I have been a repeat customer for a while and I have always felt welcomed, listened to, as well as the reasons for why I scheduled met. The atmosphere is always light and inviting. The services I have received throughout the years have always been top notch at the Beloit location. Thank You to the entire staff for your great attitude and accommodations.

Christina did such an awesome job on my hair. She was so professional and accommodating and took the time to analyze my hair to pick out the perfect color. The highlights she gave me are so pretty, and afterwards, she styled it beautifully. She was such a friendly person, and you can tell she loves what she does. She is so talented!

Nice place, amazing massage, nice view of the river in some parts of the salon. If you are trying to decide between this location or Rockford I would recommend Rockford. Rockford offers private area to relax before and after massage. They also offer showers. Would recommend either location though

We just had the most amazing experience. My husband and I had our 1st EVER massage and it was wonderful. The serenity massage is so relaxing and the Kellie and Mary even put us in adjoining rooms to get the massages together for our anniversary. I can promise that once the holidays are over we will be back!

While I enjoy the salon in general, I especially like the regular massages that I receive from Mary. As a consequence of my professional work, I am susceptible to tightness in my upper back muscles. Over the last two years, I have committed myself to frequent massages by Mary (first at the Rockford location, now at Beloit) The improvement in my daily comfort has been remarkable. And, I look at my massages as a perfect reward to myself! I highly recommend Mary for the work that she does for me.

I get my legs waxed here and the place is peaceful and has a great atmosphere to it. I would have rated this a 4 or maybe even a 5 star experience but have three issues, listed below. If even one of these improved, I would improve the star rating, because the service level at this location is definitely at par.1. Its really hard for me to get an appointment at this place during a time or day that actually works with my schedule,2. There seems to be a high employee turnover3. They have a point-based reward system that doesnt transfer between this location and the Rockford location, which I have a big issue with because if I cant get into the Beloit location during my availability, I usually make an appointment at the Rockford location.

My mom and I had amazing massages. My massage therapist was the best Ive ever had, Windy. She was amazing! After the massage we got to sit in the nice tranquil room and have a complimentary glass of wine. Absolutely awesome!!! Its over an hour drive for me, but I dont care. Its worth it!

I bought my mother and wife mothers day half day passes and they still havent been able to use them. They were told 6 to 8 weeks for a reservation. When I bought them the lady assured me that making a appointment for both wouldnt be a problem. They have lost my business.

I have always had great service at the Beloit location! The staff has always treated me friendly and welcoming. Rachel, the stylist, goes above and beyond with her clients and does amazing work! I will always continue to see her!

Received a gift card, scheduled an appointment online (which was super easy and convenient) for the Rockford location. Had a very positive experience. Purchases a massage for my husband and he scheduled his appointment online for the Beloit location, he was very happy as well. We plan on scheduling future services at WM Dayspa. One of the nicer spas in the area.

