Awesome sale Rep Maxwell. Maxwell was so accommodating to all my questions. Great experience from a Wednesday seeing boat for sale to on the lake by Friday 2 days later having a blast with family. So accommodating to all my questions and needs. Honest trust worthy people and they do what they say they will do. 5 stars from me for sure. Also rented a slip from them and so happy they offered it to us in mid season. Best decision we made getting slip. Buy your boat from them for sure. See Maxwell he will take great care of you.
Good boats, great lake, customer service with much to be desired…They rented a boat out to our small family with kids right before a strong thunderstorm (if they monitor the weather and radar they likely know?). Forty minutes later we were back with no weather insurance recourse or any offer for a credit of any kind for another day. Fine, tough policy I guess. But the way the entire message is delivered, in every interaction. It’s just not pleasant.
This boat rental company is phenomenal. We arrived early for a full day rental at 8:40a. They were absolutely ready for us. They walked us through the safety and operation of the boat and even let us test drive the boat with the dock staff. The boat was immaculate and like new. We had a fantastic time on the lake, spending 7 hours, no luck with fishing though! Highly highly highly recommend them.
We purchased a Starcraft 2000. Can’t say enough to good things about Zack Graham. Truly impressed with Zack who handled the transaction from start to finish. Zack was extremely knowledgeable and missed no details when we inquired about the boat. After purchase and a date set to take the boat out when the lake was it was ice free, Zack took care of all the paperwork. When we came up for the test ride, he went over every possible thing and answered all our questions. It was such a pleasure to have him so on point, giving us confidence in our purchase. Being around the marina that day several other employees, as busy as they were, stopped to say hello and talk for a bit. Seems like a great working culture that was developed there and it was very noticeable
Rent a 15 footer for a day. Pretty good service and young staff walk you through lake and boat and help you to get out of the marina. We enjoy the day very much and will return.
We rented a boat from Winnisquam Marine and the staff there was great. Most everyone we dealt with were young and they were friendly, courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about them. Highly recommended.
Bought a pontoon from them today. Martin was amazing. He was so informative and friendly. We didnt encounter anyone that was pushy or aggressive with sales. Martin really focused on getting us exactly what we wanted. 100% recommend them if you want to buy from a reputable, friendly dealer.
We recently purchased a Bennington Pontoon boat. Our sales representative was Zack Graham. He was outstanding, very helpful, and made the entire experience simple and easy! I would highly recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a boat!
I was patient, I spent a year looking and couldnt find anything then when swinging by to fill up our Formula Ryan and the team came out to tell me they think they have something! Next day despite COVID they had me in to see this little boat. She was perfect, just what I was looking for. Simple, used and old school. Then... a few days later they show up at the house to at least upgrade her cassette tape with a blue tooth stereo so I could jam to the tunes on my phone. TRULY deserve 10 star review but google only allows 5 stars. THANKS to the ENTIRE team at Winnisquam Marine for taking care of me and helping me find my first lil dingy!
Went in to window shop for a new boat. They had a nice assortment to choose from and ended up buying. Great service, fair pricing, knowledgeable sales team and support staff.
Really excellent friendly owners, very understanding and worked with our group a lot, look forward to renting with them again!
Professional and knowledgeable boat dealer. Great experience trading in and purchasing new boat. Maxwell and Ryan were very helpful customizing just what we wanted.
