We live just east of Salado and have had them for 2 years as they are the only option for us. Grateful that theyre out here, but the actual internet service is adequate at best, and the customer service is horrendous. We lost internet last Friday. Spent half the day Saturday on the phone and online chat (tethered from my phone). First available service was Monday. Will someone be available at home at 8am on Monday? Yes, my wife waited at home all day. When I got home at 5:30 still no technician. I checked the Wheres my technician app which showed him still coming that evening. Got online on chat again (Dont bother trying the phone- youll be on hold for 47 minutes then dropped.) Rescheduled for 8am Tuesday. Tech finally showed at 4:45pm. No-one ever called either day to say that hed be late or need to re-schedule. Tech was efficient and got it fixed.
NO stars would be accurate, Spectrum is the worst I would never recommend this services. I am just glad I was not under contract. the call services is unprofessional. we have several different business accounts and have moved most to Granda, We will be moving the remaining accounts.
If I could give no stars I would! Horrible customer service! They lie and lie and lie to get you on with them! Then they give you internet that might as well be Dial up from the 2000s. I dont understand how they are still in service around Killeen. 3Mbps for my area. That is not high speed internet at all! Spent 3 hours all together on the phone with them today and another 2 hours with a tech that came to my home just to shut it off 20 minites after it was up and very slowly running. Choose another company. They are not even worth it! I am so frustrated and upset right now I cant see straight. Even cancelling my services I got attitude from the representative. This is a no go!
