We have worked all these years with Ernesto Galada, our sales representative, who has provided us with excellent service. He exceeds our expectations and ensures that all of our sales and service needs are met. The finance and service teams are also excellent.
My parents had a horrible experience today. I have to agree with the stereotype of the “sleazy car salesman”, and totally pertains to group at Autobahn Belmont. The price was pitched by Jimmy Molakides to my parents for a particular used Mercedes SUV, with an adjustment for my parent’s trade-in. My parents took a couple days, and asked if they could come down in price because they felt the price for their trade-in was a little low. They got an email response from Marina, I guess a manager that Autobahn would agree to the price and to get their car. They also got a call from Jimmy M. that the car was ready to go. They get down there and Jimmy M. says they can’t do the price that was relayed to my parents by Marina. Then my parents said fine, Marina’s price was $35k after trade-in. Jimmy said they could only offer his price of $36.5k, which my parents said fine. After hiding out in the corridor, Jimmy tells my parents that Autobahn will only accept the $45k original selling price. My parents didn’t agree to that, but three hours of their day completely wasted. Terrible service, find somewhere else to buy your next car.
Great sales experience bought my gle 53 hear.... very kind staff and sales guy.. today I got a package from this dealer 2 months after I bought my car... was very surprised the box was pretty big... I opened it and wow what a gift.. got 2 cups.. a back pack and a lovely blanket... very kind of them... appreciate it

Update - the service team contacted me and helped me to fix it afterward, changing the review to 3 star.The bad review is based on the customer service I received from Michael Tran after I bought a used 2016 Porsche Cayman from them, but the car sales person who helped me with the purchase Jeremy was great and professional.Simple factual story - I bought a used car from them but found out that the door panel on drivers side was deformed and popping out a day after, I contacted them immediately about this to schedule an appt to have them take a look. My sales person Jeremy was OOO so Michael Tran was assigned to me. Michael Tran does not return my text, and was rude and reluctant to discuss it saying things like cant you put it back yourself?.I dont believe anyone would spent 54235.24 on a Porsche if they know of this issue beforehand. The following are the argument from Michael:1. You bought the car at a discounted price - The agreed price has nothing to do with this issue, unless you told the customer about it before the purchase and offer incentive, otherwise this is irrelevant to the issue.2. We did help you to lubricate door and buckle - The rattling buckle was promised by Jeremy to be taken care of before I bought the car because the service department was closed on weekends, and I do appreciate the lubrication on the doors when the buckle was addressed.So to recap - I bought a used car from them with this issue on the door panel, I discovered shortly after and contacted Michael Tran about it - they refused to do anything about it and gave me the attitude.Based on the experience, 1 star, dont recommend to buy used car from them.
Excellent service. First rate in every way! We had an emergency with a blown out front tire on our Mercedes S450. They fit us in to their busy schedule even though we were from out of town and didn’t have an appointment. Brought my car back to AutoBahn Motors for servicing. Jimmy & team did great! I always feel that my car drives so much better after each servicing. I always arrange for their courtesy shuttle to drop me off and pick me up when my car is ready. Overall, its a very smooth, seamless and pleasant experience. I also like that Im kept informed of services that need to be done on my car and the estimates are fairly reasonable. Will continue to bring my car back to Jimmy for servicing.

He is extremely professional, kind and considerate. The process went very smooth. Finance Manager Mr. Omar completed the process and went above and beyond to take care of me. The four stars are because of Jimmy, I recommend everyone to ask specifically for him when you go to the dealership on Belmont Ca. The guy that had assisted us previous to jimmy was Franz and he was very bad at his job. From the beginning he didn’t show much interest in us. He didn’t even bother to ask for my name. He didn’t offer to show us the functions of the car. As a customer service representative I expected more. The car sold itself, the customer service rep did nothing. There seems to be a lot of micromanagement because Franz wasn’t able to make decisions on his own apparently, so he ended up requesting his manager to come over every time we asked for a better deal when trying to purchase. It was very annoying. Then the manager would come and at first he was polite but he became very rude and I felt very pressured to make the purchase even though I had my doubts. That manager could really use some training and more manners. I did not buy the car that day, but I went the next day again and now Jimmy assisted us, with him the whole buying experience was amazing! Jimmy knows how to treat his customers, he makes you feel comfortable and like he genuinely cares for your best interest. And he worked with us to make sure we walked out the door with our car.