Never owned or even shopped for a boat before in my life. I went to all the lakes region dealers prior to stumbling into Winnisquam Marina. What a different feel! There are SO many brands of boats, and trust me, they are not all the same. Winnisquam Marine does not compromise on quality whatsoever. They sell only the best boats, and when they tell you why the product they sell is the best, they arent lying. I did my own research, and found out the Bennington I ordered is even BETTER than described. Despite the fact that they know they sell the best product on the market, there is absolutely ZERO pressure. Julie took the time to custom order a pontoon boat with my wife and I, right down to the stitching. These folks do not miss a detail. She explained how long the boat would take to build, and was dead on the timing it in fact arrived. Upon arrival we were scheduled for what they call an on the water delivery. Essentially they drive around the lake with you and teach you everything about your new boat. When we arrived the boat was docked and ready to board. Julie spent about 2 hours going over every single question we had. After the on the water delivery they have staff specially trained to load your boat for you, cover it, and tie it down to prepare for transport. Ordinarily at this point people shake hands and leave, but remember, Im new to boats, and I had questions. I LITERALLY asked to speak with a member of every single department because of different questions I had. Not one time was I denied, had to wait, or even did they seem annoyed. These folks are absolute professionals. They treat you like family, and your boat better than their own. Because their service schedule was backed up 45 days, a tech even took the time to give me some maintenance tips until they could get it in if I didnt want to wait and wanted to just do some of it myself. Even when the information they provide you wont make them money, they are 100% honest. Speaking of money, knowing what I know now about other boat builders besides Bennington, we paid WAY less than what we shouldve if you compare apples to apples. All boats are not the same. Do not make a $65,000 mistake. If boat buyers in New Hampshire knew what I know now, I dont think there would be another dealer in business in the state. From the product, to the attention to detail, to the customer service, Im just not sure it gets any better. Ive bought campers, new cars, houses, all sorts of things, I have never experienced customer service of the level Winnisquam Marine provides. I cannot recommend Winnisquam Marine enough.
Very helpful and knowledgeable. Covid friendly. Quick and responsive.
I originally was not going to write a review due to most of the staff being super professional and very nice. Upon renting a boat you must pay a $2000 damage deposit. Unfortunately, that day. I caused $834 worth of damage to the boat by hitting a rock. No big deal, it was my responsibility. I was being told the $800 charge was not going through so I had to call a relative to use their credit card. Two days later I am being told that the original transaction went through. Ed, Who I assume is the owner. Tries to tell me it was a banking issue which is not true because if there was a problem with my bank the $2000 hold would not have been accepted in the first place. This company charged me along with my relatives credit card and they did not put the money back on my relatives credit card and this is well over a week later after the remainder of my deposit was put back five days ago. American Express will be investigating this matter. Mr. Ed... Instead of having a big mouth over the phone, pointing fingers, and not taking responsibility for the issue your company cause in the first place, this review would’ve been five stars.
Very helpful going over the boat we rented. Also helpful when bringing the boat back to dock. A couple of the employees werent real friendly, but not rude either. Possibly just busy. Ill go back.
Great business! Ryan Crawford was super helpful and walked us through the boat buying process including hands-on demonstration of how everything on the boat works. Every staff member is friendly and happy to assist. Highly recommend.
My family rented a pontoon boat to celebrate our familys birthdays. Renting can be a challenge when you have to book so far ahead, not knowing what the weather will be like on that day. The day of our reservation, the forecast was rain throughout the day. The marinas policy is if it is raining when they open at 8:00am, we can rebook a different day. It wasnt raining at 8:00am so we were not able to cancel and rebook. 14 of us made the hour drive to Belmont only to find it raining when we arrived. They gave us the option of 1/2 day but we could not cancel and rebook. It rained 90% of the time we were on the boat. It was so disappointing that we were not able to rebook to a different day just because it was not raining at 8:00am. It was miserable and cold to be on a pontoon boat with 14 of us in the continuous rain throughout the day. I do not recommend renting a boat at Winnesquam Marina because they do not offer reasonable flexibility on a miserable rainy day.
Staff is great. Boat had issue with canopy and had to hold it in place all day. Things happn. Rented a couple times here and will be back.
We rented a boat for a day in July. Outstanding experience. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great day on the lake. By far the best marine in the area.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Affordable prices and a great selection. Ive used Winnisquam Marine for years and always will. They are my go to boat shop!
Good place to get water sport equipments. Staff can be friendlier. Amd deposit amount for equipments are exorbitant
We bought a new pontoon this year. We found the sales staff and everyone else that we dealt with very professional and honest. We would definitely deal with them again
A nearly perfect day delivered by a team who epitomized customer service. We got confused by their website as to Lakes Winnesquam and Winnipesaukee but were not locals. Aside from that Joey was awesome on check out and check in. The boat was quality and very clean. Joey even was kind upon my mistake of hitting a rock with the propeller introducing me to the service team from whom I got to buy my own propeller. If youre not into the big scene on the big lake, these guys/gals will provide an exceptional day.
