual every day as well as polite to my entire family. They got my pool tiled, painted, gave me a brand new deck and even did all my plumbing. The pool looks brand new, not only am I impressed with the quality but also in the turn around time. Less than a month and they had me swimming. Thanks guys! I’ll be recommending Titan to anyone needing a quality company at a great price.

Titan Aquatics was very knowledgeable and straight forward with their work. They were quick and easy to talk to. They did a complete renovation of the tile and coping on our inground pool and it looks fantastic! I would recommended them to anyone and will be calling them in the future for anything I need done with my pool!

Last spring when we were getting ready to open our pool, we had noticed that large sections of tile had fallen into the pool and needed to be replaced. We got quotes from several pool renovation companies in the area, and went with Titan Aquatics for several reasons. One, they had a really competitive price and were honest about what needed to be done. Second, they knew we had to get it done quickly because we were hosting a party for a friends daughters first communion party and moved things around to help accommodate us. They were to replace the tile on the one side of the pool and paint the rest of the pool with an epoxy finish. There was a confusion in what tiles were supposed to come off, and they accidentally took off the rest of the tile. Instead of making us buy more tile, they took care of it for us at no additional cost while making sure it was all done in time for the party.They were also good to their word this fall, and took care of closing down my pool as they said they would when we agreed to move forward with them earlier this year.They are a family owned business, and I was able to speak with the two brothers and dad throughout the whole process.I highly recommend Titan Aquatics as they will definitely take care of you.

Had an awesome experience with Titan aquatics, after shopping around with multiple pool companies to paint and do the tile on my pool I decided on them. They had the best prices around but not only that. This company is run by guys who will get the job done right but also work with you to make sure you are happy and satisfied with everything. The communication throughout the entire project was amazing. I was always aware of what was going on and that’s a big plus to me. Very trustworthy, hardworking and honest company. This company will commit to do the job but never show up. They work to earn your business then do half and quit. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible quality and customer service. Hired to perform tile, coping and deck resurface job in the fall of 2018. 1/4 of the coping was cracked when I took off my pool cover, and multiple spots on the deck and coping had failed paint. Notified the owner of the issues in March. Was told next week every week until July when they came to complete the repair. Repair quality was unacceptable, caused further damage to my pool, and they didnt not even clean up their mess after completed. Back to the next week or no contact to have them finish and repair the additional damaged caused to the pool. You get what you pay for with this company which is terrible quality and even worse customer service. Do not use.

Very bad contractor experience.Terrible customer service from owner to employees.TERRIBLE Paint job on my pool and deck around pool.Paint runs, footprints in paint, cigarette but every where, long breaks, did not clean up mess until 3 weeks later when they were supposed to give us a refund for the terrible quality of work but came back after waiting a month only to tell us that paint cost $3400 and we do not get a refund. They were supposed to leave all paint but didnt leave any and charging for all of it.They also took our paint and did another job with it.Terrible company, terrible experience, Duane is a terrible owner and his son Derrick is clueless about this stuff and he was our main contact. Duane the owner, did not answer my call 1 time and I attempted several calls over a 3 week period.This company is not reliable.