Went in for a regular service on my 2017 E-Class, amazing experience. Dropped my car off in the early morning and I got it back, washed and detailed, by the mid afternoon. Dealership is very welcoming and luxurious.Every time I come for a service or parts, the staff are always very helpful.Highly recommend asking for Mark Nissen to be your service advisor. He is super knowledgeable and did an extraordinary job. He helped me perfectly understand what needed to be done to my car when I brought up some questions and concerns I had about it. Mark was very polite and professional and I Will be requesting him from this point forward.

Compare to other auto repair shop, price to repair the same issue that Autobahn is really on the high side. However, the service people is good and understand what you really need.I give 3 stars because send in my car to check out the engine issue with a coolant warning light on for not enough water in the radiator. But, they dont even add the water when they give the car back with a over 18000+ suggested repair quote. My car only have 50k Mrs on it.

I am very disappointed by the service here. Not sure if it was because I purchased a used Mercedes car. Bought a E350 Coupe 6 months back and my battery died last week. I was happy to pay for a new battery but am unable to get anyone on the line despite multiple attempts to answer a question. The sales person I bought the car from cut my call each time I called him! I have called the service centre 3 times (after being on hold for 15-20 mins each time) and was advised I will get a call back from a service advisor who never called back after a week! I find it absurd that I need to travel 45 minutes to get an enquiry addressed!
The entire process, from beginning to end, was easy, enjoyable, and pleasant. The old reputation of aggressive car sales doesn’t apply here. My salesman, Franz Krieg, was professional, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable. He listened to exactly what kind of car I described and found it for me. He never tried to sell me something else, which did happen to me at a different dealership.I was very happy with Franz and Audubon, and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

My experience with Autobahn has always been flawless. I have already leased 2 cars from them and just bought-out the second lease. The recent transaction at the end of my lease was efficient and transparent.For convenience (the dealership is much closer) I also tried doing the same thing at the SF dealership but the people there told me it cannot be done unless I pay a much bigger premium. Tuns out they were wrong: they lacked the knowledge and/or the will. Therefore, I would rather drive a few more miles and always go to Autobahn!

Brought the vehicle in for five things:1. Service B maintenance (oil change, engine and cabin air filter change, fluids check, brake inspection, etc.)2. fix rear doors because the sensor kept indicating the doors were not closed3. replace the rubber gaskets that seal off the rear doors--they were ripped4. brakes squeaky5. wash the vehicle with their extra package (about $35 charge)The vehicle spent a total of three days in the shop over two visits.Regarding No. 1, on the first visit, they were to take care of Service B maintenance, order parts for the two rear door issues, and wash the vehicle.HOWEVER, 1. they forgot to wash the vehicle, and when they washed it on the second visit to the shop, they did a substandard job--wheels still dirty, inside driving compartment dusty; 2. They forgot to order the new gaskets for the rear doors--they only ordered them when I happened to double check before bringing it in for the second visit; 3. They didnt fill the windshield washer reservoir--I happened to check it when we got the van back and I put pretty much a whole gallon of windshield fluid in...That makes me wonder...WHAT ELSE DID THEY FORGET TO DO? Did they really change the motor oil and the filter? I will have to check.Regarding No. 2, When I went to pick up the vehicle after the second visit--where they were to fix the sensor problem and replace the gasket and wash the vehicle--the dashboard STILL indicated the rear doors were not closed. The service advisor said I needed to close the door harder, but that meant slamming the door; I had him keep it for another day to fix it, which they did.When I first brought the vehicle in, I literally had to say what I wanted worked on three times because he kept losing track or spacing out or something.The low rating is because I have doubts as to whether they really did all the hidden things they said they did, based on their forgetting to fill the windshield washing reservoir, their forgetting to wash the vehicle, their forgetting to order the part for the door, and their suggestion that I wasnt closing the rear doors hard enough--its important to know that if the rear doors dont close properly, those doors dont lock when you use your key fob--you THINK its locked, but its not, and we keep expensive tools in the back of the van.VERY disappointed. This dealership is right by my house--very convenient--but we dont plan to go back except for vehicle recalls and have begun a search for a non-dealer Mercedes specialist.
Excellent work and had a really good advisor!!! I brought my car in because my check engine light was on. They figured out what was wrong with it and said parts needed to be ordered in. Two days later my advisor told me check engine light was still on even after replacing the parts and that there was a possibility the people who fixed my car at a different auto shop previously might have done something wrong which is why the light kept coming on. Sent him pictures of the invoices given to me by the previous auto shop and my advisor told me an hour later they figured out what was wrong & fixed it for me! Absolutely loved that they did their best to make sure my car was in good shape before taking it back home with me. Highly recommend bringing your car here!