Very disappointed in our experience renting a pontoon boat here. The forecast on multiple apps showed rain all day, but they refused to let us reschedule for another day claiming it was only 30% chance of rain and done by 1pm. It rained the entire time we were out on the boat. We tried to make the most of it, but being soaked in 60º weather eating soggy sandwiches wasnt really our idea of a great time. We understand that it is a small business and they cant control the weather, however with their inflexible policies theyre thinking small minded of money they might lose on that particular day. Whether your clients have a good OR bad experience it is a reflection of your business and I can assure you our party will not be renting here again or recommending Winnisquam Marine to anyone we know. From top to bottom this staff needs some serious customer etiquette training in the way they talk to their customers.
Horrible customer service, rude and disrespectful people. The owners and salesman are extremely unprofessional and talk down to people. We called to register our jet ski and they told us to “read the sign on the door” and didn’t help answer any of our questions and ended up hanging up on us. Our neighbors have also complained countless times about their bad experiences with them (we live close by). There are a select few people that have treated us well but generally they are terrible people to encounter and do any type of business with. Being the only gas dock and basically the only marina on Winnisquam you’d think they would try to be friendly and personable especially with locals.Updated response 5/12/20: Hi Ryan, this is Zoe Alcantara from Belmont, not Matt King. You can spin this any way you please to make it look like were the ones who are in the wrong. Clearly treating others better doesnt work at Winnisquam Marine. YOUR employees didnt help do anything. They were completely rude, so yes, we were rude back. It was a simple question that started all of this. How do we register our new jet ski? Your receptionist was the one who was polite, and actually told us what to do (wasnt included on the door sign or on your website). The way youve treated other customers in the area is disgusting to hear but Im not going to speak for them. You should get your trucks out of the road and stop blocking traffic all the time, and maybe people will stop laying on their horn when they speed by. Have some decency when customers are literally trying to buy your services. We will gladly take our business elsewhere.Read your other reviews, obviously we arent the only ones who have had issues.
Effortless booking. When we picked up our rental it wasnt a big to do. It was a professional marina. I highly recommend it.
We have been visiting this region of New Hampshire every summer for about 14 years now. We have always found the staff extremely friendly and helpful where possible. We always stop by here to either get temporary licenses, fuel, supplies or water toys. Their location is ideal and prices fair.
This place was wet, they have some really nice boats but it started raining on me,stay covid clear people, this time next year i want to see lips not masks.
This place sucks I rented a canoe for 1 hour which cost $20. In order to rent - they placed a $200 hold on my card. I returned the canoe everything went perfect.Except two weeks later they still have not returned my $200. I have called and they said that I should be getting it soon but two weeks is a really long time for such a simple thing.
Was at the boat show in Boston. Had the most unfortunate encounter with Ed Crawford. He was probably the rudest salesman I have ever dealt with. Zero people skills. Because of him, I will NEVER go to Winnisquam marina. And I can assure you, I will let everyone I know to stay away as well. You might want to think about having a different person representing your company.
Mark is awesome.
Have rented boats from here a few times and things have always been Great!
Awesome place, clean boats, friendly and helpful staff! High recommended!
Not a good experience at all!The girls on the sales floor had no personality at all!! Not one of them could give you a greeting! They charged my credit card $600 and actually took the money from our credit card company and I was told I would have to wait a week until its returned! The only nice experience we had here was with the boys helping us with the boat...both were very nice!
Had an excellent experience at Winnisquam Marine buying our new pontoon boat. Decided on a Saturday to buy and wanted it by Wednesday so we could have it for the 4th and they went above and beyond and made it happen. Super happy with it and the service we received!
Had the worst experience with my boat rental with winnisquam marine this Memorial Day weekend. Was completely dissatisfied with the immaturity of the young men working at the gas dock. The unprofessionalism of the manager was extremely disappointing as well. We had a boat reserved and waiting for us, but needed a few extra minutes to get our group together, and she gave away our boat in the meantime. When we finally got another boat, the dock boys did not properly load our tube resulting in the rope hanging in water, which could have caused some serious issues. After being yelled at by the staff to fix the rope, we heard countless laughs, jokes, and rude remarks from everyone back on the dock. Very embarrassing. Will not be renting from here again which is sad to say as we have been a returning customer each summer for years. We have finally had enough.
