Fastest service ever! I made an appointment and purchased my 4 tires online, dropped off my car (because I expected them to take all day) and turned around right before I got home to pick up my car. Tires were replaced in 20 minutes! Great service, price and communication. Loved how I could check on the progress of my car and the ease of dropping off/picking up. I originally ordered the wrong tires and they were quick to call me to offer me new options that worked with my vehicle. Will definitely recommend this location and come back!

UPDATE: Discount tire took care of the issue and was very professional and very nice. They fixed the issue and I was very pleased with their service. In was fine the staff was courteous, I got a new tire .Had dropped car off but it was done faster than I thought.

They were fairly busy but pulled a nail out, patched the tire, and had me on the road in 30 minutes. I always use DC for my tires and rims!

GREAT SERVICE! I came in needing my tire repaired, I gave them my information and keys. I came back an hour later and they had finished the repair, and it cost me NOTHING! it was totally free and its been a couple weeks and there has been nothing wrong with the tire. Great service, I would defiantly recommend.

Had a new protocol with Covid-19. It was still super easy to get fit in as a walk-in. Had the perfect sized tires I needed! I was able to get in, purchase the 4 tires, get them mounted, and be on the road in under 2hrs.!

I have bought tires at Discount Tire for every vehicle we have owned. They are fast and will bend over backwards at times just to make sure your satisfied. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing new tires or just having one that doesnt like to hold air.

They did a great job. I stopped in with a fast leaking tire on the car. They were very accurate on their estimate of time. The employees were busy and even running when going out to bring in the next car. The only downside is that they are soooo busy. One thing to note; their app has two different times to look at, people in line to be checked in, and then when your car will be brought in.

Appointments dont matter. Showed up 10m early for mine. All I needed was a tire patched. I get parked and someone comes out 15m later and said in 10m someone would come and signal me in. Yeah right.. 4 cars and 45m later Im still sitting there so I get out my car and walk in the bay and ask why Im still sitting there. They give some lame apology and 10m later Im serviced.. Appointment was for 3:45. The check-in website said my arrival window was 4:15-4:35 and estimated completion time was 5:10. Didnt get in the bay until after 5 and didnt leave until after 5:40.

They were super busy. Waited an hour. A little irritating. They got my car in and even stayed over closing time to finish. They are great and fairly priced.

I am so pleased with my first experience at Discount Tire. My daughter and son had been customers and had a great experience. As I pulled up I was greeted by several service technicians. This was very refreshing behavior. When I entered the store I was acknowledged and assisted immediately. The service professional looked me in the eye and inquired about my visit. They provided me with a spot on estimate of How long the repairs would take.When the repairs to my tire had been completed, John, my service technician, provided a summary of the issue & repair. All of this for $0.00. I was speechless, this is not a common occurrence for me. When it is time for me to purchase new tires Discount Tires will be my first choice. We were on a road trip when we blew a tire. Discount Tire got us right in and took great care of us. They made us feel very welcomed. We didnt have to wait at all.

I had new tires installed at Discount Tire today. After trying unsuccessfully to order, pay for, and schedule installation of tires at a business closer to home, I discovered the highly rated Discount Tire. I found exactly what I was looking for online, paid for my tires and scheduled an appointment for installation.I received an email when my tires arrived at the location and a friendly phone call reaffirming the arrival of my tires and confirming my appointment.When I arrived today I was promptly greeted and waved into the bay where the work was to be done. The young men working inside were hustling to take care of the customers in the shop. They took great care to mount the tires, balance them, and get them on my car. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.Next time I need tires, I know exactly where Im going!

Waited 30 minutes before acknowledged. Then was line jumped 2. Go elsewhere they dont want your money. Also note The fact will tell you hour-and-a-half wait and they have empty Bays not a car in sight place is a joke

Love this shop! They are so quick and with Covid you can even stay in your car while they work. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves and very professional. Prices are affordable and the manager very quickly fixed and issue for us after a bolt was broken. I highly recommend them!

Waited an hour before I was able to get in to her my tire repaired. Whenever I asked Tiffany, the lady who checks cars in, how much longer she thought the wait was going to be since I have a screaming baby in the car, she got an attitude and said their priority is customers with appointments (we tried making an appointment online and it said they were only accepting walk ins). Happy to finally get in to get my tire repaired, very dissatisfied to deal with poor customer service

Discount Tire in Belton has been excellent each time I’ve been there. I have had two tires with minor punctures that they were able to repair and get me back on the road quickly! I’ll be sure to give them some business when I need new tires!

I was highly impressed by the entire team at your Belton location; for several reasons:1. Was promptly greeted when I pulled up to check in, despite how busy they were.2. Every staff member was friendly, courtesy, and acknowledged you if they/you came within 6’ of one another; instead of remaining silent or avoiding eye contact.3. I came with my work laptop and notebooks fully anticipating a long wait time at the store, as I was having all 4 tires replaced. I no sooner sat down, got settled, laptop out, notebook open and ready to dive in when a technician called my name and told me we were all set!4. Although there were several technicians working; they all seemed to flow seamlessly, almost like watching the Daytona 500 pit crews hard at work!I booked in Belton, despite living in Olathe as they had the tires in stock I wanted; but will say that based on my experience, it likes that I’ll book there in the future!

Im very disappointed in Discount Tire today. I come here often enough and send everyone I know here. I was quoted one price for a set of mower tires and then when I showed up to pick them up they were double the price because apparently the gentleman I was talking to didnt know what he was talking about.