Not a great experience, I was about to lease a car, and, unfortunately the promises didnt sync up with what actually happened. I arrived at the dealership with an expectation to actually drive off in a new car - had to pick up my kid who was super excited just to find out that the car wasnt ready, yet they wanted me to sign all the paperwork without even sitting/test driving the car. My toddler was in tears, I was super stressed as I dropped everything in order to go get the car as CONFIRMED by their sales person, just to realize that I was simply naïve to trust in what I was told. In addition, the manager on duty wasnt particularly apologetic, acting like it wasnt a big deal. Client relationships, developing trust and actually seeing customers as people especially in a luxury car category is what I would expect as a customer. Disappointing.
Get your car serviced here if you love being told it’s ready for pickup and then waiting an hour to pick it up once you arrive. Horrible!
I took my 2002 S55 to diagnose the cause of CEL message ABC. Result was faulty ABC pump, system pressure too low. Recommendation replace ABC pump and all three dampers.I requested for a copy of diagnostic test result stating the value of the low pressure. I was informed that it can not be done. However, I did a research and found out that there is a acceptable range of value that is acceptable. Before spending $9K for the replacement of the ABC pump, I would like to see the pressure value of the test result.

The whole process from doing a test drive to driving off with my new car was very smooth thanks to Lisa.I bought a Certified pre-owned vehicle from Autobahn and Lisa was very engaged, professional and proactive throughout the process. After the purchase I found a small chip in the windshield and requested Lisas help. She advocated for me and got my windshield replaced at no cost. This is the true definition of going above and beyond and providing great customer service. For you car purchase needs I highly recommend working with Lisa Timanus.
My family and I went to Autobahn Motors to purchase a car for my mother. She was trying to make a decision between the GLA and GLB. We are not auto experts, and had many basic and technical questions for the staff. We had a great experience with Jimmy Molakides. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all our questions and allowed my mother to feel comfortable about the purchase. On the financial side of the transaction, it was great to work with Jagdeep Jhaj who wrapped up the process smoothly. I have taken my G550 to other SF Bay Area Mercedes dealerships closer to home for servicing but Autobahns skill, customer service and integrity make it far superior to its competitors. Over the past two years, my service advisor (Josh Cassettari) has taken the time to thoughtfully explain my servicing work in detail and any additional maintenance or repairs when needed. He has even caught issues that other dealers missed, thereby saving me money down the road. Im not a car expert, but Josh and the rest of the team make sure I understand whats going on with my car without ever being patronizing. As a female owner who has encountered unfriendly and condescending service from the service department at other dealerships, it is a relief to find a dealership, and specifically a service department, that truly appreciates its customers.I did not purchase my G550 from Autobahn but I intend to purchase my next one there. Any dealership can sell a car, but not all of them can provide superior post-sale service consistently over several years. Autobahn is doing something right and I hope more dealerships can learn from them as the gold standard, at least for the Bay Area.