Great boat rental at a great price. $2000’damage Deposit on your credit card which is the average wherever you rent . Had a great time swimming at the SANDBAR😊
Run by people who obviously dont care. Went in to get a replacement coil for my boat, brought the old part with me. First the guy tells me that their Parts Guy is not there. What kind of a business that size, open 7 days a week, only has one person that can sell parts? Next he disappears into the back for a few moments and comes back and asks for the engine serial number. I show him the old coil, and he says there is nothing they can do without the engine serial number. By that time I was tired of their excuses and left. Drove down to Irwin marine and it took the guy at the parts counter there about 30 seconds to bring the part to the counter. Dont waste your time on Winnisquam Marine, just head down to Irwin where they actually know what they are doing.Response to owner: Well I guess I stand by my comments above then. I will go to the marina where they know what they are doing and dont require a computer that requires information that no person carries around with them to look up a part. A business that actually knows how to answer a phone when it rings. My family purchased our boats at Winnisquam marine since I was a child, but as the service offered there has gone from great to horrible over the years....I will do what my father decided years ago......to take my business elsewhere and I suggest that others do the same.
My husband and I are on our 2nd pontoon purchase with Winnisquam marine. Our first purchase was seamless and a great introduction of just how great Bennington Pontoon Boats are. The 2nd purchase we had some troubled waters. There was delivery damage from the factory - which we are assured (and we know how great the Bennington warranty is), that they will replace as soon as it arrives. Our first few excursions out the motor stalled. They promptly (like 24 hours) diagnosed emailed the issue and returned the boat. Winnisquam treated us like we were they only customer. The motor again stalled and they have flushed the tank and replaced the filters. And once again, we were back with our boat the same day. We recommend Winniaquam Marine. Could we have purchased a Pontoon for a tad less?Yes, but we feel the sales /service team makes up the difference! Looking forward to a long hot summer of boating fun! Rob and Jane Williams
I worked for winnisquam marine and have to say was one of the best places to work for.Ed goes above and beyond for his employees and customers.Ryan eds son is the same.Winnisquam marine takes vmcare of there customers in every way possible. The service techs are some of the best in the biz.To read the negative reviews are just not making any sense from how well i know this company. If your ever in the market for a boat go to winnisquam or wini and they will set you uo witj respect.
That place is awesome. Have a bow that sells ice cream and they have agates all throughout the sandbar.... I couldnt ask for anything more
We rented a small boat here for two hours and enjoyed it very much!
Best marine in the lakes region. I bought a Bennington pontoon boat from Julie Marsh and team. They were outstanding. They listened to me and matched a boat that truly fit my families lifestyle. Always super fair never tried to up sell but did make suggestions that in the end were totally what we needed. The entire process they made us feel like part of the family. I could not recommend more.
Delivered some pontoons here. Great friendly people. Definitely would go back. Thanks.
Always a pleasure. Great place to deliver Benningtons.
Very nice rental boats and very helpful staff.
Great people
We rented a 25 foot pontoon w 200 horse motor. The staff was very helpful. The boat was clean and ready to go for us when we got there. There were 11 of us in the group and we had space for more. We toured the lake in the morning. Stopped and had lunch in Merideth. Then went tubing in the afternoon. It was a great day. I would certainly rent from there again.
I’ve bought two boats here and the staff has always been great. Both on the sales and service side of things. I will buy my next boat here as well because of their commitment to my satisfaction and their willingness to go above and beyond what is necessary. An easy choice to make to get my boats winterized too.
Excellent marine, highly recommend giving them a try.
