I took the FFL challenge and the best part of it was not hitting the goal but rather the transformation in my daily habits. Midway I was not on track so I reached out to the team and they were supportive and I got to learn how to improve my diet more.What I liked:- Dan, the instructor. Hes amazing.- Changing my diet to be healthier- The people I got to work out withWhat I would have loved to be present:- An 8:00 am class where 7:00 am is a bit early and 9:15 is a bit late- GymLink / Heart rate monitor

Dan is an amazing trainer/coach. He knows when to push you to the next level and give you the guidance to do the exercise with correct form.. . I started Fit For Life with a Groupon. If it wasnt for Dan I dont think I would have become a member.Classes are tough but fun. I look forward to going to each class..

They have it down to a science. Challenging, fun & great people to work out with. You can modify the exercises so you can go at your own pace. Highly recommend it!

Bang for the buck. Decent amenities. Very friendly trainers. Sometimes you might find yourself repeating the same circuits.

Love going there. Started with a challenge...now a proud member of FFL family. Classes are killer but fun. Coach is great with great sense of humor! Roy respects and understands each and every ffl family member. Highly recommend.