Bought the tires online and made an appointment. It took 32 minutes from the time I pulled in to when they backed it out. Hands down the best tire experience I have ever had. This is the place other tire stores strive to be. Keep up the good work guys and enjoy the donuts.

Went in to get tires rotated and balanced. Told them that the Tire pressure sensor was on. They didnt address that issue. Had to go back and get air in all 4 tires.

I was very impressed with their service. Everyone was so nice. They had me in and out in no time!

They are very busy and have a system to address safety, but customers arent following it. They are doing a good job of getting to people as quickly as possible, but could enforce their policy of waiting in your vehicle to check in, or just drop the policy all together, half way enforcing it is the least effective option.

I appreciate their COVID process and willingness to keep everyone safe but it only works if you explain it and it certainly doesnt work when you have a large tow truck blocking your entire parking lot. Try some better communication.

I came to get a air check there is a sign that say air check pulled up to the sign workers watch me know one came to do the air check after 10 min I then got out of my car and thought maybe you have to go in and ask for air check, a gentlemen I believe manager because he was in red shirt and everyone else was in black shirts said pull into spot it will ring and some one will come out within 5 minutes, so I did that. I wait another 10min and know one came I seen a worker and said excuse me twice he acted as if he didn’t hear me so I got a little louder and said “ EXCUSE ME” then he said yeah I said I would like to get my air pressure checked he said ok be right back and I waited another 10min with know one coming. After another 10min I decided I’ll go in to complain at that time someone came to check it. Wow never knew it took 35min to simply get a 2 min air check. I will not go back customer service is bad and not sure they care much about their customers.

I dont even know where to begin I imagine all of these five-star ratings are people that bought new tires.Yes the staff are friendly Yes if you want to buy new tires they do that very well. But thats where everything ends.I came in there because my TPMS went out and I have a slow leak in my left rear tire. The young man that helped me has been lied to by the company.He pulled my right rear tire off the one that needed the TPMS and said we cant fix this it has a plug in it and needs to be replaced. Full STOP🛑 this is completely false if I wanted a repair. it is completely fine to pull the plug out and patch it from the inside Ive done it hundreds of times a plug does not stop you from repairing a tire. If I was there for to repair that tire (which I wasnt) should I have pulled the plug out and put the screw back in? So a screw can be repaired but a plug cant?I was there for a repair of the left rear tire and he said theres no leak its fine okay its a slow leak that takes about two weeks to empty the tire I went home and broke the bead myself with a 4x4 cleaned off the bead and re-sealed it.LF 39RF 36RR 34LR 32Maybe Im weird that I want all of my tires to be the same pressure Yes if you buy all new tires this place is great

The only reason I am giving them 1 Star is because 0 Stars is not an option. Was going to be over 24 hours just to fix a flat tire!!!!! With most cars not having spares its even more important to give quick flat repairs but I guess selling tires is more important to these guys.......well guess who I WONT be calling when I need new tires!!!!

Drove up to have them check the air in my tires. They were courteous, friendly, personable. The young man explained what the numbers meant on the machine that he was using. I appreciate that Discount tire offers this service and that they do it for free even if you have not purchased tires from there. I do recommend purchasing tires there though they have an awesome warranty program.

I have ALWAYS had fantastic service here but today...was an exemplary example. I thought I was scheduling for tomorrow at 5:30 after having our car towed in. Through a misunderstanding it was 5:30 today...John waited till well after 6 to call me to politely askid we were picking up tonight. After profusely apologizing as we rushed out the door he maintained a friendly demeanor and waited for us. Poor guy probably waited half an hour longer than needed!

Just dropped in to price a new set of tires.Very helpful with locating what I was looking for, but the price was not such a discount.Guess I just assumed by the name of the place it would be a good price. Im one of those people that check pricing on any larger purchases, I found the same tires at a much better price.Again, they were friendly and helpful, just priced too high.

I had a really good experience here today. I got 4 new tires and walked in and out in less than an hour. They made it easy to get new tires and get back on the road. I got the extra protection too because with all the potholes I wanted the piece of mind of getting a new tire if I had a blow out. They even have a free tire check station for anyone to stop by and get their tires aired up!

New tires and new wheels done in about 30 minutes! They only do tires, but seem to do them right lol. My winter beater got new shoes lol! Stop by and see these guys!

I go to Discount Tire for all my tire needs and have had nothing but great service any time I have gone to them. For some reason I have bad luck with getting nails in my tires and they fix it every time free of charge. This last visit, they were unable to fix my tire, so they put a new tire on. Ive been to both the Olathe and Belton locations and have received excellent service from both!! Great job! I will be returning when I need new tires. Hopefully my bad luck with flat tires will turn around, but if not, I know they will get it fixed! Thanks for being so great!!

I took my husbands car in because one tire had a slow leak. It was a busy Saturday. I took along my crochet project. I enjoyed most of the music they played in the waiting area while I worked on my project. They did call my husbands name when the work was complete, but found me quickly anyway. I thought that was amusing. He hasnt said anything about any problems with losing air pressure so I assume he is satisfied with the repair.

This place is great! They are fair, friendly, and for what they do they are very fast. They are always busy, unlike a lot of other tire stores, and considering how busy they are, you get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Although there are a number of other tire stores in my area, I always go to Discount Tire.

Trey B. was absolutely amazing! We were on our way to catch a flight and our tire blew. They couldn’t get us in right away so we were going to just put the spare on ourselves and get on the road.