I would like to express my sentiments and experience dealing with your marina and, specifically, Marty Carney.I am impressed by the attention given to my family and me throughout our purchase. The communication from the onset has been great.Marty has been responsive and attentive throughout the entire purchase. He has been phenomenal from the moment I contacted him in December through the final sale in January.Marty took the time to make sure the boat was in your warm facility for viewing on a cold January day. He gave us a tour of the boat, showed its features inside and out, and allowed us personal time so my wife and I could discuss the purchase. He then returned and answered multiple questions. What really impressed me was the time he took to get the answers for any question he did not know right away, most were on the purchase of a new trailer. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable to ask anything, even if remedial in nature. He never made me feel like I was asking a stupid question.Marty took the time to research and come up with many ideas for additional grab handles for the ladder, looked into adding a diving board on the back, and facilitated the purchase of the trailer. Although the diving board will not fit on the back, Marty still looked into mounting on the side (we declined that option).Martys communication throughout this sale was outstanding. He looked into everything we asked and answered his phone (or returned my call) quickly and professionally. The staff that we met in January when we first looked at the boat in person were friendly and courteous. My overall experience, so far, with your marina is incredible. I plan on giving all my business (hopefully minimal, except for PM work) to you guys despite the 2 hour drive. I was THAT impressed. This is my second boat Ive purchased in my life. The first was also through a dealer but Marty and Winnisquam Marine are the best.Great job, Winnisquam Marine and Marty Carney!
I had to write about the great experience I had at Winnisquam Marine; the staff was helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered without hesitation and I really cant stress enough how patient you all were with me. You even advised me to take my time and not run out and buy everything all at once. That kind of honesty and sincerity is what companies should strive to obtain, thank you again for the wonderful assistance you so graciously provided.
Just purchased a pre-owned cabin cruiser from Winnisquam, and I could not be happier. We dealt with Mark and Evan and they were both great. We had a trade in and they made the process as easy and straight forward as possible. I absolutely recommend that you check them out.
My wife and I just picked up our first boat from Martin at Winnisquam Marine. Its a 1998 bowrider that is in good condition. We purchased the boat before the service crew had a chance to clean/service it. There was heavy staining on the hull that Marty said the crew would do their best, but couldnt guaranty the end result. Today when we picked it up, we were amazed at the job they did. The boat looks great.Martin was great to work with. He was very attentive, and made sure we were happy customers. Although it was probably not considered a big sale for him, we felt like he treated us like we were buying a new top of the line yacht.I definitely recommend working with Martin, and hope to work with him for future purchases!
Be VERY careful when buying from these guys - especially if you are not local. I got screwed and 3 years later Im buying a new boat. What they sold me was CHEAP as hell and the saleswoman (daughter of the owner) lied to me as well. The first time I drove it steering was HORRIBLE and she told me it would get better after 20 hours. It didnt - and when I asked her to send someone to look at it, she refused and said they HAD to pick it up and if it wasnt a warrantied item, it would cost me for fixing and hauling. SERIOUSLY?? The boat wasnt even a year old and I was less than 2 hours away! Little things on the boat have just fallen apart. Palm Beach is just CHEAP! The ignition fell into the console, and the console was ridiculous to get into - had to unscrew seats. The opening should have been in the front. If they were closer, it would have been easier to deal with. I learned my lesson. Always buy a boat locally unless the dealer is trustworthy.
We were doing day rentals over the summer since the lake is 3 miles from our house. Essentially our goal was to rent a few different styles of boats and get a feel for what suites our needs before purchasing. Each time we have rented there was an issue. The most memorable was when we had family visiting for the day and headed down at 8:30am to get everything all set early so we could be done and take off by 9:15. We had reserved the boat we wanted online. When we arrived and they pulled up our boat it was not one that was reserved by us. In fact, the one that we reserved they gave to someone else so they tried to give us one of lesser quality, holes and rips in the seats, as well as that last persons left behind garbage etc. so dirty!! When this was brought to their attention that it wasnt the one we reserved they were flabbergasted and very inconsiderate. Long story short and after SO much arguing, we ended up having to pay an additional 65.00 to rent a boat that was similar and clean on top of the original payment we made when we reserved the original boat. We finally got onto the lake at 10am. As a local business owner I couldnt justify charging a REPEAT customer MORE money for a mistake that was my responsibility. Completely unacceptable service and behavior.Prior to this, the sales guy we spoke to was awesome. Sadly, not awesome enough for us to purchase our boat or rent from them again. Seriously, their rental program is a NIGHTMAREE!!!! I am recommending my customers that come here to vacation as well as locals away from here! There are more Marianas around that are more professional, responsible and considerate.
