I have purchased twice through this company. Both instances have been great experiences!! The second time was in Riverside and they were especially helpful. It was a difficult location to get into because of lack of parking, but the staff had a good plan and did a great job with it.They were uniforms, so they have a professional look about them, but more importantly, they have a professional bearing about them and for that they are to be commended.

Mayo did a great job with items from my parents house. My parents didnt have enough to make it worthwhile for an in-home auction, but still had a lot of nice things. After making some calls, we were referred to a guy who met us at the house and offered us $200 for everything. He made it sound like hed be doing us a favor, and that a lot of it would end up getting thrown in the trash and he probably wouldnt make much on what was left.I had also been referred to Mayo Auction. I contacted Scott and told him about the other guys $200 offer. Scott was adamant that we could do a lot better. He also met us at the house and tagged the items he believed would sell, which was most of what we had. He also referred us to a moving company that he uses to take items for auction to their warehouse.Everything they took sold. Even after their commission and $340 paid to the movers, we cleared around $2,200! A lot better than the $200 the other guy offered. The whole process was very smooth. Scott is very easy to work with and never pressured us. We highly recommend Mayos services.

Easy to bid, good description of the item, met all expectations! Pick-up location was easy to find albeit there was a traffic snafu that day and I was afraid I would miss my pickup time. No worry, was told by a nice gentleman that they are easy to work with and would not have been a problem if I had been late. He even offered to help me carry my item out as he saw I was struggling with a large, ungainly box!

Easy site to navigate, cresting an account was simple and did not require all sorts of information. After auction was complete contacting them was easy but took a bit to get the correct info to the right person. Shipping took exactly as long as they said it would and the package arrived in great condition. Overall will definitely look into more items on this site.

The auction site itself was a great experience. I was somewhat pushed to meet the narrow pick up window time(s) especially if you work a regular job where you have to use a vacation day as to arrive prior to the load out time. No weekend times are available which makes it hard for those who are not self employed.

Purchased a pallet jack, so we brought the truck. We were 20 minutes early but I was able to sign off the paperwork, load the pallet jack and we were on our way before our 11:30am load out period. These people know how run an auction.
Items are well pictured, I always get the same item I bid on in the picture, Some other auction companys try to slip something else in or say something wasnt included. Always very easy pickup.
I won two 8 round 1911 magazines. Unfortunately, after I picked them up I discovered that they were SEVEN round, not 8. I didnt file a complaint, because I still got a decent deal on them. I do suggest they load snap caps or live rounds into these magazines before they describe them