I wish I could give them a minus One Star rating but unfortunately it is not possible. So my partner and I had two Spa Pedicure appointments and while we were driving came into some traffic and got to the Salon about 8 1/2 minutes late from the scheduled appointment time. When we arrived, there was nobody at the reception area but a short while thereafter someone (one of the associates I believe) came from a little room on the back, greeted us and checked us in, not even ten seconds later another young woman came from the back and said that because we were LATE she couldnt accept our pre-scheduled appointment. Well, heres the problem with that, we have been gotten pedicures at least four (4) times before since they opened and each time we wait in a little waiting room for at least 15 minutes, which I was more than happy to point out, however; the one time we ran UNDER 10 minutes late we were just simply rejected from being serviced. While we both have been at ACTUAL luxury spas all across the country where service, attention to detail and common manners are a staple and most certainly a hallmark within their corporate credo, I have never been refused of a service ANYWHERE for being 8-9 minutes late and what was most concerning to me was that little miss congeniality who represented herself as the Assistant Manager had a permanent SMIRK on her face during the entire time that she (in what we felt was nothing more than a grave case of discrimination) rejected and cancelled our appointment all the while there was not a single other client inside.In todays word when people have choices I would like to think that #1 bigotry is certainly not allowed and #2 downright bad customer service from someone who represents themselves as part of management, should be scrutinized. It is clearly unacceptable that in todays world someone with an 8th grade education (or lack of thereof, which to me is more of the case in todays example) poses as the front face of ANY business. After we were denied service we asked to speak with the actual manager and again, little Miss Congeniality very triumphant informed us that nobody was above HER and that we could call the owner if we wanted.We are both business owners in town, if ANY of our employees would dare to treat a customer of ours in such a disrespectful manner, we would certainly make sure that it would be their last.Not really sure if this is the way in which business is conducted on a normal basis at this establishment, but since we are able to exercise our freedom of choice, it is highly unlikely that we would EVER set foot at that salon and needless to say, we will MAKE SURE that all of our friends in town and those who come and visit from out of town with actual money to spend, are aware that unfortunately we cannot support this particular local business on the bases of what we feel was nothing more than a terrible and disgusting case of discrimination and hatred towards hardworking successful men.Mr. Morris (the owner) was contacted over the phone but we are yet to hear from him. Shame, shame, because despite of the fact that each time we go there, there is new staff and we can almost never get the same girl to do our pedicures, we had a genuine intention to like and support this local business.A word of advise for little Ms. Congeniality: Just because you have a pretentious tone while answering the phone doesnt make you anything else other than what your job really is, and that my friend is nothing more than being an order taker at a beauty salon; so get down from your high horse and accept the harsh reality that you are being employed to SERVE people like us, with disposable money to throw away on foot rubs.

I would not recommend this salon if you have hair that is harder to tame. After a 2 week wait for my appointment, and a rather lengthy consultation about my concerns, and the way I wanted my hair to look...I came out with helmet hair and dull color. The lady told me why everything I mentioned should be handled a certain way..the way she likes to do it.. and it made my thick, frizzy hair thicker and frizzier. My bangs look like they were cut with fiskars scissors by a 5th grader and I lost 2 off my length which bulked my hair even more. I asked for blonde at the tips, which I never even got, because I was told my ends would be lighter and they werent. The cut and color were very expensive and I came out looking like I had it done at a strip mall. I tried to give it a week or two to see if would grow on me, but it has only made me hate it worse. I would definitely reconsider unless you just like paying a bunch of overhead for a pretty space instead of paying for style...its probably alright for ordinary trims and root touch ups, I was overall very dissatisfied and now Im gonna have to pay even more money to try to find someone to fix it

I recently got my hair done here for my wedding, as well as my bridesmaids. Overall I was pleased with how my hair turned out (Rachel Cox is FANTASTIC), and my bridesmaids looked great too! We were able to use the Beloit location to base out of/get ready in, and that made the getting ready process much easier. The reason I am only giving 4 stars is for the communication and payment method for the group. Weis Morris has two special events coordinators that were extremely hard to get ahold of with questions or concerns, which added some frustration to my planning process. When I booked the services in March, I was told that I could either pay one lump sum for everyone’s services, or each girl could call and place a deposit down for their individual service (or pay in full at that time). Christina gave me a nice breakdown of costs, which was great, but there were several instances of confusion with who had already paid/what amount/who still owed. One of my bridesmaids had to email a screenshot of her bank statement to prove she had paid, after several attempts and a week to contact Christina. Had I known it would have more tedious for my wedding party to pay individually, I would have just paid in full from the beginning. Other than that, my experience there was great and the girls doing our hair were fantastic to work with!

I love going to WM Spa in Beloit to see my girl Rachel Cox! She does a great job on my hair color and low lights. She is always running on time with her appts. The place is clean and inviting. I would strongly recommend stopping by and checking out the Spa. Great add to Beloit!