Just wanted to take a minute to let you know how pleased we are with our recent purchase. As usual these guys were extremely helpful and had all the answers to our questions. The purchase and delivery demo process was extremely well done, executed with all the bases covered. We were also very impressed with how upfront and honest these guys are about everything along the way, including the trade in process (unlike other dealers). Were looking forward to spending full days on the boat hopefully on one of our warm days before the start of summer.
I have purchased two boats from Winnisquam marine. The process couldnt have been easier. The sales staff was fantastic in answering any and all questions, from the test drive to helping me polish up on some boat handling skills . The service department has been spot on. If I have ever had a problem or question they made sure it got resolved or answered . If you need service or a new boat I would highly recommend them.
Bought our first boat from this marina a couple years ago. Really enjoy that experience and they helped us greatly being new to boating. Had our boat serviced couple times through the years as well great experience. Until we were told be the boat we still own and use is broken and they wont work on it anymore because its to outdated. So I warn you stay away from this place that is unless you only have the top of line new boats cause you seem to be the only customer this establishment seems to care about now.
Had a blast. Boat rental was easy and reasonable. We had such a great day at the sandbar that day.
It’s going to be a great boating season thanks to Winnisquam Marine. The boat I bought has already made my family so happy. We liked the honest and up front policy that you guys made us aware of, and coupled with the customer service and family like feel, we couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks again.
I just wanted to say thank you for making a much anticipated event a great and pleasant experience. From my first inquiries to the pickup all went smooth and truly professional. I must say a great staff has been assembled here; I felt all my questions were answered with patience and knowledge, and the easy demeanor of all involved was truly appreciated. As far as the engine...top speed is greater and I just cant get enough of the sound it makes as you give it throttle! I have all the intentions of recommending Winnisquam to anyone I know looking for a boat or engine- thanks again!
My spouse and I were in the market for a new boat when we stopped by Winnisquam Marine. We were so impressed with the sales rep’s experience and knowledge we couldn’t say no to him. He made it easy for us to buy and trade our 220 for a 260 Horizon. After several test drives on the 260 we just couldn’t say no!!! It was a good thing my wife had the sense to pull the plug on my spending spree because I would have bought every accessory known to man at Winnisquam. We love our boat now, but they already knew that before we did.
As someone else has said the only reason Im giving them 1 star is because I cant give them zero. A lady friend of mine who is a 75 year old widow wanted to buy a new pontoon boat and asked if I would accompany her when she went shopping. We visited a couple of marinas that were local to us but, couldnt find what she wanted, so I suggested we go look up in the lakes Region and Winnisquam Marine was our first stop. She really liked one particular Bennington there but we moved on. Two marinas later she decided she wanted to back and get the boat at Winnisquam. Initial contact with sales was 5 star and all questioned were answered until the checked got cashed. They did deliver the boat. Then somebody slammed the door and nothing but crickets. She paid for a trailer that is 5 weeks late and was told it would be here last Friday. Guess what, we had to cancel a trip we had planned to another lake a month ago because its still not here.Read the reviews and people either hate them or love them. Its a roll of the dice. My 75 year old widow friend gambled $40,000+ and lost. We hate them.
Super honest people that own this place. Would never buy a boat from anyone else!
Ive had my boat there for 9 years and the service is very good. The mechanics know there stuff and the prices are always fair. They wont rip you off.
