Unprofessional, Non-communicative, Poor quality of work,

I observed evidence of water penetration on my upstairs ceiling. There was only one call I required to make to take care of the water damage. Their group was out asap and understood exactly what needed to be done. He offered me my choices and I sued with my insurance company. He even helped me interface with the insurer, due to the fact that we all know how stating one wrong word can void a protection, or at least thats how it feels sometimes. I truly cant say sufficient awesome aspects of this company. They are very knowledgeable and resourceful. Thanks y all!
