We called Clark Pest control as we had a rodent enter our property. Martin from Clark came and was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We were very impressed with his knowledge, his detailed point by point analysis of the issue and solution, and his understanding of how the Pandemic exacerbated the issue of pests.

I called and requested a one time service to remove a wasp nest from our roof. An agent arrived quickly at my house within hours of my call, without arranging an appointment with me, and instead caught my husband distracted in the middle of working from home and got him to sign a 1year contract. We have no need for ongoing services and were unable to cancel what he signed. Other than treating the wasp nest, I see no evidence that this service is is any way useful- I cant tell when they have visited or done anything other than send the monthly bill! In fact a contractor found many rats living in our garage and gave me advice to cut plants back and repaired holes - while Clark when I asked them about it stated there was no evidence of rats and offered no advice.As an add on exactly after one year had passed I cancelled the service. Because of my lack of trust in this business I asked for a written confirmation of the cancelled account (by email). One month later I received a past due bill in the mail saying I must have got busy and forgot to pay my bill. I was glad to have written proof to send back and tell them to stop hassling me for any further payment.

The guy answers the phone is very rude and inpatient.

They wont do single service. They will only contract for a minimum of a year! I couldnt get any better explanation than that when i called. That just tells me that they dont plan on eradicating the pest right away. They just want to take your money endlessly. How could they have good reviews?

I have an enormous gopher and mole problem. I have had many technicians come but mostly Jordan and Paul They have always been responsive and professional. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment or response.

Disappointed, I called twice, won’t get a call back. I called Clark Pest Control because I need them to check an area of my property that may have termite. First call, I called the local number on the website but got their call center somewhere in the central Valley. The person took my name and information and said they will forward the information to the local area. Two days went by, no call back. Tried calling the local number again (second call) a person answered but did not identify them as Clark Pest Control. I had to ask if this was Clark Pest Control she said yes. Was I really talking to CPC? She took my information and said a technician would have to call me back. Again, no call back, lousy customer service. Will have to look for someone else. ☹

Disappointing. Im a property manager in the Bay Area. I wouldve thought theyd be decent since they have a big name. My mistake. I guess integrity and quality of service isnt their thing.

Most unprofessional and fraudulent company that I have worked with. They are fleecing customers by getting them into automatic credit card payments. Their Staff who comes to do the service says one thing and their billing department works in a different way. All they want is your money regardless of the service they do. They will sweet talk you into contracts which are unclear and unfair to you. Do not work with them ! I am cancelling my services asap.Called the guy for regular pest control and he said your first time visit is free but then i see $100 charge in the mail. Called them for termite control and then they got me into a contract of $40 every month and charged me $400 on tops. Guy never explained the contract to me and said I could opt out any time. Called them 3 times to come out of the contract but they kept billing my credit card every month. This is very unfair and fraudulent way of running a business. All they want is your money and they dont care about Customer Satisfaction.Also every time the person showed up they did not bother to write down what they did. I am single Family house owner and work with other contractors all the time. But this is the first that I have seen and will be the last as they are banned from working with me. Please do not work with them and put your money to work for you with some other company! they are not trustworthy !

I have been a property manager for over 25 years. Never have I seen a scam quite like this... You have to book an appointment just to get an estimate and if you dont like the price you have to book another exterminator, in the mean time you have wasted your day waiting on this company to show up. Too many red flags with this company. Save your money and time and book with a company who can give you a clear quote, especially if it is a small job and you know what the scope is. We had two wasp nests to get removed.. not exactly brain surgery.

Dont use them! I called Clark Pest Control because we had a rodent enter our house. The person they sent was extremely rude to my partner. When we were hypothesizing, he said I am the expert, so let me do the thinking. Beyond this, they made my partner sign a 1-year contract and after a digital signature, said Well, who knows, we might never catch it. He never sent us the contract. The poor service continued for another couple of visits when we got fed up and cancelled the service - with no indication of a refund. Dont sign up.

The response time from Clark was amazing, coordinated by Karen; the visit from Martin was timely, great and informative; our technician, Nick, is super and continues to be so. We are customers of Clark at two homes and are very, very satisfied with the team.

Warren is the best. He is so on top of everything. He has made it his job to know any of the problem spots in my house and is thourough and diligent in his every inspection. He is reliable, always showing up at the scheduled time. He is trust worthy, polite and very knowledgable. Warrens job cant be an easy one yet he does his work with a smile on his face and a very positive manner. More than anything, Warren has made it quite clear that he is available to me at anytime should I encounter something that requires his expertise. I offer Warren the highest marks of any of the people that have to come through my house. Thank you Clark for recognizing the gem of an team member that you have in Warren.

The men who arrived were respectful and polite. The service they offered was reasonably priced. However, they refused to perform the small preventive task I wanted unless I agreed to treat a non-existent problem and unless I agreed to sign up for 12 monthly visits. Since the china cabinet and book cases are secured to the wall against earthquake, what they required would have been a pointless nuisance.If I had an infestation of american or german cockroaches, what they offered would have been worth it, but I do not.Given that I paid to board my dogs so that they could safely spray inside the house and given that they refused to do so, my outcome was not exacly positive.

The representative, Heric Tavera, was very knowledgeable, having had hands on experience in this field of work for over 14 years.