Purchased a pre-owned boat from them. Winterized the boat my self and did it incorrectly, after working with there service department ultimately determined that the engine block had cracked (this was my fault), I tried to purchase a new boat from them. They seemed uninterested and would not offer anything to just keep my broken boat. I do realize that it was not worth much with a broken engine but I did pay them $17500 only two years earlier. Service bill was $1500 for pulling engine and diagnosis, wouldnt offer to discount this or forgive it by keeping the broken boat.I ended up purchasing a new boat elsewhere.Prior to this I had already paid them $3,000 for a boat slip that they manage across from their marina. When I told them I had purchased a new boat they kicked me out of my slip and did give me back my $3,000.I paid the service bill and picked up my broken boat.Seemed like a strange series of events. I had to tried to be a good customer purchasing accessories from them and renting dock space after purchasing the boat.Everyone I dealt with was polite, but their business decisions didnt make sense to me.Update:Please explain how this not the full and true story. If you feel you discounted the service work I can only imagine that it is because you did not charge for quotes on service work that I chose not to do. I would argue that many people in many professions provide quotes for work they do not receive and do not charge for it.You are correct that you absolutely had the right to revoke the slip that I had previously paid for. In my opinion it was a poor business choice for a previous customer.
We recently purchased a Pontoon boat from Winnisquam Marine at their Winnipesaukee location. We had purchased a boat 10 years ago from them and returned to them for this purchase as we were so happy with the original purchase. We worked with Ryan and could not have been happier with the overall experience. Ryan was professional, fully communicative and flexible with the delivery date/time. I highly recommend either the Winnisquam or Winnipesaukee locations as youll get great service, a great price and be treated professionally during the entire process.
The seat they installed looks great!!!! I really appreciate them having installed it for me. These days it is harder and harder to find people that are personable and professional when it comes to customer service and getting the job done correctly.
Purchase they boat there and the owner told me good ramp it there for life several years later they reneged on the agreement
And I only give it 1 star because I cannot give a big fat Zero star!!! Went into the showroom to buy a pontoon boat. Three guys. Not one acknowledged my presence. When I made an inquiry the response was We are too busy! I explained I wanted to buy a boat and walked out the door. They didnt even flinch! I hope they saw the bird as we drove away!
They should always have a person on the sales department floor area they are always on the phones and people feel they are waiting to long to get some sevice to be waited on! Everytime Ive been in there anyway!
We appreciate the staff and the professional customer service. Its not easy to find a place that has the patience to deal with me. Thanks again
Great service. Clean bathrooms. Great experience. Great Lake.Even though our boat had issues zack and his crew took care of us with and resolved the problem very sadisfactory.Looking forwards to renting again.
Sandwiches and fried foods prepared on site. Great made in New Hampshire gifts. Staples also available.
Very nice place with knowledgeble administrative personell. Very efficient in and out to file paperwork for the boat.
The people that work there or very pleasant and courteous and I would always continue to recommend other people to their place of business and I will continue my business there..
Have always received excellent pricing and service. Ryan and his staff treat every customer like they are their only customer.
I have to say im very impressed. Mark and all the salespeople know their product in and out. There was not an question they couldn’t answer for me. After searching for a pontoon boat for about a year Mark helped point us in the right direction. He never tried to upsell me and got us a great deal on our new Bennington. Completely professional outfit here. Thanks for all the help! I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know looking for a boat to come here. This place is the real deal!
Nice place with pleasant staff.
Great informative sales team, service is very knowledgeable and quick, and the guys down at the dock are always friendly and willing to lend a helpful hand.
We recently rented a 22 bowrider during the last week in July from the lake Winnipesaukee location, and received excellent customer service. The rental was exactly as described and in excellent condition, unlike some other places that show you a picture of the boat rental when it was brand new, or a picture of the boat from the manufacture, but then you get there and the boat is old and beat. The entire rental process was smooth, and the staff went over everything very thoroughly, notating any previous marks, or scratches to both the boat and the prop before we left. I would highly recommend this company, and will use them again for any future boat rental needs on either lake.Thank you again for the great rental experience, which allowed my family to have a great week on lake Winnipesaukee
Best customer service, good attitudes, they make you feel part of the family.
We purchased a Bennington Pontoon boat here and found the staff and service to be extraordinary.
Rented a pontoon boat for the dayThe process was very well organized.