I called and scheduled a convenient appointment with Jessica, who showed me excellent customer service.Reed Paulsen was the rep who took care my problem at no cost! He even went above and beyond to give my Benz a multi point vehicle inspection, sanitization, complimentary tire, and chasis inspection and car wash at no charge...I was also given a 2020 MB SUV courteousy car to use, as my car was being serviced at NO CHARGE.If I ever decide to have any services or repairs done to my MB in the future, it will be with the Autobahn of Belmont. Fantastic customer service and a beautiful showroom!

I have been trying to get roadside assistance to get Autobahn to come out change the battery of my car for over a week. I called on Mon, Tue and at first the central Mercedes hotline that they might busy on early part of the week. When I try Saturday and they still dont come, the truth came out from central Mercedes that Autohabn have not been responding to call to change battery for years!!! They want you to toll the car to their shop so they can charge you $400-500. This makes roadside assistance a joke. Sometimes they give excuse they dont have the battery, but I talked to separately in any other conversation they said they have it. I bought this S500 from Autobahn. Is it how you treat your customer?
I had a flat tire that I needed replaced over the weekend and this service center was the only one open in the north bay. I was able to get my car towed in and the customer representatives handled all the necessary processes from there on without me having to drop by at the service center. They had a pick up service to get me to the service center so that I could get a loaner car and I was really glad to get one the same day I checked my car in without an appointment. The needed repair work was complete and the service advisor Jovis constantly updated me on a regular basis on the status of my service which was really helpful. Overall a great first time experience at this service center and may land up going here in the future instead of the San Francisco service centers I frequent to.

Good maintenance service appointment. There was a bit of a wait to check out waiting for your car and their shuttle was 1 hour long to give you a ride back when i dropped the car off. I took an Uber instead. Over-all good experience.
I basically got a $240 car-wash. Autobahn insists on doing a full diagnostic before considering doing any work - for $240 - even though Id had one done recently at another dealership and was seeking help only with a specific item that had been previously identified. When they did get around to looking at the issue I actually wanted help with, Autobahns quote was DOUBLE the other Mercedes dealer quote I received, so I passed on having the work done there (merely receiving the superfluous diagnostic instead). Nice experience.

Ken in the finance department is an absolute machine, incredibly proficient and personable, powered through the loan docs faster than the new GLC300 in Sport+ mode while holding a genuine conversation throughout that made a normally tedious process fly by..Couldnt have asked for a better experience from beginning to end. Amazing customer service goes a long way in our book and the journey taken with Autobahn Motors has a new customer for life.
I had a pleasant experience shopping for my CPO GLC here. The sales team went back and forth with their manager to get me decent deal for the SUV.I went home after 3 hours at the dealership, no upsell bs in the finance department.I did went back to install my trunk cover, just like every other places, I have to push everyone to get thing done. The service team quickly installed my trunk cover after things between their department, and Sales sorted out.Kudos to Lisa for going beyond her duties to follow up with me on setting up the MB account.Overall, this is a good place to shopping your Mercedes. I may come back here in the future for an electric SUV from Mercedes.

