Paul did an amazing job cleaning my friends carpets in her apartment. We left the key with him and he went in and cleaned it. He got the stains from the dog urine out and even did an amazing job with getting some candle wax off of the carpet!! Will definitely be using him again for future needs!!! Keep up the great work!!

We came home after being gone for almost a week to find our home flooded, and our thermostat not working as a result. On a friends recommendation we called Paul at Carpet Scene Investigators. We had used him once before to clean upholstery, but did not know that his scope of expertise inclueded dehumidifying homes and restoring them after a flood. We were very pleased with the work he did. He came in on short notice, extracted the water, then set up his process for dehumidifying our home. I am positive that he saved us quite a bit of money because after he was done, the thermostat works again. My carpet looks great and he even used an enzyme on it to prevent mold.