If your on the lake they have a decent selection of boat rentals. Be patient when calling they are bust
Edit: I had only left a single star for my review. No written response, because I felt my husband explained our expirence well. But after getting the reply I just got to that one star.... and reading the other responses the Owner has left customers who were not happy.... I am amazed. Publically being argumentative and defensive is such an unprofessional way to handle unhappy customers. Especially this day in age where online reviews are are seen by so many. Your responses look worse to new customers shopping online than the negative reviews themselves. For the record... I was very in the loop during the entire situation. In fact I bought that Rinker.... I was also the one who dealt with our slip rental and the service appointments.
Really enjoyed renting the boat and getting out on the water, great customer service with rental agreement.
For a Fun Filled day..go here....
Always have done business with them . Trusted people and very helpful.
Great, sevice dept was very helpful, thank you
Great to do business with.just bought third boat from Ryan.always treats us like family.thanks to everyone at winnisquam marine.
Good work but they are to busy and you get substandard service
They have assembled one of the best group of people we have ever dealt with and their crew went over and above to help us. Thanks to all the staff for their help and all the laughs!!
Be careful. Sales tells you one thing, once you buy it service tells you another. Couldnt even get owner on the phone. Pretty disappointed.
I bought a brand new boat to simply have no issues, no hassles, and to basically drive off the lot and be on the water enjoying the summer. Couldn’t have been further from what I got.Checked boat out in April, loved it, loved the price (still 30+k) and like it as my first bowrider, didn’t want to jump right into the 40-50k range. On the day I checked boat out I noticed white sealant in the seam between swim platform and stern, with a clear plastic mat over it, obviously keeping it clean from traffic in the showroom. I was told the white sealant was what adhered the clear plastic, made sense I thought, coming from the sales rep, figured good to go. Signed papers, and would come back to finalize and test drive following week.Showed up to test drive, and both my wife and I noticed the white sealant material floating around the water around boat, and the seam I talked about before, was COMPLETELY covered in this white sealant. I advised sales rep I wouldn’t be test driving and actually wanted the boat out of water to check it out more thoroughly now. Not happy, supposed to be day I take this expensive toy home.Checked boat out, noticed this white sealant completely covering the area inside the seam between platform and stern, overflowing anywhere it could come out. Was not happy, but was told they would look into. I was pretty upset as now we are two weeks in and I just want my BRAND NEW boat on the water, and remember the no hassle no issues, brand new boat? I was now also concerned there maybe deeper issues with this boat, but was told I already signed papers, and this was my boat at this point, but they would figure it out no matter what? Was then told they put this sealant in between the seam, to prevent water from going down into the boat? I specifically checked other boats prior to leaving the lot, same boats as mine, NO WHITE SEALANT, no issues with the seams between platforms and stern, all looked like fine seams. Was then told BAYLINER as a company actually told them to do this? I Called Bayliner direct the same day, and they never advised ANY DEALER to do this!?Wait another week and finally get a call now stating that there’s an issue with the swim platform itself, AS Bayliner may have taking the mold out to soon during manufacturing. So now I’ve been told 3 different stories, but Bayliner is sending a new platform, and the issue will be resolved, awesome right?Problem is I’m out three weeks now before I CAN EVEN take my boat home, and then in the middle of the summer, my boat has to go back to shop for a week and a half to get new platform on.I speak with same sales rep and basically state Hey, I’ve gone through the exact opposite as what I wanted buying a BRAND NEW boat. I ask what they are going to do to keep me as a customer, and also for putting me out a total month of not having my boat. I am told that it was BAYLINERS fault/issue, and they are fixing it, and THAT’S THAT.I picked my boat up today, and now have no more attachment with Winnisquam Marine. Platform fixed, hopefully no more issues?I WOULD NOT AND WILL recommend this Marine. Three different stories, out a little over a month after buying a brand new boat? Then told thanks for coming and nothing they could or would do for me after all the inconvenience. I get issues happen and would have been fine with them being straight up with me and don’t know what they could have done for ALL the INCONVENIENCE, but I do know if there was something, it would have been a lot different. I may have even sent people there way, and probably continued to purchasing at this Marine, NOT NOW! Thanks.Updated 08/02/2017: To top it off, I took my boat out day after I got it back (08/01/17) from this marine, dropped it in water, all ready to go. BATTERY WAS DEAD. I have never had an issue with battery or leaving things on. I mean come on.-Phil Hunter