This is the worst Mercedes dealer in the world. Stay away from this place. I got my eyes on a Mercedes C300, 2018, 25 888 miles on the Autotrader.com. I made appointment to have test drive. When I got there the car had the mileage of 32603. I told them about the major differences of mileage and got the discount $500. After we agreed to buy the car, we gave all our information and start to process the paper work. when we finished the application, after having waited for about nearly 1 hour, the manager named Michael Truong, came out and tel us the car was already sold to the other dealer...what the hell was this dealer doing? First, misleading ad to draw buyers to come, then asked buyer (us) every steps needed to complete the purchase, then behind our back, they sold the car to other dealer (while we are doing the necessary transaction steps on-site!) The manager is useless, unprofessional and weak, he had no better explanation other than that the car was transferred in the systems AFTER we were on-site doing testing drive and completing the transaction. What kind of business they are running? They treated customers unfairly, maybe, they got a better deal last minute and kicked us out. I cant believe it happened in the big dealer like this one, It has really bad customer service, bad sale person. Definitely dont recommend any one to come to this dealer to buy car.
When I booked my service a month in advance requested that I have a loaner due to my business needs. During the day of my service they call me and say they dont have a loaner and delay my service. On the day of the service I go in and they write up the order for the service and requested that I get the car washed and sanitized inside based on CDC guidelines. It is clearly written on the service statement that they will wash the car and sanitize and clean it inside.Next day I get a call from someone threating me to bring the car today otherwise I will penalized at $150 per day. This was unprofessional coming from a company like autobahn which I never expected to happen. When I go pick the car, it is not washed and not vacuumed and not sanitized as per CDC guidelines. At this stage I am doubting if they even did the service on the car as it is very hard to trust on their delivery of the service based on what they write on the order.Overall have lost trust in the dealership and clearly showed that Josh did not take care of the customer.
Great experience. I bought a CPO Merc here and sales executive Mike Nazaria was great, explained the vehicle features clearly and took me through pleasant and speedy purchase process. Found this dealership also well equipped during this pandemic times and I can see lot of happy faces (customers and employees), which is a good sign.
Went to Autobahn to test drive a GLC Coupe. My husband really enjoyed the vehicle so we decided to purchase on the spot. We literally walked in, asked to test drive, and then asked to purchase. There was zero work needed on Autobahns end as far as sales or customer service. When purchased, the car was missing the owners manual and floor mats. The Sales person, Jeremy, assured us that he would order those items. There has been no follow-up on these items from the dealership and it has now been over one month.At the time of purchase, we let them know that the car was going to be shipped to Oregon and that we would have our transfer person there on a specific time. They agreed and once the paperwork was completed we left. We got home and realized that they hadnt provided any actual sales documents to us. Things were being signed electronically so we checked our emails... nothing. We called Wais in finance and asked him to put them in the car so that they would be with the vehicle during transfer (we would need those documents immediately for an Oregon DMV appointment). Not only did the employees at Autobahn make our transfer person feel uncomfortable, they decided to remove the documents from the car without telling us! This forced them to overnight the documents and this could have been avoided with a phone call to us prior to them making such a decision.Obviously since we were transferring the vehicle, there was a bill of lading involved and this document was completed by our transfer person. I received a call weeks later from Wais saying I needed to provide a final bill of lading (this is not a real document, rather an internal policy they have). I hesitate to provide this document because we havent received the items from Autobahn that were promised (floor mats and owners manual). Wais has been leaving threatening voicemails and emails with myself and my husband regarding this final bill of lading document.I contacted Autobahn after this to speak with the General Manager. Fuad was the person to call me back. He apologized and offered a free car wash and tank of gas if I ever cared to come in again. However, he CCd the entire sales team in his response to my email and now I would feel uncomfortable going there for anything. This is really too bad because I do need help resetting some features that are still linked to the original owner (such as the Mercedes app). I will now need to either go to Mercedes in Southern Oregon or Stevens Creek because I no longer feel comfortable interacting with anyone at Autobahn.This entire transaction has been incredibly unpleasant and makes us wish that we had found the car we wanted elsewhere. Autobahn has been nothing but rude and unprofessional. I would caution anyone from purchasing a vehicle from here.

