John Corsi’s State Farm Insurance in Belton, Texas has always been very helpful in answering our questions about all kinds of insurance. The whole office staff is professional in their work and have been willing and capable to help us with our insurance needs.

Ive been with other outfits in the past and still shop around just to check rates, but dealing with Yolanda and Kara remind me that its nice to speak with someone in person versus on the phone. The whole staff gives off a Texas feeling. Its a pleasure working with them.

John Corsi State Farm is the real deal !! There should be a reference to John on Wikipedia under ‘customer service’. On the rare occasion I have a claim with State Farm, John gets involved and on occasion has personally contacted the claims adjusters at State Farm and has also contacted the repair companies that perform the repairs. John, and Yolanda, believe that customer service is their job – not just a sideline they need to sell policies. This goes for everyone in John’s office – they are always exhibit a professional attitude and are customer focused. In a world where customer service and professionalism are virtually non-existent, John and his team raise these concepts to a new high. He really is in your corner!!

Shea was a huge help in explaining my coverage levels and assured me that if I had any questions I could get with him and he would help me through it. Shea was able to get me set up with the right coverage and cut my bill by about 20%. John Corsi and his team make what is sometimes a frustrating and confusing experience pleasant and enjoyable.