Vivan was super helpful and great! She answered my many questions and was very patient with me. It was my first time leasing a new vehicle ever and I had a lot of concerns, hesitations, questions, but Vivian guided me throughout the way and was able to mentor me through leasing a vehicle. I spoke with other salesmen at different dealerships and a lot were very impatient, but Vivian was very accommodating to my needs. Definitely would recommend Autobahn motors!
Autobahn Motors and Jeremy Abinales in particular really took care of me when I came in to check out a CPO E400 a week or so back. Ended up liking the car enough to sit down for paperwork - I was in the middle of the work day but they did what they could to expedite that part of the process. Matched my pre-approved financing no problem and then when I realized I was missing the $1k cargo cover the next day, they found it for me and got it to me that day. Superior service!

The service was exceptional with eagerness to complete the sales and get us in and out as soon as possible. With the desired vehicle waiting for us at our 10 am appointment, all that we needed to do was test drive and give the approval and the process started within a few minutes. we were in and out in about 2.5 hours.
Service was prompt and convenient, but in other aspects very unsatisfactory. I was told I needed to buy a service package to maintain my warranty. These packages included multiple services which were not required for warranty and several which were not performed on my vehicle, including rotating tires, removing all six wheels to inspect the brakes, and adding zMax oil and fuel additives. I declined a number of services due to their ridiculously high prices ($269 to fill the DEF tank). The performed services were to take approximately 3 hours and yet cost over $2000 labor!
I just purchased a vehicle from Autobahn Motors and the experience was great. Salesman Ernesto was very friendly and responsive to all my inquiries/request. He made the whole process so smooth. Also Wais in the finance section was great too. They make a great tea Wais didn’t rush us through the process. He patiently waited for us to make necessary decisions and also accommodated my family as much as possible. I will definitely go back to buy an new car.
Loved the test drive. Was able to drive it home to show the family. LISA was great, she tried to get me the deal I seeked but we were just too far apart. Considering what is going on in the world right now I guess Mercedes-Benz is doing just fine and dont need to sell cars

I was able to get a service appointment very quickly. When I arrived, I was greeted by the concierge and my service adviser Skip met with me within a minute. I had a good experience there with no long waits or delays.Furthermore, Skip was very thorough with a follow up phone call after I picked up my car. Good customer service!

My experience at Autobahn was very good. The staff was very courteous and professional, answered all my questions and generally made me feel they had my best interests in mind. They gave me a loaner car while my was being serviced. I also received the 10% discount that had been emailed to me days earlier.
I will start off by stating this is my first and last purchase at Autobahn Motors I drive by this place on a daily biases, one morning we decided to stop and take a look while in the market for a replacement vehicle for our AWD use. We were walk-ins and were treated great in the beginning we came across a AWD GLC we liked it was a couple years had some scratches and figured it would make a great extra safe vehicle to adventure in. We decided to finance because why not, dont want to miss out on any other opportunities! Autobahns finance group was a nightmare very unprofessional and disorganized! We had our vehicle shipped to our out of state home since we live there 85% of the time it was very challenging for Mercedes to assist with this and made our transport driver feel uncomfortable and like he was not good enough to transport a Mercedes!

Its where I purchased my Mercedes and where I continue to return knowing that I made the right choice. As I approached car loaners department I found another team member ready to assist. Bought a brand new Mercedes from the Belmont dealership and paid for the service contract. Took the car in for the first maintenance service last week and the level of service was most disappointing.Mercedes did not have a loaner car so I had to use their shuttle service. Everything went well until I had to pickup the car. My service advisor sent a text informing me the car service was done & asked if I wanted him to send the shuttle. I was busy and on the road so couldn’t respond. Then a while later, I received a text telling me the shuttle was on the way to pick me up. I wasn’t home so I called as soon as I could & spoke to someone about the mix up. She scheduled a shuttle pick up between 11:30 am - 12:30 pm. I waited & no one came...I called to inquire about status & spoke to a young guy who was not helpful. He told me no one can come because they were too busy & they would let me know when someone could come by. I told him I can’t wait until it was convenient for someone to contact me. I have things to do & needed to nail down a time so I could plan accordingly. He said he couldn’t & I would have to wait. I told him I had already waited over an hour with no update from anyone so I asked for a manager. He put me on hold for a long time so I hung up & called back to talk to a manager. After a long time on hold, the person came back & said the manager wanted her to pass along that a driver was leaving to pick me up in 5 minutes. The manager did not want to talk to me.This was disappointing to say the least... My first experience with Mercedes service & it was stressful and frustrating. Makes me want to get rid of my car & go back to BMW.I will never use their shuttle service again. Thinking this may be my one and last Mercedes purchase if this is what I can expect from this luxury brand automotive.
It was a much better experience compared to last tome I went there (5 years ago). Joe was amazing service coordinator and love to take my car next year for another service with him. Based on my little usage of an old c300, he advised me to fix fewer things and defer rest. I accepted most of his advice, and even where we disagreed - it was good conversation.I must admit that with the pandemic, the overall service was excellent too.
Joe was great, he got a mechanic to service my car immediately and I decided to wait rather than take the shuttle and return. Couldn’t ask for a smoother experience.
I had been to one other Mercedes dealership that day prior to coming to Autobahn and felt extremely disrespected and quite honestly uncomfortable with the looks I received and not sure if it was my age, race, whatever.Initially I was only at Autobahn to help someone with returning their car and take them home, but I ended up driving off the lot with my own and very first Mercedes.The experience I had was probably the best I could ask for. My rep from here on out, Jamal Duqmaq, was the type of guy we wish sold us anything and everything. He listened to my wants and needs, found the cars that matched my financial capabilities and made sure I was confident and HAPPY leaving the dealership. We definitely went back and forth on pricing but Jamal was honest, informative, and really worked for you as the customer. So by the time the final price was agreed upon, I didnt feel cheated and surprisingly am excited for my return to Jamal to find the next Benz I will be driving. To give some extra reference to my age group, I am in my mid 20s, have a job and the Benz is my first time leasing a car. I didnt think I could have a Benz at my age with the salary I have but Jamal and the Autobahn financiers (Johnson Wang - awesome guy too) made that possible. Very happy with my experience. I cannot speak for other reps but Jamal is the guy to go to.Also thank you Josh Darwish for appraising my other car, another first for me and he was really kind and helpful.Thanks fellas!

Vehicle was brought in for routine service plus a warranty issue with broken clips on a molding on a Tuesday. The service advisor said that the vehicle should be ready by end of day. Towards the end of that day, my wife who was in the area drove her loaner to the dealership to see if it was ready. The service advisor who did not call to advise her said that they had to overnight the parts for the molding and that the car should be ready by the next day. The next day, he did call that the part wouldnt be in until late in the day and that all should be good for the following day. No call the following day. Mind you, we expressed to him that we were leaving for a long trip that Friday and we needed the vehicle since it afforded us plenty of space for our gear as opposed to the small sedan we were loaned. Friday morning comes and we had to make a call since the service advisor went MIA. When he finally returned our call, he said the car would be ready by 2pm. We were already on the road in our overstuffed sedan and expressed how unhappy we were with this process and that we would pick up the car on Monday mid morning. On Monday we return the loaner, go to the cashier and we are told that it would be 5 or 10 minutes while they bring the car up. BTW, the service advisor was off that day. After 30 minutes of waiting, no car. Go back inside and we are told they cant locate it. It turns out they mislabeled the key. Finally they locate it and drive up. The car is filthy outside and in, not to mention it clearly wasnt sanitized! We had him clean the car inside and out which took another 20 minutes and we are sure he did not sanitize it since he didnt mention anything. In summary, we gave them 1 star for the actual service of the vehicle which was done properly. The customer service experience was horrible. We could potentially tolerate this kind of service if it was heavily discounted, but we paid top dollar with terrible customer service.

We received the update of our vehicle service and were able to pick up our car on the same day of the service. ( including additional works done and car wash!!)
